      <verse number='1'>And it came to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>in the <strongs number="6249 6240">eleventh</strongs><strongs number="8141">year</strongs>, in the <strongs number="259">first</strongs><em> day </em>of the <strongs number="2320">month</strongs>, <em> that </em>the <strongs number="1697">word</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1961">came</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>me, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="1121">Son</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>, because <strongs number="3282 834">that</strongs><strongs number="6865">Tyrus</strongs>hath <strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs><strongs number="3389">Jerusalem</strongs>, <strongs number="1889">Aha</strongs>, she is <strongs number="7665">broken</strongs><em> that </em><em> was </em>the <strongs number="1817">gates</strongs>of the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>: she is <strongs number="5437">turned</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>me: I shall be <strongs number="4390">replenished</strongs>, <em> now </em>she is laid <strongs number="2717">waste</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>; <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, I <em> am </em><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>thee, O <strongs number="6865">Tyrus</strongs>, and will cause <strongs number="7227">many</strongs><strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>to come <strongs number="5927">up</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>thee, as the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>causeth his <strongs number="1530">waves</strongs>to come <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>And they shall <strongs number="7843">destroy</strongs>the <strongs number="2346">walls</strongs>of <strongs number="6865">Tyrus</strongs>, and break <strongs number="2040">down</strongs>her <strongs number="4026">towers</strongs>: I will also <strongs number="5500">scrape</strongs>her <strongs number="6083">dust</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>her, and <strongs number="5414">make</strongs>her like the <strongs number="6706">top</strongs>of a <strongs number="5553">rock</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>It shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><em> a </em><em> place </em><em> for </em>the <strongs number="4894">spreading</strongs>of <strongs number="2764">nets</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs>have <strongs number="1696">spoken</strongs><em> it </em>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>: and it shall <strongs number="1961">become</strongs>a <strongs number="957">spoil</strongs>to the <strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'>And her <strongs number="1323">daughters</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs><em> are </em>in the <strongs number="7704">field</strongs>shall be <strongs number="2026">slain</strongs>by the <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>; and they shall <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs><em> am </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>; <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, I will <strongs number="935">bring</strongs><strongs number="413">upon</strongs><strongs number="6865">Tyrus</strongs><strongs number="5019">Nebuchadnezzar</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="894">Babylon</strongs>, a <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="4428">kings</strongs>, from the <strongs number="4480 6828">north</strongs>, with <strongs number="5483">horses</strongs>, and with <strongs number="7393">chariots</strongs>, and with <strongs number="6571">horsemen</strongs>, and <strongs number="6951">companies</strongs>, and <strongs number="7227">much</strongs><strongs number="5971">people</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>He shall <strongs number="2026">slay</strongs>with the <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>thy <strongs number="1323">daughters</strongs>in the <strongs number="7704">field</strongs>: and he shall <strongs number="5414">make</strongs>a <strongs number="1785">fort</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>thee, and <strongs number="8210">cast</strongs>a <strongs number="5550">mount</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>thee, and lift <strongs number="6965">up</strongs>the <strongs number="6793">buckler</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>thee. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>And he shall <strongs number="5414">set</strongs><strongs number="4239">engines</strongs>of <strongs number="6904">war</strongs>against thy <strongs number="2346">walls</strongs>, and with his <strongs number="2719">axes</strongs>he shall break <strongs number="5422">down</strongs>thy <strongs number="4026">towers</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>By reason of the <strongs number="4480 8229">abundance</strongs>of his <strongs number="5483">horses</strongs>their <strongs number="80">dust</strongs>shall <strongs number="3680">cover</strongs>thee: thy <strongs number="2346">walls</strongs>shall <strongs number="7493">shake</strongs>at the <strongs number="4480 6963">noise</strongs>of the <strongs number="6571">horsemen</strongs>, and of the <strongs number="1534">wheels</strongs>, and of the <strongs number="7393">chariots</strongs>, when he shall <strongs number="935">enter</strongs>into thy <strongs number="8179">gates</strongs>, as men enter <strongs number="3996">into</strongs>a <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>wherein is made a <strongs number="1234">breach</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>With the <strongs number="6541">hooves</strongs>of his <strongs number="5483">horses</strongs>shall he tread <strongs number="7429">down</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>thy <strongs number="2351">streets</strongs>: he shall <strongs number="2026">slay</strongs>thy <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>by the <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>, and thy <strongs number="5797">strong</strongs><strongs number="4676">garrisons</strongs>shall go <strongs number="3381">down</strongs>to the <strongs number="776">ground</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>And they shall make a <strongs number="7997">spoil</strongs>of thy <strongs number="2428">riches</strongs>, and make a <strongs number="962">prey</strongs>of thy <strongs number="7404">merchandise</strongs>: and they shall break <strongs number="2040">down</strongs>thy <strongs number="2346">walls</strongs>, and <strongs number="5422">destroy</strongs>thy <strongs number="2532">pleasant</strongs><strongs number="1004">houses</strongs>: and they shall <strongs number="7760">lay</strongs>thy <strongs number="68">stones</strongs>and thy <strongs number="6086">timber</strongs>and thy <strongs number="6083">dust</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of the <strongs number="4325">water</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'>And I will cause the <strongs number="1995">noise</strongs>of thy <strongs number="7892">songs</strongs>to <strongs number="7673">cease</strongs>; and the <strongs number="6963">sound</strongs>of thy <strongs number="3658">harps</strongs>shall be <strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="5750">more</strongs><strongs number="8085">heard</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='14'>And I will <strongs number="5414">make</strongs>thee like the <strongs number="6706">top</strongs>of a <strongs number="5553">rock</strongs>: thou shalt <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><em> a </em><em> place </em>to spread nets <strongs number="4894 2764">upon</strongs>; thou shalt be <strongs number="1129">built</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="5750">more</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>have <strongs number="1696">spoken</strongs><em> it </em>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'><strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>to <strongs number="6865">Tyrus</strongs>; Shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>the <strongs number="339">isles</strongs><strongs number="7493">shake</strongs>at the <strongs number="4480 6963">sound</strongs>of thy <strongs number="4658">fall</strongs>, when the <strongs number="2491">wounded</strongs><strongs number="602">cry</strongs>, when the <strongs number="2027">slaughter</strongs>is <strongs number="2026">made</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of thee? </verse>
      <verse number='16'>Then <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="5387">princes</strongs>of the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>shall come <strongs number="3381">down</strongs><strongs number="4480 5921">from</strongs>their <strongs number="3678">thrones</strongs>, and lay <strongs number="5493">away</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>their <strongs number="4598">robes</strongs>, and put <strongs number="6584">off</strongs>their <strongs number="7553">embroidered</strongs><strongs number="899">garments</strongs>: they shall <strongs number="3847">clothe</strongs>themselves with <strongs number="2731">trembling</strongs>; they shall <strongs number="3427">sit</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="776">ground</strongs>, and shall <strongs number="2729">tremble</strongs>at <em> every </em><strongs number="7281">moment</strongs>, and be <strongs number="8074">astonished</strongs><strongs number="5921">at</strongs>thee. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>And they shall take <strongs number="5375">up</strongs>a <strongs number="7015">lamentation</strongs><strongs number="5921">for</strongs>thee, and <strongs number="559">say</strongs>to thee, <strongs number="349">How</strongs>art thou <strongs number="6">destroyed</strongs>, <em> that </em><em> wast </em><strongs number="3427">inhabited</strongs>of seafaring <strongs number="4480 3220">men</strongs>, the <strongs number="1984">renowned</strongs><strongs number="5892">city</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs><strongs number="1961">wast</strongs><strongs number="2389">strong</strongs>in the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>, <strongs number="1931">she</strongs>and her <strongs number="3427">inhabitants</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs><strongs number="5414">cause</strongs>their <strongs number="2851">terror</strongs><em> to </em><em> be </em>on <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>that <strongs number="3427">haunt</strongs>it! </verse>
      <verse number='18'><strongs number="6258">Now</strongs>shall the <strongs number="339">isles</strongs><strongs number="2729">tremble</strongs>in the <strongs number="3117">day</strongs>of thy <strongs number="4658">fall</strongs>; yea, the <strongs number="339">isles</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> are </em>in the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>shall be <strongs number="926">troubled</strongs>at thy <strongs number="4480 3318">departure</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>; When I shall <strongs number="5414">make</strongs>thee a <strongs number="2717">desolate</strongs><strongs number="5892">city</strongs>, like the <strongs number="5892">cities</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>are <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3427">inhabited</strongs>; when I shall bring <strongs number="5927">up</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="8415">deep</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>thee, and <strongs number="7227">great</strongs><strongs number="4325">waters</strongs>shall <strongs number="3680">cover</strongs>thee; </verse>
      <verse number='20'>When I shall bring thee <strongs number="3381">down</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>them that <strongs number="3381">descend</strongs>into the <strongs number="953">pit</strongs>, <strongs number="413">with</strongs>the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>of old <strongs number="5769">time</strongs>, and shall <strongs number="3427">set</strongs>thee in the low <strongs number="8482">parts</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>, in places <strongs number="2723">desolate</strongs>of <strongs number="4480 5769">old</strongs>, <strongs number="854">with</strongs>them that go <strongs number="3381">down</strongs>to the <strongs number="953">pit</strongs>, <strongs number="4616">that</strongs>thou be <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3427">inhabited</strongs>; and I shall <strongs number="5414">set</strongs><strongs number="6643">glory</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of the <strongs number="2416">living</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='21'>I will <strongs number="5414">make</strongs>thee a <strongs number="1091">terror</strongs>, and thou <em> shalt </em><em> be </em><strongs number="369">no</strongs><em> more </em>: though thou be sought <strongs number="1245">for</strongs>, yet shalt thou <strongs number="3808 5769">never</strongs>be <strongs number="4672">found</strongs><strongs number="5750">again</strongs>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>. </verse>
