      <verse number='1'>So the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>and <strongs number="2001">Haman</strongs><strongs number="935">came</strongs>to <strongs number="8354">banquet</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs><strongs number="635">Esther</strongs>the <strongs number="4436">queen</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'>And the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="1571">again</strongs>unto <strongs number="635">Esther</strongs>on the <strongs number="8145">second</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>at the <strongs number="4960">banquet</strongs>of <strongs number="3196">wine</strongs>, <strongs number="4100">What</strongs><em> is </em>thy <strongs number="7596">petition</strongs>, <strongs number="4436">queen</strongs><strongs number="635">Esther</strongs>? and it shall be <strongs number="5414">granted</strongs>thee: and <strongs number="4100">what</strongs><em> is </em>thy <strongs number="1246">request</strongs>? and it shall be <strongs number="6213">performed</strongs>, <em> even </em><strongs number="5704">to</strongs>the <strongs number="2677">half</strongs>of the <strongs number="4438">kingdom</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Then <strongs number="635">Esther</strongs>the <strongs number="4436">queen</strongs><strongs number="6030">answered</strongs>and <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="518">If</strongs>I have <strongs number="4672">found</strongs><strongs number="2580">favor</strongs>in thy <strongs number="5869">sight</strongs>, O <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>, and <strongs number="518">if</strongs>it <strongs number="2895 5921">please</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>, let my <strongs number="5315">life</strongs>be <strongs number="5414">given</strongs>me at my <strongs number="7596">petition</strongs>, and my <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>at my <strongs number="1246">request</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>we are <strongs number="4376">sold</strongs>, <strongs number="589">I</strongs>and my <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>, to be <strongs number="8045">destroyed</strongs>, to be <strongs number="2026">slain</strongs>, and to <strongs number="6">perish</strongs>. But <strongs number="432">if</strongs>we had been <strongs number="4376">sold</strongs>for <strongs number="5650">bondmen</strongs>and <strongs number="8198">bondwomen</strongs>, I had held my <strongs number="2790">tongue</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">although</strongs>the <strongs number="6862">enemy</strongs>could <strongs number="369">not</strongs><strongs number="7737">countervail</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>'s <strongs number="5143">damage</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>Then the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs><strongs number="325">Ahasuerus</strongs><strongs number="559">answered</strongs>and <strongs number="559">said</strongs>unto <strongs number="635">Esther</strongs>the <strongs number="4436">queen</strongs>, <strongs number="4310">Who</strongs>is <strongs number="1931 2088">he</strongs>, and <strongs number="335">where</strongs>is <strongs number="2088 1931">he</strongs>, <strongs number="834">that</strongs>durst <strongs number="4390">presume</strongs>in his <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>to <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><strongs number="3651">so</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='6'>And <strongs number="635">Esther</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>, The <strongs number="376 6862">adversary</strongs>and <strongs number="341">enemy</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="7451">wicked</strongs><strongs number="2001">Haman</strongs>. Then <strongs number="2001">Haman</strongs>was <strongs number="1204">afraid</strongs><strongs number="4480 6440">before</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>and the <strongs number="4436">queen</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>And the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs><strongs number="6965">arising</strongs>from the <strongs number="4480 4960">banquet</strongs>of <strongs number="3196">wine</strongs>in his <strongs number="2534">wrath</strongs><em> went </em><strongs number="413">into</strongs>the <strongs number="1055">palace</strongs><strongs number="1594">garden</strongs>: and <strongs number="2001">Haman</strongs>stood <strongs number="5975">up</strongs>to make <strongs number="1245">request</strongs><strongs number="5921">for</strongs>his <strongs number="5315">life</strongs>to <strongs number="4480 635">Esther</strongs>the <strongs number="4436">queen</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>he <strongs number="7200">saw</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs>there was <strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><strongs number="3615">determined</strongs><strongs number="413">against</strongs>him <strongs number="4480 854">by</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>Then the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs><strongs number="7725">returned</strongs>out of the palace <strongs number="4480 1594 1055">garden</strongs><strongs number="413">into</strongs>the <strongs number="1004">place</strongs>of the <strongs number="4960">banquet</strongs>of <strongs number="3196">wine</strongs>; and <strongs number="2001">Haman</strongs>was <strongs number="5307">fallen</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="4296">bed</strongs><strongs number="834 5921">whereon</strongs><strongs number="635">Esther</strongs><em> was </em>. Then <strongs number="559">said</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>, Will he <strongs number="3533">force</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="4436">queen</strongs><strongs number="1571">also</strongs><strongs number="5973">before</strongs>me in the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>? As the <strongs number="1697">word</strongs>went <strongs number="3318">out</strongs>of the king's <strongs number="4480 6310 4428">mouth</strongs>, they <strongs number="2645">covered</strongs><strongs number="2001">Haman</strongs>'s <strongs number="6440">face</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>And <strongs number="2726">Harbonah</strongs>, <strongs number="259">one</strongs><strongs number="4480">of</strongs>the <strongs number="5631">chamberlains</strongs>, <strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>, <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs><strongs number="1571">also</strongs>, the <strongs number="6086">gallows</strongs><strongs number="2572">fifty</strongs><strongs number="520">cubits</strongs><strongs number="1364">high</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs><strongs number="2001">Haman</strongs>had <strongs number="6213">made</strongs>for <strongs number="4782">Mordecai</strongs>, <strongs number="834">who</strongs>had <strongs number="1696">spoken</strongs><strongs number="2896">good</strongs><strongs number="5921">for</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>, <strongs number="5975">standeth</strongs>in the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="2001">Haman</strongs>. Then the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="8518">Hang</strongs>him <strongs number="5921">thereon</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>So they <strongs number="8518">hanged</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="2001">Haman</strongs><strongs number="5921">on</strongs>the <strongs number="6086">gallows</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>he had <strongs number="3559">prepared</strongs>for <strongs number="4782">Mordecai</strongs>. Then was the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>'s <strongs number="2534">wrath</strongs><strongs number="7918">pacified</strongs>. </verse>
