      <verse number='1'><strongs number="453">Elihu</strongs>also <strongs number="3254">proceeded</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="3803">Suffer</strongs>me a <strongs number="2191">little</strongs>, and I will <strongs number="2331">show</strongs>thee <strongs number="3588">that</strongs><em> I </em><em> have </em><strongs number="5750">yet</strongs>to <strongs number="4405">speak</strongs>on <strongs number="433">God</strongs>'s behalf. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>I will <strongs number="5375">fetch</strongs>my <strongs number="1843">knowledge</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 7350">afar</strongs>, and will <strongs number="5414">ascribe</strongs><strongs number="6664">righteousness</strongs>to my <strongs number="6466">Maker</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="551">truly</strongs>my <strongs number="4405">words</strongs><em> shall </em><strongs number="3808">not</strongs><em> be </em><strongs number="8267">false</strongs>: he that is <strongs number="8549">perfect</strongs>in <strongs number="1844">knowledge</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>thee. </verse>
      <verse number='5'><strongs number="2005">Behold</strongs>, <strongs number="410">God</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="3524">mighty</strongs>, and <strongs number="3988">despiseth</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs><em> any: </em><em> he </em><em> is </em><strongs number="3524">mighty</strongs>in <strongs number="3581">strength</strongs><em> and </em><strongs number="3820">wisdom</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'>He preserveth not the <strongs number="2421 3808">life</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>: but <strongs number="5414">giveth</strongs><strongs number="4941">right</strongs>to the <strongs number="6041">poor</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>He <strongs number="1639">withdraweth</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>his <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>from the <strongs number="4480 6662">righteous</strongs>: but <strongs number="854">with</strongs><strongs number="4428">kings</strongs><em> are </em><em> they </em>on the <strongs number="3678">throne</strongs>; yea, he doth <strongs number="3427">establish</strongs>them <strongs number="5331">forever</strongs>, and they are <strongs number="1361">exalted</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>And <strongs number="518">if</strongs><em> they </em><em> be </em><strongs number="631">bound</strongs>in <strongs number="2131">fetters</strongs>, <em> and </em>be <strongs number="3920">holden</strongs>in <strongs number="2256">cords</strongs>of <strongs number="6040">affliction</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='9'>Then he <strongs number="5046">showeth</strongs>them their <strongs number="6467">work</strongs>, and their <strongs number="6588">transgressions</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs>they have <strongs number="1396">exceeded</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>He <strongs number="1540">openeth</strongs>also their <strongs number="241">ear</strongs>to <strongs number="4148">discipline</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">commandeth</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs>they <strongs number="7725">return</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 205">iniquity</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="518">If</strongs>they <strongs number="8085">obey</strongs>and <strongs number="5647">serve</strongs><em> him </em>, they shall <strongs number="3615">spend</strongs>their <strongs number="3117">days</strongs>in <strongs number="2896">prosperity</strongs>, and their <strongs number="8141">years</strongs>in <strongs number="5273">pleasures</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>But <strongs number="518">if</strongs>they <strongs number="8085">obey</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>, they shall <strongs number="5674">perish</strongs>by the <strongs number="7973">sword</strongs>, and they shall <strongs number="1478">die</strongs><strongs number="1097">without</strongs><strongs number="1847">knowledge</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'>But the <strongs number="2611">hypocrites</strongs>in <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>heap <strongs number="7760">up</strongs><strongs number="639">wrath</strongs>: they <strongs number="7768">cry</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3588">when</strongs>he <strongs number="631">bindeth</strongs>them. </verse>
      <verse number='14'><strongs number="5315">They</strongs><strongs number="4191">die</strongs>in <strongs number="5290">youth</strongs>, and their <strongs number="2416">life</strongs><em> is </em>among the <strongs number="6945">unclean</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>He <strongs number="2502">delivereth</strongs>the <strongs number="6041">poor</strongs>in his <strongs number="6040">affliction</strongs>, and <strongs number="1540">openeth</strongs>their <strongs number="241">ears</strongs>in <strongs number="3906">oppression</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>Even <strongs number="637">so</strongs>would he have <strongs number="5496">removed</strongs>thee out of the <strongs number="4480 6310 6862">strait</strongs><em> into </em>a broad <strongs number="7338">place</strongs>, <strongs number="8478">where</strongs><em> there </em><em> is </em><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="4164">straitness</strongs>; and that which should be <strongs number="5183">set</strongs>on thy <strongs number="7979">table</strongs><em> should </em><em> be </em><strongs number="4390">full</strongs>of <strongs number="1880">fatness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>But thou hast <strongs number="4390">fulfilled</strongs>the <strongs number="1779">judgment</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>: <strongs number="1779">judgment</strongs>and <strongs number="4941">justice</strongs>take <strongs number="8551">hold</strongs><em> on </em><em> thee </em>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'><strongs number="3588">Because</strongs><em> there </em><em> is </em><strongs number="2534">wrath</strongs>, <em> beware </em><strongs number="6435">lest</strongs>he take thee <strongs number="5496">away</strongs>with <em> his </em><strongs number="5607">stroke</strongs>: then a <strongs number="7227">great</strongs><strongs number="3724">ransom</strongs><strongs number="408">cannot</strongs><strongs number="5186">deliver</strongs>thee. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>Will he <strongs number="6186">esteem</strongs>thy <strongs number="7769">riches</strongs>? <em> no </em>, <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="1222">gold</strongs>, nor <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="3981">forces</strongs>of <strongs number="3581">strength</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='20'><strongs number="7602">Desire</strongs><strongs number="408">not</strongs>the <strongs number="3915">night</strongs>, when <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>are cut <strongs number="5927">off</strongs>in their <strongs number="8478">place</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='23'><strongs number="4310">Who</strongs>hath <strongs number="6485 5921">enjoined</strongs>him his <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>? or <strongs number="4310">who</strongs>can <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, Thou hast <strongs number="6466">wrought</strongs><strongs number="5766">iniquity</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='24'><strongs number="2142">Remember</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs>thou <strongs number="7679">magnify</strongs>his <strongs number="6467">work</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs><strongs number="376">men</strongs><strongs number="7789">behold</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='25'><strongs number="3605">Every</strongs><strongs number="120">man</strongs>may <strongs number="2372">see</strongs>it; <strongs number="582">man</strongs>may <strongs number="5027">behold</strongs><em> it </em>afar <strongs number="4480 7350">off</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='26'><strongs number="2005">Behold</strongs>, <strongs number="410">God</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="7689">great</strongs>, and we <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><em> him </em><strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>can the <strongs number="4557">number</strongs>of his <strongs number="8141">years</strongs>be searched <strongs number="2714">out</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='30'><strongs number="2005">Behold</strongs>, he <strongs number="6566">spreadeth</strongs>his <strongs number="216">light</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>it, and <strongs number="3680">covereth</strongs>the <strongs number="8328">bottom</strongs>of the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='31'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>by them <strongs number="1777">judgeth</strongs>he the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>; he <strongs number="5414">giveth</strongs><strongs number="400">meat</strongs>in <strongs number="4342">abundance</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='32'><strongs number="5921">With</strongs><strongs number="3709">clouds</strongs>he <strongs number="3680">covereth</strongs>the <strongs number="216">light</strongs>; and <strongs number="6680">commandeth</strongs>it <em> not </em><em> to </em><em> shine </em><strongs number="5921">by</strongs><em> the </em><em> cloud </em>that cometh <strongs number="6293">between</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='33'>The <strongs number="7452">noise</strongs>thereof <strongs number="5046">showeth</strongs><strongs number="5921">concerning</strongs>it, the <strongs number="4735">cattle</strongs><strongs number="637">also</strongs><strongs number="5921">concerning</strongs>the <strongs number="5927">vapor</strongs>. </verse>
