      <verse number='1'><strongs number="3063">Furthermore</strongs><strongs number="3767">then</strongs>we <strongs number="2065">beseech</strongs><strongs number="5209">you</strongs>, <strongs number="80">brethren</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="3870">exhort</strongs><em> you </em><strongs number="1722">by</strongs>the <strongs number="2962">Lord</strongs><strongs number="2424">Jesus</strongs>, that <strongs number="2531">as</strongs>ye have <strongs number="3880">received</strongs><strongs number="3844">of</strongs><strongs number="2257">us</strongs><strongs number="4459">how</strongs><strongs number="5209">ye</strongs><strongs number="1163">ought</strongs>to <strongs number="4043">walk</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs>to <strongs number="700">please</strongs><strongs number="2316">God</strongs>, <em> so </em>ye <strongs number="*2443">would</strongs><strongs number="4052">abound</strongs>more and <strongs number="3123">more</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs>ye <strongs number="1492">know</strongs><strongs number="5101">what</strongs><strongs number="3852">commandments</strongs>we <strongs number="1325">gave</strongs><strongs number="5213">you</strongs><strongs number="1223">by</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="2962">Lord</strongs><strongs number="2424">Jesus</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="5124">this</strongs><strongs number="2076">is</strongs>the <strongs number="2307">will</strongs>of <strongs number="2316">God</strongs>, <em> even </em><strongs number="5216">your</strongs><strongs number="38">sanctification</strongs>, that <strongs number="5209">ye</strongs>should <strongs number="567">abstain</strongs><strongs number="575">from</strongs><strongs number="4202">fornication</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='4'>That every <strongs number="1538">one</strongs>of <strongs number="5216">you</strongs>should <strongs number="1492">know</strongs>how to <strongs number="2932">possess</strongs><strongs number="1438">his</strongs><strongs number="4632">vessel</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs><strongs number="38">sanctification</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="5092">honor</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='5'><strongs number="3361">Not</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs>the <strongs number="3806">lust</strongs>of <strongs number="1939">concupiscence</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">even</strongs><strongs number="2509">as</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="1484">Gentiles</strongs>which <strongs number="1492">know</strongs><strongs number="3361">not</strongs><strongs number="2316">God</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='6'>That <strongs number="3361">no</strongs><em> man </em>go <strongs number="5233">beyond</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="4122">defraud</strongs><strongs number="848">his</strongs><strongs number="80">brother</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs><em> any </em><strongs number="4229">matter</strongs>: because <strongs number="1360">that</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="2962">Lord</strongs><em> is </em>the <strongs number="1558">avenger</strongs><strongs number="4012">of</strongs><strongs number="3956">all</strongs><strongs number="5130">such</strongs>, <strongs number="2531">as</strongs>we <strongs number="2532">also</strongs>have <strongs number="4277">forewarned</strongs><strongs number="5213">you</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="1263">testified</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="2316">God</strongs>hath <strongs number="3756">not</strongs><strongs number="2564">called</strongs><strongs number="2248">us</strongs><strongs number="1909">unto</strongs><strongs number="167">uncleanness</strongs>, <strongs number="235">but</strongs><strongs number="1722">unto</strongs><strongs number="38">holiness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>He therefore that <strongs number="114 5105">despiseth</strongs>, <strongs number="114">despiseth</strongs><strongs number="3756">not</strongs><strongs number="444">man</strongs>, <strongs number="235">but</strongs><strongs number="2316">God</strongs>, who hath also <strongs number="1325 2532">given</strongs><strongs number="1519">unto</strongs><strongs number="2248">us</strongs><strongs number="848">his</strongs><strongs number="40">Holy</strongs><strongs number="4151">Spirit</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='11'><strongs number="2532">And</strongs>that ye <strongs number="5389">study</strongs>to be <strongs number="2270">quiet</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs>to do your own <strongs number="4238 2398">business</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs>to <strongs number="2038">work</strongs>with <strongs number="5216">your</strongs><strongs number="2398">own</strongs><strongs number="5495">hands</strongs>, <strongs number="2531">as</strongs>we <strongs number="3853">commanded</strongs><strongs number="5213">you</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='12'><strongs number="2443">That</strongs>ye may <strongs number="4043">walk</strongs><strongs number="2156">honestly</strongs><strongs number="4314">toward</strongs>them that are <strongs number="1854">without</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs><em> that </em>ye may <strongs number="2192">have</strongs><strongs number="5532">lack</strongs>of <strongs number="3367">nothing</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'><strongs number="1161">But</strongs>I <strongs number="2309">would</strongs><strongs number="3756">not</strongs>have <strongs number="5209">you</strongs>to be <strongs number="50">ignorant</strongs>, <strongs number="80">brethren</strongs>, <strongs number="4012">concerning</strongs>them which are <strongs number="2837">asleep</strongs>, <strongs number="2443">that</strongs>ye <strongs number="3076">sorrow</strongs><strongs number="3361">not</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">even</strongs><strongs number="2531">as</strongs><strongs number="3062">others</strongs>which <strongs number="2192">have</strongs><strongs number="3361">no</strongs><strongs number="1680">hope</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='14'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="1487">if</strongs>we <strongs number="4100">believe</strongs><strongs number="3754">that</strongs><strongs number="2424">Jesus</strongs><strongs number="599">died</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs>rose <strongs number="450">again</strongs>, even <strongs number="3779">so</strongs>them also which <strongs number="2837 2532">sleep</strongs><strongs number="1223">in</strongs><strongs number="2424">Jesus</strongs>will <strongs number="2316">God</strongs><strongs number="71">bring</strongs><strongs number="4862">with</strongs><strongs number="846">him</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="5124">this</strongs>we <strongs number="3004">say</strongs>unto <strongs number="5213">you</strongs><strongs number="1722">by</strongs>the <strongs number="3056">word</strongs>of the <strongs number="2962">Lord</strongs>, <strongs number="3754">that</strongs><strongs number="2249">we</strongs>which are <strongs number="2198">alive</strongs><em> and </em><strongs number="4035">remain</strongs><strongs number="1519">unto</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="3952">coming</strongs>of <strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="2962">Lord</strongs>shall <strongs number="3364">not</strongs><strongs number="5348">prevent</strongs>them which are <strongs number="2837">asleep</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'><strongs number="3754">For</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="2962">Lord</strongs><strongs number="846">himself</strongs>shall <strongs number="2597">descend</strongs><strongs number="575">from</strongs><strongs number="3772">heaven</strongs><strongs number="1722">with</strongs>a <strongs number="2752">shout</strongs>, <strongs number="1722">with</strongs>the <strongs number="5456">voice</strongs>of the <strongs number="743">archangel</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="1722">with</strongs>the <strongs number="4536">trump</strongs>of <strongs number="2316">God</strongs>: <strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="3498">dead</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs><strongs number="5547">Christ</strongs>shall <strongs number="450">rise</strongs><strongs number="4412">first</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='17'><strongs number="1899">Then</strongs><strongs number="2249">we</strongs>which are <strongs number="2198">alive</strongs><em> and </em><strongs number="4035">remain</strongs>shall be caught <strongs number="726">up</strongs><strongs number="260">together</strongs><strongs number="4862">with</strongs><strongs number="846">them</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs>the <strongs number="3507">clouds</strongs>to <strongs number="1519 529">meet</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="2962">Lord</strongs><strongs number="1519">in</strongs>the <strongs number="109">air</strongs>: <strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="3779">so</strongs>shall we <strongs number="3842">ever</strongs><strongs number="2071">be</strongs><strongs number="4862">with</strongs>the <strongs number="2962">Lord</strongs>. </verse>
