      <verse number='1'>Oh <strongs number="3863">that</strongs>thou wouldest <strongs number="7167">rend</strongs>the <strongs number="8064">heavens</strongs>, that thou wouldest come <strongs number="3381">down</strongs>, that the <strongs number="2022">mountains</strongs>might flow <strongs number="2151">down</strongs>at thy <strongs number="4480 6440">presence</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='2'>As <em> when </em>the <strongs number="2003">melting</strongs><strongs number="784">fire</strongs><strongs number="6919">burneth</strongs>, the <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>causeth the <strongs number="4325">waters</strongs>to <strongs number="1158">boil</strongs>, to make thy <strongs number="8034">name</strongs><strongs number="3045">known</strongs>to thine <strongs number="6862">adversaries</strongs>, <em> that </em>the <strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>may <strongs number="7264">tremble</strongs>at thy <strongs number="4480 6440">presence</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='3'>When thou <strongs number="6213">didst</strongs>terrible <strongs number="3372">things</strongs><em> which </em>we looked not <strongs number="6960 3808">for</strongs>, thou camest <strongs number="3381">down</strongs>, the <strongs number="2022">mountains</strongs>flowed <strongs number="2151">down</strongs>at thy <strongs number="4480 6440">presence</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>For since the beginning of the <strongs number="4480 5769">world</strongs><em> men </em>have <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="8085">heard</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">nor</strongs>perceived by the <strongs number="238">ear</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>hath the <strongs number="5869">eye</strongs><strongs number="7200">seen</strongs>, O <strongs number="430">God</strongs>, <strongs number="2108">beside</strongs>thee, <em> what </em>he hath <strongs number="6213">prepared</strongs>for him that <strongs number="2442">waiteth</strongs>for him. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>Thou <strongs number="6293">meetest</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>him that <strongs number="7797">rejoiceth</strongs>and <strongs number="6213">worketh</strongs><strongs number="6664">righteousness</strongs>, <em> those </em><em> that </em><strongs number="2142">remember</strongs>thee in thy <strongs number="1870">ways</strongs>: <strongs number="2005">behold</strongs>, <strongs number="859">thou</strongs>art <strongs number="7107">wroth</strongs>; for we have <strongs number="2398">sinned</strongs>: in those is <strongs number="5769">continuance</strongs>, and we shall be <strongs number="3467">saved</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'>But we <strongs number="1961">are</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>as an <strongs number="2931">unclean</strongs><em> thing </em>, and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>our <strongs number="6666">righteousnesses</strongs><em> are </em>as <strongs number="5708">filthy</strongs><strongs number="899">rags</strongs>; and we <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>do <strongs number="5034">fade</strongs>as a <strongs number="5929">leaf</strongs>; and our <strongs number="5771">iniquities</strongs>, like the <strongs number="7307">wind</strongs>, have taken us <strongs number="5375">away</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>And <em> there </em><em> is </em><strongs number="369">none</strongs>that <strongs number="7121">calleth</strongs>upon thy <strongs number="8034">name</strongs>, that stirreth up <strongs number="5782">himself</strongs>to take <strongs number="2388">hold</strongs>of thee: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>thou hast <strongs number="5641">hid</strongs>thy <strongs number="6440">face</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>us, and hast <strongs number="4127">consumed</strongs>us, <strongs number="3027">because</strongs>of our <strongs number="5771">iniquities</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>But <strongs number="6258">now</strongs>, O <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <strongs number="859">thou</strongs><em> art </em>our <strongs number="1">father</strongs>; <strongs number="587">we</strongs><em> are </em>the <strongs number="2563">clay</strongs>, and <strongs number="859">thou</strongs>our <strongs number="3335">potter</strongs>; and we <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><em> are </em>the <strongs number="4639">work</strongs>of thy <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>Be not <strongs number="7107 408">wroth</strongs>very <strongs number="5704 3966">sore</strongs>, O <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <strongs number="408">neither</strongs><strongs number="2142">remember</strongs><strongs number="5771">iniquity</strongs><strongs number="5703">forever</strongs>: <strongs number="2005">behold</strongs>, <strongs number="5027">see</strongs>, we beseech <strongs number="4994">thee</strongs>, we <em> are </em><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>thy <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='11'>Our <strongs number="6944">holy</strongs>and our <strongs number="8597">beautiful</strongs><strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, <strongs number="834">where</strongs>our <strongs number="1">fathers</strongs><strongs number="1984">praised</strongs>thee, <strongs number="1961">is</strongs>burned <strongs number="8316">up</strongs>with <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>: and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>our pleasant <strongs number="4261">things</strongs><strongs number="1961">are</strongs>laid <strongs number="2723">waste</strongs>. </verse>
