<verse number='2'><strongs number="1121">Son</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>, <strongs number="7760">set</strongs>thy <strongs number="6440">face</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, and <strongs number="5012">prophesy</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>him, and <strongs number="5921">against</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>: </verse>

<verse number='3'><strongs number="1696">Speak</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, <strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>; <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, I <em> am </em><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>thee, <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, the <strongs number="1419">great</strongs><strongs number="8577">dragon</strongs>that <strongs number="7257">lieth</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of his <strongs number="2975">rivers</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs>hath <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, My <strongs number="2975">river</strongs><em> is </em>mine own, and <strongs number="589">I</strongs>have <strongs number="6213">made</strongs><em> it </em>for myself. </verse>

<verse number='5'>And I will <strongs number="5203">leave</strongs>thee <em> thrown </em>into the <strongs number="4057">wilderness</strongs>, thee and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1710">fish</strongs>of thy <strongs number="2975">rivers</strongs>: thou shalt <strongs number="5307">fall</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="6440">open</strongs><strongs number="7704">fields</strongs>; thou shalt <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be brought <strongs number="622">together</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">nor</strongs><strongs number="6908">gathered</strongs>: I have <strongs number="5414">given</strongs>thee for <strongs number="402">meat</strongs>to the <strongs number="2416">beasts</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">field</strongs>and to the <strongs number="5775">fowls</strongs>of the <strongs number="8064">heaven</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='6'>And <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="3427">inhabitants</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>shall <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs><em> am </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <strongs number="3282">because</strongs>they have <strongs number="1961">been</strongs>a <strongs number="4938">staff</strongs>of <strongs number="7070">reed</strongs>to the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='7'>When they took <strongs number="8610">hold</strongs>of thee by thy <strongs number="3709">hand</strongs>, thou didst <strongs number="7533">break</strongs>, and <strongs number="1234">rend</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>their <strongs number="3802">shoulder</strongs>: and when they <strongs number="8172">leaned</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>thee, thou didst <strongs number="7665">broke</strongs>, and madest <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>their <strongs number="4975">loins</strongs>to be at a <strongs number="5976">stand</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='8'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>; <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, I will <strongs number="935">bring</strongs>a <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>thee, and cut <strongs number="3772">off</strongs><strongs number="120">man</strongs>and <strongs number="929">beast</strongs>out <strongs number="4480">of</strongs>thee. </verse>

<verse number='9'>And the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="8077">desolate</strongs>and <strongs number="2723">waste</strongs>; and they shall <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs><em> am </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>: <strongs number="3282">because</strongs>he hath <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, The <strongs number="2975">river</strongs><em> is </em>mine, and <strongs number="589">I</strongs>have <strongs number="6213">made</strongs><em> it </em>. </verse>

<verse number='10'><strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, <strongs number="3651">therefore</strongs>I <em> am </em><strongs number="413">against</strongs>thee, and <strongs number="413">against</strongs>thy <strongs number="2975">rivers</strongs>, and I will <strongs number="5414">make</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>utterly <strongs number="2723 2721">waste</strongs><em> and </em><strongs number="8077">desolate</strongs>, from the <strongs number="4480 4024">tower</strongs>of <strongs number="5482">Syene</strongs>even <strongs number="5704">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="1366">border</strongs>of <strongs number="3568">Ethiopia</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='11'><strongs number="3808">No</strongs><strongs number="7272">foot</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>shall <strongs number="5674">pass</strongs>through it, <strongs number="3808">nor</strongs><strongs number="7272">foot</strongs>of <strongs number="929">beast</strongs>shall <strongs number="5674">pass</strongs>through it, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>shall it be <strongs number="3427">inhabited</strongs><strongs number="705">forty</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='13'><strongs number="3588">Yet</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>; At the <strongs number="4480 7093">end</strongs>of <strongs number="705">forty</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>will I <strongs number="6908">gather</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="4714">Egyptians</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="834 8033">whither</strongs>they were <strongs number="6327">scattered</strongs>: </verse>

<verse number='14'>And I will bring <strongs number="7725">again</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="7622">captivity</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, and will cause them to <strongs number="7725">return</strongs><em> into </em>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="6624">Pathros</strongs>, <strongs number="5921">into</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of their <strongs number="4351">habitation</strongs>; and they shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="8033">there</strongs>a <strongs number="8217">base</strongs><strongs number="4467">kingdom</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='15'>It shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>the <strongs number="8217">basest</strongs><strongs number="4480">of</strongs>the <strongs number="4467">kingdoms</strongs>; <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>shall it exalt <strongs number="5375">itself</strongs>any <strongs number="5750">more</strongs><strongs number="5921">above</strongs>the <strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>: for I will <strongs number="4591">diminish</strongs>them, that they shall no <strongs number="1115">more</strongs><strongs number="7287">rule</strongs>over the <strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='16'>And it shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="5750">more</strongs>the <strongs number="4009">confidence</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, which bringeth <em> their </em>iniquity to <strongs number="2142 5771">remembrance</strongs>, when they shall <strongs number="6437">look</strongs><strongs number="310">after</strongs>them: but they shall <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs><em> am </em>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='18'><strongs number="1121">Son</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>, <strongs number="5019">Nebuchadnezzar</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="894">Babylon</strongs>caused <strongs number="*853"></strongs>his <strongs number="2428">army</strongs>to <strongs number="5647">serve</strongs>a <strongs number="1419">great</strongs><strongs number="5656">service</strongs><strongs number="413">against</strongs><strongs number="6865">Tyrus</strongs>: <strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="7218">head</strongs><em> was </em>made <strongs number="7139">bald</strongs>, and <strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="3802">shoulder</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="4803">peeled</strongs>: yet <strongs number="1961">had</strongs>he <strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="7939">wages</strongs>, nor his <strongs number="2428">army</strongs>, for <strongs number="4480 6865">Tyrus</strongs>, <strongs number="5921">for</strongs>the <strongs number="5656">service</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>he had <strongs number="5647">served</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>it: </verse>

<verse number='19'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>; <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, I will <strongs number="5414">give</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>unto <strongs number="5019">Nebuchadnezzar</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="894">Babylon</strongs>; and he shall <strongs number="5375">take</strongs>her <strongs number="1995">multitude</strongs>, and <strongs number="7997">take</strongs>her <strongs number="7998">spoil</strongs>, and <strongs number="962">take</strongs>her <strongs number="957">prey</strongs>; and it shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>the <strongs number="7939">wages</strongs>for his <strongs number="2428">army</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='21'>In <strongs number="1931">that</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>will I cause the <strongs number="7161">horn</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>to bud <strongs number="6779">forth</strongs>, and I will <strongs number="5414">give</strongs>thee the <strongs number="6610">opening</strongs>of the <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of them; and they shall <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs><em> am </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
