      <verse number='3'>And <strongs number="559">say</strongs>to the <strongs number="127">land</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, <strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>; <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, I <em> am </em><strongs number="413">against</strongs>thee, and will draw <strongs number="3318">forth</strongs>my <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>out of his <strongs number="4480 8593">sheath</strongs>, and will cut <strongs number="3772">off</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>thee the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs>and the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='5'>That <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="1320">flesh</strongs>may <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>have drawn <strongs number="3318">forth</strongs>my <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>out of his <strongs number="4480 8593">sheath</strongs>: it shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="7725">return</strongs>any <strongs number="5750">more</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='9'><strongs number="1121">Son</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>, <strongs number="5012">prophesy</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, <strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">LORD</strongs>; <strongs number="559">Say</strongs>, A <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>, a <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>is <strongs number="2300">sharpened</strongs>, and <strongs number="1571">also</strongs><strongs number="4803">furbished</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='10'>It is <strongs number="2300">sharpened</strongs><strongs number="4616">to</strongs>make a sore <strongs number="2873 2874">slaughter</strongs>; it is <strongs number="4803">furbished</strongs><strongs number="4616">that</strongs>it may <strongs number="1961 1300">glitter</strongs>: should we <strongs number="176">then</strongs>make <strongs number="7797">mirth</strongs>? it <strongs number="3988">contemneth</strongs>the <strongs number="7626">rod</strongs>of my <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>, <em> as </em><strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="6086">tree</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='14'><strongs number="859">Thou</strongs>therefore, <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>, <strongs number="5012">prophesy</strongs>, and smite <em> thine </em>hands <strongs number="5221 3709 413 3709">together</strongs>, and let the <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>be <strongs number="3717">doubled</strongs>the third <strongs number="7992">time</strongs>, the <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>of the <strongs number="2491">slain</strongs>: <strongs number="1931">it</strongs><em> is </em>the <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>of the <strongs number="1419">great</strongs><em> men </em><em> that </em><em> are </em><strongs number="2491">slain</strongs>, which entereth into their privy <strongs number="2314">chambers</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>I have <strongs number="5414">set</strongs>the <strongs number="19">point</strongs>of the <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>their <strongs number="8179">gates</strongs>, <strongs number="4616">that</strongs><em> their </em><strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>may <strongs number="4127">faint</strongs>, and <em> their </em><strongs number="4383">ruins</strongs>be <strongs number="7235">multiplied</strongs>: <strongs number="253">ah</strongs>! <em> it </em><em> is </em>made <strongs number="6213 1300">bright</strongs>, <em> it </em><em> is </em>wrapped <strongs number="4593">up</strongs>for the <strongs number="2874">slaughter</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>Go thee one way or <strongs number="258">other</strongs>, <em> either </em>on the right <strongs number="3231">hand</strongs>, <em> or </em>on the <strongs number="8041">left</strongs>, <strongs number="575">whithersoever</strongs>thy <strongs number="6440">face</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="3259">set</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'><strongs number="589">I</strongs>will <strongs number="1571">also</strongs><strongs number="5221">smite</strongs>mine hands <strongs number="3709 413 3709">together</strongs>, and I will cause my <strongs number="2534">fury</strongs>to <strongs number="5117">rest</strongs>: <strongs number="589">I</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>have <strongs number="1696">said</strongs><em> it </em>. </verse>

      <verse number='21'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="894">Babylon</strongs><strongs number="5975">stood</strongs><strongs number="413">at</strongs>the <strongs number="517">parting</strongs>of the <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>, at the <strongs number="7218">head</strongs>of the <strongs number="8147">two</strongs><strongs number="1870">ways</strongs>, to <strongs number="7080">use</strongs><strongs number="7081">divination</strongs>: he made <em> his </em>arrows <strongs number="7043 2671">bright</strongs>, he <strongs number="7592">consulted</strongs>with <strongs number="8655">images</strongs>, he <strongs number="7200">looked</strongs>in the <strongs number="3516">liver</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='22'>At his right <strongs number="3225">hand</strongs><strongs number="1961">was</strongs>the <strongs number="7081">divination</strongs>for <strongs number="3389">Jerusalem</strongs>, to <strongs number="7760">appoint</strongs><strongs number="3733">captains</strongs>, to <strongs number="6605">open</strongs>the <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>in the <strongs number="7524">slaughter</strongs>, to lift <strongs number="7311">up</strongs>the <strongs number="6963">voice</strongs>with <strongs number="8643">shouting</strongs>, to <strongs number="7760">appoint</strongs><em> battering </em><strongs number="3733">rams</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>the <strongs number="8179">gates</strongs>, to <strongs number="8210">cast</strongs>a <strongs number="5550">mount</strongs>, <em> and </em>to <strongs number="1129">build</strongs>a <strongs number="1785">fort</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='23'>And it shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>unto them as a <strongs number="7723">false</strongs><strongs number="7080">divination</strongs>in their <strongs number="5869">sight</strongs>, to them that have <strongs number="7650">sworn</strongs><strongs number="7621">oaths</strongs>: but <strongs number="1931">he</strongs>will call to <strongs number="2142">remembrance</strongs>the <strongs number="5771">iniquity</strongs>, that they may be <strongs number="8610">taken</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='24'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>; <strongs number="3282">Because</strongs>ye have made your <strongs number="5771">iniquity</strongs>to be <strongs number="2142">remembered</strongs>, in that your <strongs number="6588">transgressions</strongs>are <strongs number="1540">discovered</strongs>, so that in <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>your <strongs number="5949">doings</strongs>your <strongs number="2403">sins</strongs>do <strongs number="7200">appear</strongs>; <strongs number="3282">because</strongs>, <em> I </em><em> say </em>, that ye are come to <strongs number="2142">remembrance</strongs>, ye shall be <strongs number="8610">taken</strongs>with the <strongs number="3709">hand</strongs>. </verse>

I will <strongs number="8199">judge</strongs>thee in the <strongs number="4725">place</strongs><strongs number="834">where</strongs>thou wast <strongs number="1254">created</strongs>, in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of thy <strongs number="4351">nativity</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='31'>And I will pour <strongs number="8210">out</strongs>mine <strongs number="2195">indignation</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>thee, I will <strongs number="6315">blow</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>thee in the <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>of my <strongs number="5678">wrath</strongs>, and <strongs number="5414">deliver</strongs>thee into the <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of <strongs number="1197">brutish</strongs><strongs number="376">men</strongs>, <em> and </em><strongs number="2796">skillful</strongs>to <strongs number="4889">destroy</strongs>. </verse>
