      <verse number='3'><strongs number="6186">Order</strongs>ye the <strongs number="4043">buckler</strongs>and <strongs number="6793">shield</strongs>, and draw <strongs number="5066">near</strongs>to <strongs number="4421">battle</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="631">Harness</strongs>the <strongs number="5483">horses</strongs>; and get <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>, ye <strongs number="6571">horsemen</strongs>, and stand <strongs number="3320">forth</strongs>with <em> your </em><strongs number="3553">helmets</strongs>; <strongs number="4838">furbish</strongs>the <strongs number="7420">spears</strongs>, <em> and </em>put <strongs number="3847">on</strongs>the <strongs number="5630">brigandines</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='6'>Let <strongs number="408">not</strongs>the <strongs number="7031">swift</strongs>flee <strongs number="5127">away</strongs>, <strongs number="408">nor</strongs>the mighty <strongs number="1368">man</strongs><strongs number="4422">escape</strongs>; they shall <strongs number="3782">stumble</strongs>, and <strongs number="5307">fall</strongs>toward the <strongs number="6828">north</strongs><strongs number="5921 3027">by</strongs>the <strongs number="5104">river</strongs><strongs number="6578">Euphrates</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='8'><strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>riseth <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>like a <strongs number="2975">flood</strongs>, and <em> his </em><strongs number="4325">waters</strongs>are <strongs number="1607">moved</strongs>like the <strongs number="5104">rivers</strongs>; and he <strongs number="559">saith</strongs>, I will go <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>, <em> and </em>will <strongs number="3680">cover</strongs>the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>; I will <strongs number="6">destroy</strongs>the <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>and the <strongs number="3427">inhabitants</strongs>thereof. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>Come <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>, ye <strongs number="5483">horses</strongs>; and <strongs number="1984">rage</strongs>, ye <strongs number="7393">chariots</strongs>; and let the mighty <strongs number="1368">men</strongs>come <strongs number="3318">forth</strongs>; the <strongs number="3568">Ethiopians</strongs>and the <strongs number="6316">Libyans</strongs>, that <strongs number="8610">handle</strongs>the <strongs number="4043">shield</strongs>; and the <strongs number="3866">Lydians</strongs>, that <strongs number="8610">handle</strongs><em> and </em><strongs number="1869">bend</strongs>the <strongs number="7198">bow</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='11'>Go <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>into <strongs number="1568">Gilead</strongs>, and <strongs number="3947">take</strongs><strongs number="6875">balm</strongs>, O <strongs number="1330">virgin</strongs>, the <strongs number="1323">daughter</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>: in <strongs number="7723">vain</strongs>shalt thou use <strongs number="7235">many</strongs><strongs number="7499">medicines</strongs>; <em> for </em>thou shalt <strongs number="369">not</strongs>be <strongs number="8585">cured</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='13'>The <strongs number="1697">word</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1696">spoke</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs><strongs number="3414">Jeremiah</strongs>the <strongs number="5030">prophet</strongs>, how <strongs number="5019">Nebuchadnezzar</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="894">Babylon</strongs>should <strongs number="935">come</strongs><em> and </em><strongs number="5221">smite</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='14'><strongs number="5046">Declare</strongs>ye in <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, and <strongs number="8085">publish</strongs>in <strongs number="4024">Migdol</strongs>, and <strongs number="8085">publish</strongs>in <strongs number="5297">Noph</strongs>and in <strongs number="8471">Tahpanhes</strongs>: <strongs number="559">say</strongs>ye, Stand <strongs number="3320">fast</strongs>, and <strongs number="3559">prepare</strongs>thee; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>the <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>shall <strongs number="398">devour</strongs>round <strongs number="5439">about</strongs>thee. </verse>
      <verse number='15'><strongs number="4069">Why</strongs>are thy <strongs number="47">valiant</strongs><em> men </em>swept <strongs number="5502">away</strongs>? they <strongs number="5975">stood</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>did <strongs number="1920">drive</strongs>them. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>He made <strongs number="7235">many</strongs>to <strongs number="3782">fall</strongs>, <strongs number="1571">yea</strongs>, <strongs number="376">one</strongs><strongs number="5307">fell</strongs><strongs number="413">upon</strongs><strongs number="7453">another</strongs>: and they <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="6965">Arise</strongs>, and let us go <strongs number="7725">again</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs>our own <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>, and <strongs number="413">to</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of our <strongs number="4138">nativity</strongs>, <strongs number="4480 6440">from</strongs>the <strongs number="3238">oppressing</strongs><strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>They did <strongs number="7121">cry</strongs><strongs number="8033">there</strongs>, <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs><em> is </em><em> but </em>a <strongs number="7588">noise</strongs>; he hath <strongs number="5674">passed</strongs>the time <strongs number="4150">appointed</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'><em> As </em><strongs number="589">I</strongs><strongs number="2416">live</strongs>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">King</strongs>, whose <strongs number="8034">name</strongs><em> is </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>of <strongs number="6635">hosts</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">Surely</strongs>as <strongs number="8396">Tabor</strongs><em> is </em>among the <strongs number="2022">mountains</strongs>, and as <strongs number="3760">Carmel</strongs>by the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>, <em> so </em>shall he <strongs number="935">come</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>O thou <strongs number="1323">daughter</strongs><strongs number="3427">dwelling</strongs>in <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, <strongs number="3627 6213">furnish</strongs>thyself to go into <strongs number="1473">captivity</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="5297">Noph</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="8047">waste</strongs>and <strongs number="3341">desolate</strongs><strongs number="4480 369">without</strongs>an <strongs number="3427">inhabitant</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='20'><strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs><em> is </em><em> like </em>a very <strongs number="3304">fair</strongs><strongs number="5697">heifer</strongs>, <em> but </em><strongs number="7171">destruction</strongs><strongs number="935">cometh</strongs>; it <strongs number="935">cometh</strongs>out of the <strongs number="4480 6828">north</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='21'><strongs number="1571">Also</strongs>her hired <strongs number="7916">men</strongs><em> are </em>in the <strongs number="7130">midst</strongs>of her like <strongs number="4770">fatted</strongs><strongs number="5695">bullocks</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="1992">they</strongs><strongs number="1571">also</strongs>are turned <strongs number="6437">back</strongs>, <em> and </em>are fled <strongs number="5127">away</strongs><strongs number="3162">together</strongs>: they did <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="5975">stand</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>the <strongs number="3117">day</strongs>of their <strongs number="343">calamity</strongs>was <strongs number="935">come</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>them, <em> and </em>the <strongs number="6256">time</strongs>of their <strongs number="6486">visitation</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='22'>The <strongs number="6963">voice</strongs>thereof shall <strongs number="1980">go</strongs>like a <strongs number="5175">serpent</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>they shall <strongs number="1980">march</strongs>with an <strongs number="2428">army</strongs>, and <strongs number="935">come</strongs>against her with <strongs number="7134">axes</strongs>, as <strongs number="2404">hewers</strongs>of <strongs number="6086">wood</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='23'>They shall cut <strongs number="3772">down</strongs>her <strongs number="3293">forest</strongs>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">though</strongs>it <strongs number="3808">cannot</strongs>be <strongs number="2713">searched</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>they are <strongs number="7231">more</strongs>than the <strongs number="4480 697">grasshoppers</strongs>, and <em> are </em><strongs number="369 4557">innumerable</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='24'>The <strongs number="1323">daughter</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>shall be <strongs number="3001">confounded</strongs>; she shall be <strongs number="5414">delivered</strongs>into the <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>of the <strongs number="6828">north</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='25'>The <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>of <strongs number="6635">hosts</strongs>, the <strongs number="430">God</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saith</strongs>; <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, I will <strongs number="6485 413">punish</strongs>the <strongs number="528">multitude</strongs>of <strongs number="4480 4996">No</strongs>, and <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>, and <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, <strongs number="5921">with</strongs>their <strongs number="430">gods</strongs>, and their <strongs number="4428">kings</strongs>; even <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>, and <em> all </em>them that <strongs number="982">trust</strongs>in him: </verse>
      <verse number='26'>And I will <strongs number="5414">deliver</strongs>them into the <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of those that <strongs number="1245">seek</strongs>their <strongs number="5315">lives</strongs>, and into the <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of <strongs number="5019">Nebuchadnezzar</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="894">Babylon</strongs>, and into the <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of his <strongs number="5650">servants</strongs>: and <strongs number="310 3651">afterward</strongs>it shall be <strongs number="7931">inhabited</strongs>, as in the <strongs number="3117">days</strongs>of <strongs number="6924">old</strongs>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
