My <strongs number="3039">well</strongs>-beloved <strongs number="1961">hath</strongs>a <strongs number="3754">vineyard</strongs>in a very fruitful <strongs number="1121 8081 7161">hill</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='2'>And he <strongs number="5823">fenced</strongs>it, and gathered out the <strongs number="5619">stones</strongs>thereof, and <strongs number="5193">planted</strongs>it with the choicest <strongs number="8321">vine</strongs>, and <strongs number="1129">built</strongs>a <strongs number="4026">tower</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of it, and <strongs number="1571">also</strongs><strongs number="2672">made</strongs>a <strongs number="3342">winepress</strongs>therein: and he <strongs number="6960">looked</strongs>that it should bring <strongs number="6213">forth</strongs><strongs number="6025">grapes</strongs>, and it brought <strongs number="6213">forth</strongs>wild <strongs number="891">grapes</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>And <strongs number="6258">now</strongs>, O <strongs number="3427">inhabitants</strongs>of <strongs number="3389">Jerusalem</strongs>, and <strongs number="376">men</strongs>of <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>, <strongs number="8199">judge</strongs>, I pray <strongs number="4994">you</strongs>, <strongs number="996">between</strongs>me and my <strongs number="3754">vineyard</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="4100">What</strongs>could have been <strongs number="6213">done</strongs><strongs number="5750">more</strongs>to my <strongs number="3754">vineyard</strongs>, that I have <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="6213">done</strongs>in it? <strongs number="4069">wherefore</strongs>, when I <strongs number="6960">looked</strongs>that it should bring <strongs number="6213">forth</strongs><strongs number="6025">grapes</strongs>, brought it <strongs number="6213">forth</strongs>wild <strongs number="891">grapes</strongs>? </verse>

      <verse number='7'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>the <strongs number="3754">vineyard</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>of <strongs number="6635">hosts</strongs><em> is </em>the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, and the <strongs number="376">men</strongs>of <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>his <strongs number="8191">pleasant</strongs><strongs number="5194">plant</strongs>: and he <strongs number="6960">looked</strongs>for <strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs>, but <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs><strongs number="4939">oppression</strongs>; for <strongs number="6666">righteousness</strongs>, but <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>a <strongs number="6818">cry</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>unto them that <strongs number="5060">join</strongs><strongs number="1004">house</strongs>to <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, <em> that </em><strongs number="7126">lay</strongs><strongs number="7704">field</strongs>to <strongs number="7704">field</strongs>, <strongs number="5704">till</strongs><em> there </em><em> be </em><strongs number="657">no</strongs><strongs number="4725">place</strongs>, that they may be <strongs number="3427">placed</strongs><strongs number="905">alone</strongs>in the <strongs number="7130">midst</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='9'>In mine <strongs number="241">ears</strongs><em> said </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>of <strongs number="6635">hosts</strongs>, Of a <strongs number="518 3808">truth</strongs><strongs number="7227">many</strongs><strongs number="1004">houses</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="8047">desolate</strongs>, <em> even </em><strongs number="1419">great</strongs>and <strongs number="2896">fair</strongs>, <strongs number="4480 369">without</strongs><strongs number="3427">inhabitant</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'><strongs number="3588">Yea</strongs>, <strongs number="6235">ten</strongs><strongs number="6776">acres</strongs>of <strongs number="3754">vineyard</strongs>shall <strongs number="6213">yield</strongs><strongs number="259">one</strongs><strongs number="1324">bath</strongs>, and the <strongs number="2233">seed</strongs>of a <strongs number="2563">homer</strongs>shall <strongs number="6213">yield</strongs>an <strongs number="374">ephah</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>unto them that rise up <strongs number="7925">early</strongs>in the <strongs number="1242">morning</strongs>, <em> that </em>they may <strongs number="7291">follow</strongs>strong <strongs number="7941">drink</strongs>; that <strongs number="309">continue</strongs>until <strongs number="5399">night</strongs>, <em> till </em><strongs number="3196">wine</strongs><strongs number="1814">inflame</strongs>them! </verse>
      <verse number='12'>And the <strongs number="3658">harp</strongs>, and the <strongs number="5035">viol</strongs>, the <strongs number="8596">tabret</strongs>, and <strongs number="2485">pipe</strongs>, and <strongs number="3196">wine</strongs>, <strongs number="1961">are</strongs>in their <strongs number="4960">feasts</strongs>: but they <strongs number="5027">regard</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>the <strongs number="6467">work</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs><strongs number="7200">consider</strongs>the <strongs number="4639">operation</strongs>of his <strongs number="3027">hands</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs>my <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>are gone into <strongs number="1540">captivity</strongs>, because <em> they have </em><strongs number="4480 1097">no</strongs><strongs number="1847">knowledge</strongs>: and their <strongs number="3519">honorable</strongs><strongs number="4962">men</strongs><em> are </em><strongs number="7458">famished</strongs>, and their <strongs number="1995">multitude</strongs>dried <strongs number="6704">up</strongs>with <strongs number="6772">thirst</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='14'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs><strongs number="7585">hell</strongs>hath <strongs number="7337">enlarged</strongs><strongs number="5315">herself</strongs>, and <strongs number="6473">opened</strongs>her <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs><strongs number="1097">without</strongs><strongs number="2706">measure</strongs>: and their <strongs number="1926">glory</strongs>, and their <strongs number="1995">multitude</strongs>, and their <strongs number="7588">pomp</strongs>, and he that <strongs number="5938">rejoiceth</strongs>, shall <strongs number="3381">descend</strongs>into it. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>And the mean <strongs number="120">man</strongs>shall be brought <strongs number="7817">down</strongs>, and the mighty <strongs number="376">man</strongs>shall be <strongs number="8213">humbled</strongs>, and the <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>of the <strongs number="1364">lofty</strongs>shall be <strongs number="8213">humbled</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='16'>But the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>of <strongs number="6635">hosts</strongs>shall be <strongs number="1361">exalted</strongs>in <strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs>, and <strongs number="410">God</strongs>that is <strongs number="6918">holy</strongs>shall be <strongs number="6942">sanctified</strongs>in <strongs number="6666">righteousness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>Then shall the <strongs number="3532">lambs</strongs><strongs number="7462">feed</strongs>after their <strongs number="1699">manner</strongs>, and the waste <strongs number="2723">places</strongs>of the fat <strongs number="4220">ones</strongs>shall <strongs number="1481">strangers</strongs><strongs number="398">eat</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>unto them that <strongs number="4900">draw</strongs><strongs number="5771">iniquity</strongs>with <strongs number="2256">cords</strongs>of <strongs number="7723">vanity</strongs>, and <strongs number="2402">sin</strongs>as it were with a <strongs number="5699">cart</strongs><strongs number="5688">rope</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='19'>That <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, Let him make <strongs number="4116">speed</strongs>, <em> and </em><strongs number="2363">hasten</strongs>his <strongs number="4639">work</strongs>, <strongs number="4616">that</strongs>we may <strongs number="7200">see</strongs><em> it </em>: and let the <strongs number="6098">counsel</strongs>of the Holy <strongs number="6918">One</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>draw <strongs number="7126">nigh</strongs>and <strongs number="935">come</strongs>, that we may <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><em> it </em>! </verse>
      <verse number='20'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>unto them that <strongs number="559">call</strongs><strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><strongs number="2896">good</strongs>, and <strongs number="2896">good</strongs><strongs number="7451">evil</strongs>; that <strongs number="7760">put</strongs><strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs>for <strongs number="216">light</strongs>, and <strongs number="216">light</strongs>for <strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs>; that <strongs number="7760">put</strongs><strongs number="4751">bitter</strongs>for <strongs number="4966">sweet</strongs>, and <strongs number="4966">sweet</strongs>for <strongs number="4751">bitter</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='21'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>unto <em> them </em><em> that </em><em> are </em><strongs number="2450">wise</strongs>in their own <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>, and <strongs number="995">prudent</strongs><strongs number="5048">in</strongs>their own <strongs number="6440">sight</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='22'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>unto <em> them </em><em> that </em><em> are </em><strongs number="1368">mighty</strongs>to <strongs number="8354">drink</strongs><strongs number="3196">wine</strongs>, and <strongs number="376">men</strongs>of <strongs number="2428">strength</strongs>to <strongs number="4537">mingle</strongs>strong <strongs number="7941">drink</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='23'>Which <strongs number="6663">justify</strongs>the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs><strongs number="6118">for</strongs><strongs number="7810">reward</strongs>, and take <strongs number="5493">away</strongs>the <strongs number="6666">righteousness</strongs>of the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>him! </verse>
      <verse number='24'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs>as the <strongs number="784">fire</strongs><strongs number="398">devoureth</strongs>the <strongs number="7179">stubble</strongs>, and the <strongs number="3852">flame</strongs><strongs number="7503">consumeth</strongs>the <strongs number="2842">chaff</strongs>, <em> so </em>their <strongs number="8328">root</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>as <strongs number="4716">rottenness</strongs>, and their <strongs number="6525">blossom</strongs>shall go <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>as <strongs number="80">dust</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>they have cast <strongs number="3988">away</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="8451">law</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>of <strongs number="6635">hosts</strongs>, and <strongs number="5006">despised</strongs>the <strongs number="565">word</strongs>of the Holy <strongs number="6918">One</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='25'><strongs number="5921 3651">Therefore</strongs>is the <strongs number="639">anger</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="2734">kindled</strongs>against his <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>, and he hath stretched <strongs number="5186">forth</strongs>his <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>them, and hath <strongs number="5221">smitten</strongs>them: and the <strongs number="2022">hills</strongs>did <strongs number="7264">tremble</strongs>, and their <strongs number="5038">carcasses</strongs><em> were </em><strongs number="1961 5478">torn</strongs>in the <strongs number="7130">midst</strongs>of the <strongs number="2351">streets</strongs>.       <verse number='26'>And he will lift <strongs number="5375">up</strongs>an <strongs number="5251">ensign</strongs>to the <strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 7350">far</strongs>, and will <strongs number="8319">hiss</strongs>unto them from the <strongs number="4480 7097">end</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>: and, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, they shall <strongs number="935">come</strongs>with <strongs number="4120">speed</strongs><strongs number="7031">swiftly</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='27'><strongs number="369">None</strongs>shall be <strongs number="5889">weary</strongs><strongs number="369">nor</strongs><strongs number="3782">stumble</strongs>among them; <strongs number="3808">none</strongs>shall <strongs number="5123">slumber</strongs><strongs number="3808">nor</strongs><strongs number="3462">sleep</strongs>; <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>shall the <strongs number="232">girdle</strongs>of their <strongs number="2504">loins</strongs>be <strongs number="6605">loosed</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">nor</strongs>the <strongs number="8288">latchet</strongs>of their <strongs number="5275">shoes</strongs>be <strongs number="5423">broken</strongs>: </verse>
