      <verse number='1'><strongs number="199">Wherefore</strongs>, <strongs number="347">Job</strongs>, I pray <strongs number="4994">thee</strongs>, <strongs number="8085">hear</strongs>my <strongs number="4405">speeches</strongs>, and <strongs number="238">hearken</strongs>to <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>my <strongs number="1697">words</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, <strongs number="4994">now</strongs>I have <strongs number="6605">opened</strongs>my <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>, my <strongs number="3956">tongue</strongs>hath <strongs number="1696">spoken</strongs>in my <strongs number="2441">mouth</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>My <strongs number="561">words</strongs><em> shall </em><em> be </em><em> of </em>the <strongs number="3476">uprightness</strongs>of my <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>: and my <strongs number="8193">lips</strongs>shall <strongs number="4448">utter</strongs><strongs number="1847">knowledge</strongs><strongs number="1305">clearly</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>The <strongs number="7307">Spirit</strongs>of <strongs number="410">God</strongs>hath <strongs number="6213">made</strongs>me, and the <strongs number="5397">breath</strongs>of the <strongs number="7706">Almighty</strongs>hath given me <strongs number="2421">life</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'><strongs number="518">If</strongs>thou <strongs number="3201">canst</strongs><strongs number="7725">answer</strongs>me, set <em> thy </em><em> words </em>in <strongs number="6186">order</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>me, stand <strongs number="3320">up</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'><strongs number="2005">Behold</strongs>, <strongs number="589">I</strongs><em> am </em>according to thy <strongs number="6310">wish</strongs>in <strongs number="410">God</strongs>'s stead: <strongs number="589">I</strongs><strongs number="1571">also</strongs>am <strongs number="7169">formed</strongs>out of the <strongs number="4480 2563">clay</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'><strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, my <strongs number="367">terror</strongs>shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>make thee <strongs number="1204">afraid</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>shall my <strongs number="405">hand</strongs>be <strongs number="3513">heavy</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>thee. </verse>
      <verse number='8'><strongs number="389">Surely</strongs>thou hast <strongs number="559">spoken</strongs>in mine <strongs number="241">hearing</strongs>, and I have <strongs number="8085">heard</strongs>the <strongs number="6963">voice</strongs>of <em> thy </em><strongs number="4405">words</strongs>, <em> saying </em>, </verse>
      <verse number='9'><strongs number="589">I</strongs>am <strongs number="2134">clean</strongs><strongs number="1097">without</strongs><strongs number="6588">transgression</strongs>, <strongs number="595">I</strongs><em> am </em><strongs number="2643">innocent</strongs>; <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs><em> is </em><em> there </em><strongs number="5771">iniquity</strongs>in me. </verse>
      <verse number='10'><strongs number="2005">Behold</strongs>, he <strongs number="4672">findeth</strongs><strongs number="8569">occasions</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>me, he <strongs number="2803">counteth</strongs>me for his <strongs number="341">enemy</strongs>, </verse>

      <verse number='12'><strongs number="2005">Behold</strongs>, <em> in </em><strongs number="2063">this</strongs>thou art <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="6663">just</strongs>: I will <strongs number="6030">answer</strongs>thee, <strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="433">God</strongs>is <strongs number="7235">greater</strongs>than <strongs number="4480 582">man</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'><strongs number="4069">Why</strongs>dost thou <strongs number="7378">strive</strongs><strongs number="413">against</strongs>him? <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>he giveth <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="6030">account</strongs>of <strongs number="3605">any</strongs>of his <strongs number="1697">matters</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='14'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="410">God</strongs><strongs number="1696">speaketh</strongs><strongs number="259">once</strongs>, yea <strongs number="8147">twice</strongs>, <em> yet </em><em> man </em><strongs number="7789">perceiveth</strongs>it <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>In a <strongs number="2472">dream</strongs>, in a <strongs number="2384">vision</strongs>of the <strongs number="3915">night</strongs>, when deep <strongs number="8639">sleep</strongs><strongs number="5307">falleth</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs><strongs number="376">men</strongs>, in <strongs number="8572">slumberings</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="4904">bed</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='16'><strongs number="227">Then</strongs>he <strongs number="1540">openeth</strongs>the <strongs number="241">ears</strongs>of <strongs number="376">men</strongs>, and <strongs number="2856">sealeth</strongs>their <strongs number="4561">instruction</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='17'>That he may <strongs number="5493">withdraw</strongs><strongs number="120">man</strongs><em> from </em><em> his </em><strongs number="4639">purpose</strongs>, and <strongs number="3680">hide</strongs><strongs number="1466">pride</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 1397">man</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'>He keepeth <strongs number="2820">back</strongs>his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>the <strongs number="7845">pit</strongs>, and his <strongs number="2416">life</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 5674">perishing</strongs>by the <strongs number="7973">sword</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>He is <strongs number="3198">chastened</strongs>also with <strongs number="4341">pain</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>his <strongs number="4904">bed</strongs>, and the <strongs number="7230">multitude</strongs>of his <strongs number="6106">bones</strongs>with <strongs number="386">strong</strongs><em> pain </em>: </verse>
      <verse number='20'>So that his <strongs number="2416">life</strongs><strongs number="2092">abhorreth</strongs><strongs number="3899">bread</strongs>, and his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs><strongs number="8378">dainty</strongs><strongs number="3978">meat</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='21'>His <strongs number="1320">flesh</strongs>is consumed <strongs number="3615">away</strongs>, that it cannot be <strongs number="4480 7210">seen</strongs>; and his <strongs number="6106">bones</strongs><em> that </em>were <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="7200">seen</strongs>stick <strongs number="8192">out</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='22'>Yea, his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs>draweth <strongs number="7126">near</strongs>unto the <strongs number="7845">grave</strongs>, and his <strongs number="2416">life</strongs>to the <strongs number="4191">destroyers</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='23'><strongs number="518">If</strongs>there <strongs number="3426">be</strongs>a <strongs number="4397">messenger</strongs><strongs number="5921">with</strongs>him, an <strongs number="3887">interpreter</strongs>, <strongs number="259">one</strongs><strongs number="4480">among</strongs>a <strongs number="505">thousand</strongs>, to <strongs number="5046">show</strongs>unto <strongs number="120">man</strongs>his <strongs number="3476">uprightness</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='24'>Then he is <strongs number="2603">gracious</strongs>unto him, and <strongs number="559">saith</strongs>, <strongs number="6308">Deliver</strongs>him from going <strongs number="4480 3381">down</strongs>to the <strongs number="7845">pit</strongs>: I have <strongs number="4672">found</strongs>a <strongs number="3724">ransom</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='25'>His <strongs number="1320">flesh</strongs>shall be <strongs number="7375">fresher</strongs>than a <strongs number="4480 5290">child</strongs>'s: he shall <strongs number="7725">return</strongs>to the <strongs number="3117">days</strongs>of his <strongs number="5934">youth</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='26'>He shall <strongs number="6279">pray</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="433">God</strongs>, and he will be <strongs number="7521">favorable</strongs>unto him: and he shall <strongs number="7200">see</strongs>his <strongs number="6440">face</strongs>with <strongs number="8643">joy</strongs>: for he will <strongs number="7725">render</strongs>unto <strongs number="582">man</strongs>his <strongs number="6666">righteousness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='27'>He <strongs number="7789">looketh</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs><strongs number="376">men</strongs>, and <em> if </em><em> any </em><strongs number="559">say</strongs>, I have <strongs number="2398">sinned</strongs>, and <strongs number="5753">perverted</strongs><em> that </em><em> which </em><em> was </em><strongs number="3477">right</strongs>, and it <strongs number="7737">profited</strongs>me <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='28'>He will <strongs number="6299">deliver</strongs>his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 5674">going</strongs>into the <strongs number="7845">pit</strongs>, and his <strongs number="2416">life</strongs>shall <strongs number="7200">see</strongs>the <strongs number="216">light</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='29'><strongs number="2005">Lo</strongs>, <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="428">these</strongs><em> things </em><strongs number="6466">worketh</strongs><strongs number="410">God</strongs><strongs number="6471 7969">oftentimes</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs><strongs number="1397">man</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='30'>To bring <strongs number="7725">back</strongs>his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>the <strongs number="7845">pit</strongs>, to be <strongs number="215">enlightened</strongs>with the <strongs number="216">light</strongs>of the <strongs number="2416">living</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='31'>Mark <strongs number="7181">well</strongs>, O <strongs number="347">Job</strongs>, <strongs number="8085">hearken</strongs>unto me: hold thy <strongs number="2790">peace</strongs>, and <strongs number="595">I</strongs>will <strongs number="1696">speak</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='32'><strongs number="518">If</strongs>thou <strongs number="3426">hast</strongs>any thing to <strongs number="4405">say</strongs>, <strongs number="7725">answer</strongs>me: <strongs number="1696">speak</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>I <strongs number="2654">desire</strongs>to <strongs number="6663">justify</strongs>thee. </verse>
      <verse number='33'><strongs number="518">If</strongs><strongs number="369">not</strongs>, <strongs number="8085">hearken</strongs>unto me: hold thy <strongs number="2790">peace</strongs>, and I shall <strongs number="502">teach</strongs>thee <strongs number="2451">wisdom</strongs>. </verse>
