      <verse number='1'><strongs number="4310">Who</strongs>hath <strongs number="539">believed</strongs>our <strongs number="8052">report</strongs>? and <strongs number="5921">to</strongs><strongs number="4310">whom</strongs>is the <strongs number="2220">arm</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1540">revealed</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='2'>For he shall grow <strongs number="5927">up</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>him as a tender <strongs number="3126">plant</strongs>, and as a <strongs number="8328">root</strongs>out of a <strongs number="6723">dry</strongs><strongs number="4480 776">ground</strongs>: he hath <strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="8389">form</strongs><strongs number="3808">nor</strongs><strongs number="1926">comeliness</strongs>; and when we shall <strongs number="7200">see</strongs>him, <em> there </em><em> is </em><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="4758">beauty</strongs>that we should <strongs number="2530">desire</strongs>him. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>He is <strongs number="959">despised</strongs>and <strongs number="2310">rejected</strongs>of <strongs number="376">men</strongs>; a <strongs number="376">man</strongs>of <strongs number="4341">sorrows</strongs>, and <strongs number="3045">acquainted</strongs>with <strongs number="2483">grief</strongs>: and we <strongs number="4564">hid</strongs>as it were <em> our </em><strongs number="6440">faces</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>him; he was <strongs number="959">despised</strongs>, and we <strongs number="2803">esteemed</strongs>him <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="403">Surely</strongs><strongs number="1931">he</strongs>hath <strongs number="5375">borne</strongs>our <strongs number="2483">griefs</strongs>, and <strongs number="5445">carried</strongs>our <strongs number="4341">sorrows</strongs>: yet <strongs number="587">we</strongs>did <strongs number="2803">esteem</strongs>him <strongs number="5060">stricken</strongs>, <strongs number="5221">smitten</strongs>of <strongs number="430">God</strongs>, and <strongs number="6031">afflicted</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>But <strongs number="1931">he</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="2490">wounded</strongs>for our <strongs number="4480 6588">transgressions</strongs>, <em> he </em><em> was </em><strongs number="1792">bruised</strongs>for our <strongs number="4480 5771">iniquities</strongs>: the <strongs number="4148">chastisement</strongs>of our <strongs number="7965">peace</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>him; and with his <strongs number="2250">stripes</strongs>we are <strongs number="7495">healed</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'><strongs number="3605">All</strongs>we like <strongs number="6629">sheep</strongs>have gone <strongs number="8582">astray</strongs>; we have <strongs number="6437">turned</strongs>every <strongs number="376">one</strongs>to his own <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>; and the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>hath <strongs number="6293">laid</strongs>on him <strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="5771">iniquity</strongs>of us <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>He was <strongs number="5065">oppressed</strongs>, and <strongs number="1931">he</strongs>was <strongs number="6031">afflicted</strongs>, yet he <strongs number="6605">opened</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>his <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>: he is <strongs number="2986">brought</strongs>as a <strongs number="7716">lamb</strongs>to the <strongs number="2874">slaughter</strongs>, and as a <strongs number="7353">sheep</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>her <strongs number="1494">shearers</strongs>is <strongs number="481">dumb</strongs>, so he <strongs number="6605">openeth</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>his <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>He was <strongs number="3947">taken</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 6115">prison</strongs>and from <strongs number="4480 4941">judgment</strongs>: and <strongs number="4310">who</strongs>shall <strongs number="7878">declare</strongs>his <strongs number="1755">generation</strongs>? <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>he was cut <strongs number="1504">off</strongs>out of the <strongs number="4480 776">land</strongs>of the <strongs number="2416">living</strongs>: for the <strongs number="4480 6588">transgression</strongs>of my <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>was he <strongs number="5061">stricken</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>And he <strongs number="5414">made</strongs>his <strongs number="6913">grave</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>, and <strongs number="854">with</strongs>the <strongs number="6223">rich</strongs>in his <strongs number="4194">death</strongs>; <strongs number="5921">because</strongs>he had <strongs number="6213">done</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="2555">violence</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs><em> was </em><em> any </em><strongs number="4820">deceit</strongs>in his <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>Yet it <strongs number="2654">pleased</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>to <strongs number="1792">bruise</strongs>him; he hath put <em> him </em>to <strongs number="2470">grief</strongs>: <strongs number="518">when</strongs>thou shalt <strongs number="7760">make</strongs>his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs>an offering for <strongs number="817">sin</strongs>, he shall <strongs number="7200">see</strongs><em> his </em><strongs number="2233">seed</strongs>, he shall <strongs number="748">prolong</strongs><em> his </em><strongs number="3117">days</strongs>, and the <strongs number="2656">pleasure</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>shall <strongs number="6743">prosper</strongs>in his <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>He shall <strongs number="7200">see</strongs>of the <strongs number="4480 5999">travail</strongs>of his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs>, <em> and </em>shall be <strongs number="7646">satisfied</strongs>: by his <strongs number="1847">knowledge</strongs>shall my <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><strongs number="5650">servant</strongs><strongs number="6663">justify</strongs><strongs number="7227">many</strongs>; for <strongs number="1931">he</strongs>shall <strongs number="5445">bear</strongs>their <strongs number="5771">iniquities</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs>will I <strongs number="2505">divide</strongs>him <em> a </em><em> portion </em>with the <strongs number="7227">great</strongs>, and he shall <strongs number="2505">divide</strongs>the <strongs number="7998">spoil</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>the <strongs number="6099">strong</strongs>; <strongs number="8478 834">because</strongs>he hath poured <strongs number="6168">out</strongs>his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs>unto <strongs number="4194">death</strongs>: and <strongs number="1931">he</strongs>was <strongs number="4487">numbered</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>the <strongs number="6586">transgressors</strongs>; and he <strongs number="5375">bore</strongs>the <strongs number="2399">sin</strongs>of <strongs number="7227">many</strongs>, and made <strongs number="6293">intercession</strongs>for the <strongs number="6586">transgressors</strongs>. </verse>
