      <verse number='2'>And <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, <strongs number="8085">Hear</strongs>the <strongs number="1697">word</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, O <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>, that <strongs number="3427">sittest</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="3678">throne</strongs>of <strongs number="1732">David</strongs>, <strongs number="859">thou</strongs>, and thy <strongs number="5650">servants</strongs>, and thy <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>that <strongs number="935">enter</strongs>in by <strongs number="428">these</strongs><strongs number="8179">gates</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>; <strongs number="6213">Execute</strongs>ye <strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs>and <strongs number="6666">righteousness</strongs>, and <strongs number="5337">deliver</strongs>the <strongs number="1497">spoiled</strongs>out of the <strongs number="4480 3027">hand</strongs>of the <strongs number="6216">oppressor</strongs>: and do <strongs number="408">no</strongs><strongs number="3238">wrong</strongs>, do <strongs number="408">no</strongs><strongs number="2554">violence</strongs>to the <strongs number="1616">stranger</strongs>, the <strongs number="3490">fatherless</strongs>, nor the <strongs number="490">widow</strongs>, <strongs number="408">neither</strongs><strongs number="8210">shed</strongs><strongs number="5355">innocent</strongs><strongs number="1818">blood</strongs>in <strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="4725">place</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='6'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="5921">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>'s <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>; <strongs number="859">Thou</strongs><em> art </em><strongs number="1568">Gilead</strongs>unto me, <em> and </em>the <strongs number="7218">head</strongs>of <strongs number="3844">Lebanon</strongs>: <em> yet </em><strongs number="518 3808">surely</strongs>I will <strongs number="7896">make</strongs>thee a <strongs number="4057">wilderness</strongs>, <em> and </em><strongs number="5892">cities</strongs><em> which </em>are <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3427">inhabited</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>And I will <strongs number="6942">prepare</strongs><strongs number="7843">destroyers</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>thee, every <strongs number="376">one</strongs>with his <strongs number="3627">weapons</strongs>: and they shall cut <strongs number="3772">down</strongs>thy <strongs number="4005">choice</strongs><strongs number="730">cedars</strongs>, and <strongs number="5307">cast</strongs><em> them </em><strongs number="5921">into</strongs>the <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>And <strongs number="7227">many</strongs><strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>shall <strongs number="5674">pass</strongs><strongs number="5921">by</strongs><strongs number="2063">this</strongs><strongs number="5892">city</strongs>, and they shall <strongs number="559">say</strongs>every <strongs number="376">man</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs>his <strongs number="7453">neighbor</strongs>, <strongs number="5921 4100">Wherefore</strongs>hath the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="6213">done</strongs><strongs number="3602">thus</strongs>unto <strongs number="2063">this</strongs><strongs number="1419">great</strongs><strongs number="5892">city</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='9'>Then they shall <strongs number="559">answer</strongs>, <strongs number="5921 834">Because</strongs>they have <strongs number="5800">forsaken</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1285">covenant</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>their <strongs number="430">God</strongs>, and <strongs number="7812">worshiped</strongs><strongs number="312">other</strongs><strongs number="430">gods</strongs>, and <strongs number="5647">served</strongs>them. </verse>

      <verse number='13'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>unto him that <strongs number="1129">buildeth</strongs>his <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>by <strongs number="3808 6664">unrighteousness</strongs>, and his <strongs number="5944">chambers</strongs>by <strongs number="3808 4941">wrong</strongs>; <em> that </em>useth his <strongs number="7453">neighbor</strongs>'s <strongs number="5647">service</strongs>without <strongs number="2600">wages</strongs>, and <strongs number="5414">giveth</strongs>him <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>for his <strongs number="6467">work</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='14'>That <strongs number="559">saith</strongs>, I will <strongs number="1129">build</strongs>me a <strongs number="4060">wide</strongs><strongs number="1004">house</strongs>and <strongs number="7304">large</strongs><strongs number="5944">chambers</strongs>, and cutteth him <strongs number="7167">out</strongs><strongs number="2474">windows</strongs>; and <em> it </em><em> is </em><strongs number="5603">ceiled</strongs>with <strongs number="730">cedar</strongs>, and <strongs number="4886">painted</strongs>with <strongs number="8350">vermilion</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>Shalt thou <strongs number="4427">reign</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">because</strongs><strongs number="859">thou</strongs><strongs number="8474">closest</strongs><em> thyself </em>in <strongs number="730">cedar</strongs>? did <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>thy <strongs number="1">father</strongs><strongs number="398">eat</strongs>and <strongs number="8354">drink</strongs>, and <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs>and <strongs number="6666">justice</strongs>, <em> and </em><strongs number="227">then</strongs><em> it </em><em> was </em><strongs number="2896">well</strongs>with him? </verse>
      <verse number='16'>He <strongs number="1777">judged</strongs>the <strongs number="1779">cause</strongs>of the <strongs number="6041">poor</strongs>and <strongs number="34">needy</strongs>; <strongs number="227">then</strongs><em> it </em><em> was </em><strongs number="2896">well</strongs><em> with </em><em> him: </em><em> was </em><strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="1931">this</strongs>to <strongs number="1847">know</strongs>me? <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'><strongs number="3588">But</strongs>thine <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>and thine <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs><em> are </em><strongs number="369">not</strongs>but <strongs number="3588 518 5921">for</strongs>thy <strongs number="1215">covetousness</strongs>, and <strongs number="5921">for</strongs>to <strongs number="8210">shed</strongs><strongs number="5355">innocent</strongs><strongs number="1818">blood</strongs>, and <strongs number="5921">for</strongs><strongs number="6233">oppression</strongs>, and <strongs number="5921">for</strongs><strongs number="4835">violence</strongs>, to <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><em> it </em>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="413">concerning</strongs><strongs number="3079">Jehoiakim</strongs>the <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="2977">Josiah</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>; They shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="5594">lament</strongs>for him, <em> saying </em>, <strongs number="1945">Ah</strongs>my <strongs number="251">brother</strongs>! or, <strongs number="1945">Ah</strongs><strongs number="269">sister</strongs>! they shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="5594">lament</strongs>for him, <em> saying </em>, <strongs number="1945">Ah</strongs><strongs number="113">lord</strongs>! or, <strongs number="1945">Ah</strongs>his <strongs number="1935">glory</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='19'>He shall be <strongs number="6912">buried</strongs>with the <strongs number="6900">burial</strongs>of an <strongs number="2543">ass</strongs>, <strongs number="5498">drawn</strongs>and cast <strongs number="7993">forth</strongs><strongs number="4480 1973">beyond</strongs>the <strongs number="8179">gates</strongs>of <strongs number="3389">Jerusalem</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='20'>Go <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>to <strongs number="3844">Lebanon</strongs>, and <strongs number="6817">cry</strongs>; and lift <strongs number="5414">up</strongs>thy <strongs number="6963">voice</strongs>in <strongs number="1316">Bashan</strongs>, and <strongs number="6817">cry</strongs>from the <strongs number="4480 5676">passages</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>thy <strongs number="157">lovers</strongs>are <strongs number="7665">destroyed</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='21'>I <strongs number="1696">spoke</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>thee in thy <strongs number="7962">prosperity</strongs>; <em> but </em>thou <strongs number="559">saidst</strongs>, I will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="8085">hear</strongs>. <strongs number="2088">This</strongs><em> hath </em><em> been </em>thy <strongs number="1870">manner</strongs>from thy <strongs number="4480 5271">youth</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">that</strongs>thou <strongs number="8085">obeyedst</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>my <strongs number="6963">voice</strongs>. </verse>
