      <verse number='1'>And the <strongs number="7218">chief</strongs><strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>of the <strongs number="4940">families</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="1568">Gilead</strongs>, the <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="4353">Machir</strongs>, the <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="4519">Manasseh</strongs>, of the <strongs number="4480 4940">families</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">sons</strongs>of <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>, came <strongs number="7126">near</strongs>, and <strongs number="1696">spoke</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs><strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs>, and <strongs number="6440">before</strongs>the <strongs number="5387">princes</strongs>, the <strongs number="7218">chief</strongs><strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='2'>And they <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, The <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="6680">commanded</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>my <strongs number="113">lord</strongs>to <strongs number="5414">give</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>for an <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>by <strongs number="1486">lot</strongs>to the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>: and my <strongs number="113">lord</strongs>was <strongs number="6680">commanded</strongs>by the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>to <strongs number="5414">give</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>of <strongs number="6765">Zelophehad</strongs>our <strongs number="251">brother</strongs>unto his <strongs number="1323">daughters</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>And if they be <strongs number="1961 802">married</strongs>to <strongs number="259">any</strongs>of the <strongs number="4480 1121">sons</strongs>of the <em> other </em><strongs number="7626">tribes</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, then shall their <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>be <strongs number="1639">taken</strongs>from the <strongs number="4480 5159">inheritance</strongs>of our <strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>, and shall be <strongs number="3254">put</strongs><strongs number="5921">to</strongs>the <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>of the <strongs number="4294">tribe</strongs><strongs number="834">whereunto</strongs>they are <strongs number="1961">received</strongs>: so shall it be <strongs number="1639">taken</strongs>from the <strongs number="4480 1486">lot</strongs>of our <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>And <strongs number="518">when</strongs>the <strongs number="3104">jubilee</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>, then shall their <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>be <strongs number="3254">put</strongs><strongs number="5921">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>of the <strongs number="4294">tribe</strongs><strongs number="834">whereunto</strongs>they are <strongs number="1961">received</strongs>: so shall their <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>be taken <strongs number="1639">away</strongs>from the <strongs number="4480 5159">inheritance</strongs>of the <strongs number="4294">tribe</strongs>of our <strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>And <strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs><strongs number="6680">commanded</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>according <strongs number="5921">to</strongs>the <strongs number="6310">word</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, The <strongs number="4294">tribe</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">sons</strongs>of <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>hath <strongs number="1696">said</strongs><strongs number="3651">well</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'><strongs number="2088">This</strongs><em> is </em>the <strongs number="1697">thing</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>doth <strongs number="6680">command</strongs>concerning the <strongs number="1323">daughters</strongs>of <strongs number="6765">Zelophehad</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, Let them <strongs number="1961 802">marry</strongs>to whom they think <strongs number="2896 5869">best</strongs>; <strongs number="389">only</strongs>to the <strongs number="4940">family</strongs>of the <strongs number="4294">tribe</strongs>of their <strongs number="1">father</strongs>shall they <strongs number="1961 802">marry</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>So shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>the <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs><strongs number="5437">remove</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 4294">tribe</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs><strongs number="4294">tribe</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>every <strongs number="376">one</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>shall <strongs number="1692">keep</strongs>himself to the <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>of the <strongs number="4294">tribe</strongs>of his <strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>And <strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="1323">daughter</strongs>, that <strongs number="3423">possesseth</strongs>an <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>in any <strongs number="4480 4294">tribe</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="802">wife</strongs>unto <strongs number="259">one</strongs>of the <strongs number="4480 4940">family</strongs>of the <strongs number="4294">tribe</strongs>of her <strongs number="1">father</strongs>, <strongs number="4616">that</strongs>the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>may <strongs number="3423">enjoy</strongs>every <strongs number="376">man</strongs>the <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>of his <strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'><strongs number="3808">Neither</strongs>shall the <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs><strongs number="5437">remove</strongs>from <em> one </em><strongs number="4480 4294">tribe</strongs>to <strongs number="312">another</strongs><strongs number="4294">tribe</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">but</strongs>every <strongs number="376">one</strongs>of the <strongs number="4294">tribes</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>shall <strongs number="1692">keep</strongs>himself to his own <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>Even <strongs number="834">as</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="6680">commanded</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs>, <strongs number="3651">so</strongs><strongs number="6213">did</strongs>the <strongs number="1323">daughters</strongs>of <strongs number="6765">Zelophehad</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='11'>For <strongs number="4244">Mahlah</strongs>, <strongs number="8656">Tirzah</strongs>, and <strongs number="2295">Hoglah</strongs>, and <strongs number="4435">Milcah</strongs>, and <strongs number="5270">Noah</strongs>, the <strongs number="1323">daughters</strongs>of <strongs number="6765">Zelophehad</strongs>, were <strongs number="1961 802">married</strongs>unto their father's <strongs number="1730">brothers</strongs>' <strongs number="1121">sons</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='12'><em> And </em>they were <strongs number="1961 802">married</strongs>into the <strongs number="4480 4940">families</strongs>of the <strongs number="1121">sons</strongs>of <strongs number="4519">Manasseh</strongs>the <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>, and their <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs><strongs number="1961">remained</strongs><strongs number="5921">in</strongs>the <strongs number="4294">tribe</strongs>of the <strongs number="4940">family</strongs>of their <strongs number="1">father</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'><strongs number="428">These</strongs><em> are </em>the <strongs number="4687">commandments</strongs>and the <strongs number="4941">judgments</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="6680">commanded</strongs>by the <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of <strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>in the <strongs number="6160">plains</strongs>of <strongs number="4124">Moab</strongs><strongs number="5921">by</strongs><strongs number="3383">Jordan</strongs><em> near </em><strongs number="3405">Jericho</strongs>. </verse>
