      <verse number='13'>When I shall <strongs number="559">say</strongs>to the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs>, <em> that </em>he shall surely <strongs number="2421 2421">live</strongs>; if <strongs number="1931">he</strongs><strongs number="982">trust</strongs><strongs number="5921">to</strongs>his own <strongs number="6666">righteousness</strongs>, and <strongs number="6213">commit</strongs><strongs number="5766">iniquity</strongs>, <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>his <strongs number="6666">righteousnesses</strongs>shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be <strongs number="2142">remembered</strongs>; but for his <strongs number="5766">iniquity</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>he hath <strongs number="6213">committed</strongs>, he shall <strongs number="4191">die</strongs>for it. </verse>
      <verse number='14'>Again, when I <strongs number="559">say</strongs>unto the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>, Thou shalt surely <strongs number="4191 4191">die</strongs>; if he <strongs number="7725">turn</strongs>from his <strongs number="4480 2403">sin</strongs>, and <strongs number="6213">do</strongs>that which is <strongs number="4941">lawful</strongs>and <strongs number="6666">right</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='15'><em> If </em>the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs><strongs number="7725">restore</strongs>the <strongs number="2258">pledge</strongs>, give <strongs number="7999">again</strongs>that he had <strongs number="1500">robbed</strongs>, <strongs number="1980">walk</strongs>in the <strongs number="2708">statutes</strongs>of <strongs number="2416">life</strongs>, <strongs number="1115">without</strongs><strongs number="6213">committing</strongs><strongs number="5766">iniquity</strongs>; he shall surely <strongs number="2421 2421">live</strongs>, he shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="4191">die</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'><strongs number="3808 3605">None</strongs>of his <strongs number="2403">sins</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>he hath <strongs number="2398">committed</strongs>shall be <strongs number="2142">mentioned</strongs>unto him: he hath <strongs number="6213">done</strongs>that which is <strongs number="4941">lawful</strongs>and <strongs number="6666">right</strongs>; he shall surely <strongs number="2421 2421">live</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>Yet the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of thy <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="559">say</strongs>, The <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>of the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs>is not <strongs number="8505 3808">equal</strongs>: but as for <strongs number="1992">them</strongs>, their <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>is not <strongs number="8505 3808">equal</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'>When the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><strongs number="7725">turneth</strongs>from his <strongs number="4480 6666">righteousness</strongs>, and <strongs number="6213">committeth</strongs><strongs number="5766">iniquity</strongs>, he shall even <strongs number="4191">die</strongs>thereby. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>But if the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs><strongs number="7725">turn</strongs>from his <strongs number="4480 7564">wickedness</strongs>, and <strongs number="6213">do</strongs>that which is <strongs number="4941">lawful</strongs>and <strongs number="6666">right</strongs>, <strongs number="1931">he</strongs>shall <strongs number="2421">live</strongs><strongs number="5921">thereby</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='20'>Yet ye <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, The <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>of the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs>is not <strongs number="8505 3808">equal</strongs>. O ye <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, I will <strongs number="8199">judge</strongs>you every <strongs number="376">one</strongs>after his <strongs number="1870">ways</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='21'>And it came to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>in the <strongs number="8147 6240">twelfth</strongs><strongs number="8141">year</strongs>of our <strongs number="1546">captivity</strongs>, in the <strongs number="6224">tenth</strongs><em> month </em>, in the <strongs number="2568">fifth</strongs><em> day </em>of the <strongs number="2320">month</strongs>, <em> that </em>one that had <strongs number="6412">escaped</strongs>out of <strongs number="4480 3389">Jerusalem</strongs><strongs number="935">came</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>me, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, The <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>is <strongs number="5221">smitten</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='29'>Then shall they <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs><em> am </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, when I have <strongs number="5414">laid</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>most <strongs number="8077 4923">desolate</strongs>because <strongs number="5921">of</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>their <strongs number="8441">abominations</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>they have <strongs number="6213">committed</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='33'>And when this cometh to <strongs number="935">pass</strongs>, ( <strongs number="2009">lo</strongs>, it will <strongs number="935">come</strongs>,) then shall they <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs>a <strongs number="5030">prophet</strongs>hath <strongs number="1961">been</strongs><strongs number="8432">among</strongs>them. </verse>
