+1 tbsp cumin
+1 tbsp paprika
+2 tbsp garlic powder
+1 tbsp onion powder

+1 tsp white pepper

+Mix together ingredients thoroughly in small bowl.

+4 chicken breast (chopped)
+1/2 yellow onion (minced)
+1 tomato (diced)
+1/4 cup water

+Cook chicken, spices, onion, tomato in water together in saute pan. Once chicken is
+fully cooked and the water has cooked down remove from heat.

+1 green onion (sliced)
+1 bag shredded lettuce
+1 pkg sour cream

+Boil fettucini noodles until firm (al dente).

+1 qrt heavy cream
+2 cups italian cheese blend
+1 onion
+1 tbsp black pepper
+1 tbsp garlic (minced)

+Melt butter in saucepan on low and warm garlic and onion in butter until the onion
+translucent. Mix in heavy cream and bring to a slow simmer. Begin stirring in the
+italian cheese blend slowly ensuring it melts entirely into the sauce. Mix in black
+pepper thoroughly.

+2 lb Ground Beef
+1 onion (chopped)
+1 cup oatmeal
+1 egg
+2 tsp salt
+1/4 tsp black pepper
+1 carrot (shredded)

+Preheat oven to 350. Whisk egg, salt, pepper together in a large mixing bowl.
+Add oatmeal and stir together Mix in grd beef, onion, and carrot thoroughly.
+Place mixture in loaf pan.

+1/4 cup ketchup
+1 tbsp yellow mustard
+1/4 cup brown sugar
+
+Mix together ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Spread mixture over meatloaf.
+Bake in oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until temperature in center is 160.
