And his <strongs number="3824">heart</strongs>was <strongs number="5128">moved</strongs>, and the <strongs number="3824">heart</strongs>of his <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>, as the <strongs number="6086">trees</strongs>of the <strongs number="3293">wood</strongs>are <strongs number="5128">moved</strongs><strongs number="4480 6440">with</strongs>the <strongs number="7307">wind</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='5'><strongs number="3282 3588">Because</strongs><strongs number="758">Syria</strongs>, <strongs number="669">Ephraim</strongs>, and the <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="7425">Remaliah</strongs>, have taken <strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><strongs number="3289">counsel</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>thee, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, </verse>

<verse number='6'>Let us go <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>against <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>, and <strongs number="6972">vex</strongs>it, and let us make a <strongs number="1234">breach</strongs>therein <strongs number="413">for</strongs>us, and set a <strongs number="4427 4428">king</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of it, <em> even </em><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="2870">Tabeal</strongs>: </verse>

<verse number='7'><strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>, It shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="6965">stand</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>shall it come to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='8'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>the <strongs number="7218">head</strongs>of <strongs number="758">Syria</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="1834">Damascus</strongs>, and the <strongs number="7218">head</strongs>of <strongs number="1834">Damascus</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="7526">Rezin</strongs>; and <strongs number="5750">within</strongs><strongs number="8346">threescore</strongs>and <strongs number="2568">five</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>shall <strongs number="669">Ephraim</strongs>be <strongs number="2844">broken</strongs>, that it be not a <strongs number="4480 5971">people</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='9'>And the <strongs number="7218">head</strongs>of <strongs number="669">Ephraim</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="8111">Samaria</strongs>, and the <strongs number="7218">head</strongs>of <strongs number="8111">Samaria</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="7425">Remaliah</strongs>'s <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>. <strongs number="518">If</strongs>ye will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="539">believe</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">surely</strongs>ye shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be <strongs number="539">established</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='10'>Moreover the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1696">spoke</strongs><strongs number="3254">again</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="271">Ahaz</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, </verse>

<verse number='11'><strongs number="7592">Ask</strongs>thee a <strongs number="226">sign</strongs><strongs number="4480 5973">of</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>thy <strongs number="430">God</strongs>; <strongs number="7592">ask</strongs>it either in the <strongs number="6009">depth</strongs>, <strongs number="176">or</strongs>in the <strongs number="1361">height</strongs><strongs number="4605">above</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='12'>But <strongs number="271">Ahaz</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>, I will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="7592">ask</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>will I <strongs number="5254">tempt</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='13'>And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="8085">Hear</strongs>ye <strongs number="4994">now</strongs>, O <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="1732">David</strongs>; <em> Is </em><em> it </em>a small <strongs number="4592">thing</strongs><strongs number="4480">for</strongs>you to <strongs number="3811">weary</strongs><strongs number="376">men</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">but</strongs>will ye <strongs number="3811">weary</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>my <strongs number="430">God</strongs><strongs number="1571">also</strongs>? </verse>

<verse number='18'>And it shall come to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>in <strongs number="1931">that</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>, <em> that </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>shall <strongs number="8319">hiss</strongs>for the <strongs number="2070">fly</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> is </em>in the uttermost <strongs number="7097">part</strongs>of the <strongs number="2975">rivers</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, and for the <strongs number="1682">bee</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> is </em>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="804">Assyria</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='19'>And they shall <strongs number="935">come</strongs>, and shall <strongs number="5117">rest</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>of them in the <strongs number="1327">desolate</strongs><strongs number="5158">valleys</strongs>, and in the <strongs number="5357">holes</strongs>of the <strongs number="5553">rocks</strongs>, and upon <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="5285">thorns</strongs>, and upon <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="5097">bushes</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='20'>In the <strongs number="1931">same</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>shall the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="1548">shave</strongs>with a <strongs number="8593">razor</strongs>that is <strongs number="7917">hired</strongs>, <em> namely </em>, by them <strongs number="5676">beyond</strongs>the <strongs number="5104">river</strongs>, by the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="804">Assyria</strongs>, <strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="7218">head</strongs>, and the <strongs number="8181">hair</strongs>of the <strongs number="7272">feet</strongs>: and it shall <strongs number="1571">also</strongs><strongs number="5595">consume</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="2206">beard</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='21'>And it shall come to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>in <strongs number="1931">that</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>, <em> that </em>a <strongs number="376">man</strongs>shall <strongs number="2421">nourish</strongs>a <strongs number="1241">young</strongs><strongs number="5697">cow</strongs>, and <strongs number="8147">two</strongs><strongs number="6629">sheep</strongs>; </verse>

<verse number='22'>And it shall come to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>, for the <strongs number="4480 7230">abundance</strongs>of <strongs number="2461">milk</strongs><em> that </em>they shall <strongs number="6213">give</strongs>he shall <strongs number="398">eat</strongs><strongs number="2529">butter</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="2529">butter</strongs>and <strongs number="1706">honey</strongs>shall every <strongs number="3605">one</strongs><strongs number="398">eat</strongs>that is <strongs number="3498">left</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='23'>And it shall come to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>in <strongs number="1931">that</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>, <em> that </em><strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="4725">place</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>, <strongs number="8033">where</strongs>there <strongs number="1961">were</strongs>a <strongs number="505">thousand</strongs><strongs number="1612">vines</strongs>at a <strongs number="505">thousand</strongs><strongs number="3701">silverlings</strongs>, it shall <em> even </em><strongs number="1961">be</strongs>for <strongs number="8068">briers</strongs>and <strongs number="7898">thorns</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='24'>With <strongs number="2671">arrows</strongs>and with <strongs number="7198">bows</strongs>shall <em> men </em><strongs number="935">come</strongs><strongs number="8033">thither</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">because</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">become</strongs><strongs number="8068">briers</strongs>and <strongs number="7898">thorns</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='25'>And <em> on </em><strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="2022">hills</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>shall be <strongs number="5737">digged</strongs>with the <strongs number="4576">mattock</strongs>, there shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="935">come</strongs><strongs number="8033">thither</strongs>the <strongs number="3374">fear</strongs>of <strongs number="8068">briers</strongs>and <strongs number="7898">thorns</strongs>: but it shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>for the sending <strongs number="4916">forth</strongs>of <strongs number="7794">oxen</strongs>, and for the <strongs number="4823">treading</strongs>of lesser <strongs number="7716">cattle</strongs>. </verse>
