      <verse number='1'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="7200">appeared</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>him in the <strongs number="436">plains</strongs>of <strongs number="4471">Mamre</strongs>: and <strongs number="1931">he</strongs><strongs number="3427">sat</strongs>in the <strongs number="168">tent</strongs><strongs number="6607">door</strongs>in the <strongs number="2527">heat</strongs>of the <strongs number="3117">day</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='2'>And he lifted <strongs number="5375">up</strongs>his <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>and <strongs number="7200">looked</strongs>, and, <strongs number="2009">lo</strongs>, <strongs number="7969">three</strongs><strongs number="376">men</strongs><strongs number="5324">stood</strongs><strongs number="5921">by</strongs>him: and when he <strongs number="7200">saw</strongs><em> them </em>, he <strongs number="7323">ran</strongs>to <strongs number="7125">meet</strongs>them from the tent <strongs number="4480 6607 168">door</strongs>, and bowed <strongs number="7812">himself</strongs>toward the <strongs number="776">ground</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='3'>And <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, My <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs>, <strongs number="518">if</strongs><strongs number="4994">now</strongs>I have <strongs number="4672">found</strongs><strongs number="2580">favor</strongs>in thy <strongs number="5869">sight</strongs>, pass not <strongs number="5674 408">away</strongs>, I pray <strongs number="4994">thee</strongs>, <strongs number="4480 5921">from</strongs>thy <strongs number="5650">servant</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='4'>Let a <strongs number="4592">little</strongs><strongs number="4325">water</strongs>, I pray <strongs number="4994">you</strongs>, be <strongs number="3947">fetched</strongs>, and <strongs number="7364">wash</strongs>your <strongs number="7272">feet</strongs>, and rest <strongs number="8172">yourselves</strongs><strongs number="8478">under</strongs>the <strongs number="6086">tree</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='5'>And I will <strongs number="3947">fetch</strongs>a <strongs number="6595">morsel</strongs>of <strongs number="3899">bread</strongs>, and <strongs number="5582">comfort</strongs>ye your <strongs number="3820">hearts</strongs>; after <strongs number="310">that</strongs>ye shall pass <strongs number="5674">on</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="5921 3651">therefore</strongs>are ye <strongs number="5674">come</strongs><strongs number="5921">to</strongs>your <strongs number="5650">servant</strongs>.       <verse number='6'>And <strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs><strongs number="4116">hastened</strongs>into the <strongs number="168">tent</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="8283">Sarah</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, Make ready <strongs number="4116">quickly</strongs><strongs number="7969">three</strongs><strongs number="5429">measures</strongs>of <strongs number="5560">fine</strongs><strongs number="7058">meal</strongs>, <strongs number="3888">knead</strongs><em> it </em>, and <strongs number="6213">make</strongs>cakes upon the <strongs number="5692">hearth</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>And <strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs><strongs number="7323">ran</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="1241">herd</strongs>, and <strongs number="3947">fetched</strongs>a <strongs number="1121 1241">calf</strongs><strongs number="7390">tender</strongs>and <strongs number="2896">good</strongs>, and <strongs number="5414">gave</strongs><em> it </em><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>a young <strongs number="5288">man</strongs>; and he <strongs number="4116">hasted</strongs>to <strongs number="6213">dress</strongs>it. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>And he <strongs number="3947">took</strongs><strongs number="2529">butter</strongs>, and <strongs number="2461">milk</strongs>, and the <strongs number="1121 1241">calf</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>he had <strongs number="6213">dressed</strongs>, and <strongs number="5414">set</strongs><em> it </em><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>them; and <strongs number="1931">he</strongs><strongs number="5975">stood</strongs><strongs number="5921">by</strongs>them <strongs number="8478">under</strongs>the <strongs number="6086">tree</strongs>, and they did <strongs number="398">eat</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>And they <strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>him, <strongs number="346">Where</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="8283">Sarah</strongs>thy <strongs number="802">wife</strongs>? And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, in the <strongs number="168">tent</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, I will certainly <strongs number="7725 7725">return</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>thee according to the <strongs number="6256">time</strongs>of <strongs number="2416">life</strongs>; and, <strongs number="2009">lo</strongs>, <strongs number="8283">Sarah</strongs>thy <strongs number="802">wife</strongs>shall have a <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>. And <strongs number="8283">Sarah</strongs><strongs number="8085">heard</strongs><em> it </em>in the <strongs number="168">tent</strongs><strongs number="6607">door</strongs>, <strongs number="1931">which</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="310">behind</strongs>him. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>Now <strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs>and <strongs number="8283">Sarah</strongs><em> were </em><strongs number="2205">old</strongs><em> and </em>well <strongs number="935">stricken</strongs>in <strongs number="3117">age</strongs>; <em> and </em>it <strongs number="2308">ceased</strongs>to <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>with <strongs number="8283">Sarah</strongs>after the <strongs number="734">manner</strongs>of <strongs number="802">women</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>Therefore <strongs number="8283">Sarah</strongs><strongs number="6711">laughed</strongs><strongs number="7130">within</strongs>herself, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, <strongs number="310">After</strongs>I am waxed <strongs number="1086">old</strongs>shall I <strongs number="1961">have</strongs><strongs number="5730">pleasure</strongs>, my <strongs number="113">lord</strongs>being <strongs number="2204">old</strongs>also? </verse>
      <verse number='13'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs>, <strongs number="4100 2088">Wherefore</strongs>did <strongs number="8283">Sarah</strongs><strongs number="6711">laugh</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, Shall I of a <strongs number="637 552">surety</strongs>bear a <strongs number="3205">child</strongs>, <strongs number="589">which</strongs>am <strongs number="2204">old</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='14'>Is any <strongs number="1697">thing</strongs>too <strongs number="6381">hard</strongs>for the <strongs number="4480 3068">LORD</strongs>? At the time <strongs number="4150">appointed</strongs>I will <strongs number="7725">return</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>thee, according to the <strongs number="6256">time</strongs>of <strongs number="2416">life</strongs>, and <strongs number="8283">Sarah</strongs>shall have a <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>Then <strongs number="8283">Sarah</strongs><strongs number="3584">denied</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, I <strongs number="6711">laughed</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>she was <strongs number="3372">afraid</strongs>. And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">Nay</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">but</strongs>thou didst <strongs number="6711">laugh</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>And the <strongs number="376">men</strongs>rose <strongs number="6965">up</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 8033">thence</strongs>, and <strongs number="8259">looked</strongs><strongs number="5921 6440">toward</strongs><strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs>: and <strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs><strongs number="1980">went</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>them to bring them on the <strongs number="7971">way</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>, Shall <strongs number="589">I</strongs><strongs number="3680">hide</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 85">Abraham</strongs>that thing <strongs number="834">which</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs><strongs number="6213">do</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='18'>Seeing that <strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs>shall surely <strongs number="1961 1961">become</strongs>a <strongs number="1419">great</strongs>and <strongs number="6099">mighty</strongs><strongs number="1471">nation</strongs>, and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>shall be <strongs number="1288">blessed</strongs>in him? </verse>
      <verse number='19'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>I <strongs number="3045">know</strongs>him, <strongs number="4616 834">that</strongs>he will <strongs number="6680">command</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>his <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>and his <strongs number="1004">household</strongs><strongs number="310">after</strongs>him, and they shall <strongs number="8104">keep</strongs>the <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, to <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><strongs number="6666">justice</strongs>and <strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs>; <strongs number="4616">that</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>may <strongs number="935">bring</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs><strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>that <strongs number="834">which</strongs>he hath <strongs number="1696">spoken</strongs><strongs number="5921">of</strongs>him. </verse>
      <verse number='20'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">Because</strongs>the <strongs number="2201">cry</strongs>of <strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs>and <strongs number="6017">Gomorrah</strongs>is <strongs number="7231">great</strongs>, and <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>their <strongs number="2403">sin</strongs>is <strongs number="3966">very</strongs><strongs number="3513">grievous</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='21'>I will go <strongs number="3381">down</strongs><strongs number="4994">now</strongs>, and <strongs number="7200">see</strongs>whether they have <strongs number="6213">done</strongs><strongs number="3617">altogether</strongs>according to the <strongs number="6818">cry</strongs>of it, which is <strongs number="935">come</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>me; and <strongs number="518">if</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>, I will <strongs number="3045">know</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='22'>And the <strongs number="376">men</strongs>turned their <strongs number="6437">faces</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 8033">thence</strongs>, and <strongs number="1980">went</strongs>toward <strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs>: but <strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs><strongs number="5975">stood</strongs><strongs number="5750">yet</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='23'>And <strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs>drew <strongs number="5066">near</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, Wilt thou <strongs number="637">also</strongs><strongs number="5595">destroy</strongs>the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='24'><strongs number="194">Peradventure</strongs>there <strongs number="3426">be</strongs><strongs number="2572">fifty</strongs><strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><strongs number="8432">within</strongs>the <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>: wilt thou <strongs number="637">also</strongs><strongs number="5595">destroy</strongs>and <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="5375">spare</strongs>the <strongs number="4725">place</strongs><strongs number="4616">for</strongs>the <strongs number="2572">fifty</strongs><strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> are </em><strongs number="7130">therein</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='25'>That be <strongs number="2486">far</strongs>from thee to <strongs number="4480 6213">do</strongs>after <strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="1697">manner</strongs>, to <strongs number="4191">slay</strongs>the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>: and that the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs>should <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>as the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>, that be <strongs number="2486">far</strongs>from thee: Shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>the <strongs number="8199">Judge</strongs>of <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs><strongs number="6213">do</strongs><strongs number="4941">right</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='26'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="518">If</strongs>I <strongs number="4672">find</strongs>in <strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs><strongs number="2572">fifty</strongs><strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><strongs number="8432">within</strongs>the <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>, then I will <strongs number="5375">spare</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="4725">place</strongs>for their <strongs number="5668">sakes</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='27'>And <strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs><strongs number="6030">answered</strongs>and <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs><strongs number="4994">now</strongs>, I have taken <strongs number="2974">upon</strongs>me to <strongs number="1696">speak</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs>, <strongs number="595">which</strongs><em> am </em><em> but </em><strongs number="6083">dust</strongs>and <strongs number="665">ashes</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='28'><strongs number="194">Peradventure</strongs>there shall <strongs number="2637">lack</strongs><strongs number="2568">five</strongs>of the <strongs number="2572">fifty</strongs><strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs>: wilt thou <strongs number="7843">destroy</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>for <em> lack </em><em> of </em><strongs number="2568">five</strongs>? And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="518">If</strongs>I <strongs number="4672">find</strongs><strongs number="8033">there</strongs><strongs number="705">forty</strongs>and <strongs number="2568">five</strongs>, I will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="7843">destroy</strongs><em> it </em>. </verse>

And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, I will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="6213">do</strongs><em> it </em>for forty's <strongs number="5668 705">sake</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='30'>And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs><em> unto </em><em> him </em>, <strongs number="4994">Oh</strongs>let <strongs number="408">not</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs>be <strongs number="2734">angry</strongs>, and I will <strongs number="1696">speak</strongs>: <strongs number="194">Peradventure</strongs>there shall <strongs number="7970">thirty</strongs>be <strongs number="4672">found</strongs><strongs number="8033">there</strongs>. And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, I will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="6213">do</strongs><em> it </em>, <strongs number="518">if</strongs>I <strongs number="4672">find</strongs><strongs number="7970">thirty</strongs><strongs number="8033">there</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='31'>And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs><strongs number="4994">now</strongs>, I have taken <strongs number="2974">upon</strongs>me to <strongs number="1696">speak</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs>: <strongs number="194">Peradventure</strongs>there shall be <strongs number="6242">twenty</strongs><strongs number="4672">found</strongs><strongs number="8033">there</strongs>. And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, I will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="7843">destroy</strongs><em> it </em>for twenty's <strongs number="5668 6242">sake</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='32'>And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="4994">Oh</strongs>let <strongs number="408">not</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs>be <strongs number="2734">angry</strongs>, and I will <strongs number="1696">speak</strongs><strongs number="389">yet</strongs>but this <strongs number="6471">once</strongs>: <strongs number="194">Peradventure</strongs><strongs number="6235">ten</strongs>shall be <strongs number="4672">found</strongs><strongs number="8033">there</strongs>. And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, I will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="7843">destroy</strongs><em> it </em>for ten's <strongs number="5668 6235">sake</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='33'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>went his <strongs number="1980">way</strongs>, as soon <strongs number="834">as</strongs>he had <strongs number="3615">left</strongs><strongs number="1696">communing</strongs><strongs number="413">with</strongs><strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs>: and <strongs number="85">Abraham</strongs><strongs number="7725">returned</strongs>unto his <strongs number="4725">place</strongs>. </verse>
