      <verse number='2'><strongs number="410">God</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="7072">jealous</strongs>, and the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="5358">revengeth</strongs>; the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="5358">revengeth</strongs>, and <em> is </em><strongs number="1167 2534">furious</strongs>; the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>will take <strongs number="5358">vengeance</strongs>on his <strongs number="6862">adversaries</strongs>, and <strongs number="1931">he</strongs><strongs number="5201">reserveth</strongs><em> wrath </em>for his <strongs number="341">enemies</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>The <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="750">slow</strongs>to <strongs number="639">anger</strongs>, and <strongs number="1419">great</strongs>in <strongs number="3581">power</strongs>, and will not at all <strongs number="5352 3808 5352">acquit</strongs><em> the </em><em> wicked </em>: the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>hath his <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>in the <strongs number="5492">whirlwind</strongs>and in the <strongs number="8183">storm</strongs>, and the <strongs number="6051">clouds</strongs><em> are </em>the <strongs number="80">dust</strongs>of his <strongs number="7272">feet</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>He <strongs number="1605">rebuketh</strongs>the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>, and maketh it <strongs number="3001">dry</strongs>, and drieth <strongs number="2717">up</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="5104">rivers</strongs>: <strongs number="1316">Bashan</strongs><strongs number="535">languisheth</strongs>, and <strongs number="3760">Carmel</strongs>, and the <strongs number="6525">flower</strongs>of <strongs number="3844">Lebanon</strongs><strongs number="535">languisheth</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>The <strongs number="2022">mountains</strongs><strongs number="7493">quake</strongs><strongs number="4480">at</strongs>him, and the <strongs number="1389">hills</strongs><strongs number="4127">melt</strongs>, and the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>is <strongs number="5375">burned</strongs>at his <strongs number="4480 6440">presence</strongs>, yea, the <strongs number="8398">world</strongs>, and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>that <strongs number="3427">dwell</strongs>therein. </verse>
      <verse number='6'><strongs number="4310">Who</strongs>can <strongs number="5975">stand</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>his <strongs number="2195">indignation</strongs>? and <strongs number="4310">who</strongs>can <strongs number="6965">abide</strongs>in the <strongs number="2740">fierceness</strongs>of his <strongs number="639">anger</strongs>? his <strongs number="2534">fury</strongs>is poured <strongs number="5413">out</strongs>like <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>, and the <strongs number="6697">rocks</strongs>are thrown <strongs number="5422">down</strongs><strongs number="4480">by</strongs>him. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>The <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="2896">good</strongs>, a <strongs number="4581">stronghold</strongs>in the <strongs number="3117">day</strongs>of <strongs number="6869">trouble</strongs>; and he <strongs number="3045">knoweth</strongs>them that <strongs number="2620">trust</strongs>in him. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>But with an <strongs number="5674">overrunning</strongs><strongs number="7858">flood</strongs>he will <strongs number="6213">make</strongs>an utter <strongs number="3617">end</strongs>of the <strongs number="4725">place</strongs>thereof, and <strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs>shall <strongs number="7291">pursue</strongs>his <strongs number="341">enemies</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'><strongs number="4100">What</strongs>do ye <strongs number="2803">imagine</strongs><strongs number="413">against</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>? <strongs number="1931">he</strongs>will <strongs number="6213">make</strongs>an utter <strongs number="3617">end</strongs>: <strongs number="6869">affliction</strongs>shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>rise <strongs number="6965">up</strongs>the second <strongs number="6471">time</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="5704">while</strongs><em> they </em><em> be </em>folded <strongs number="5440">together</strongs><em> as </em><strongs number="5518">thorns</strongs>, and while they are <strongs number="5435">drunken</strongs><em> as </em><strongs number="5433">drunkards</strongs>, they shall be <strongs number="398">devoured</strongs>as <strongs number="7179">stubble</strongs><strongs number="4390">fully</strongs><strongs number="3002">dry</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>There is <em> one </em>come <strongs number="3318">out</strongs><strongs number="4480">of</strongs>thee, that <strongs number="2803">imagineth</strongs><strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, a <strongs number="1100">wicked</strongs><strongs number="3289">counselor</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'><strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>; <strongs number="518">Though</strongs><em> they </em><em> be </em><strongs number="8003">quiet</strongs>, and <strongs number="3651">likewise</strongs><strongs number="7227">many</strongs>, yet <strongs number="3651">thus</strongs>shall they be cut <strongs number="1494">down</strongs>, when he shall pass <strongs number="5674">through</strongs>. Though I have <strongs number="6031">afflicted</strongs>thee, I will <strongs number="6031">afflict</strongs>thee <strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="5750">more</strongs>. </verse>
