      <verse number='1'>The <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>'s <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs><em> is </em>in the <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <em> as </em>the <strongs number="6388">rivers</strongs>of <strongs number="4325">water</strongs>: he <strongs number="5186">turneth</strongs>it <strongs number="5921 3605 834">whithersoever</strongs>he <strongs number="2654">will</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="3605">Every</strongs><strongs number="1870">way</strongs>of a <strongs number="376">man</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="3477">right</strongs>in his own <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>: but the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="8505">pondereth</strongs>the <strongs number="3826">hearts</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>To <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><strongs number="6666">justice</strongs>and <strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs><em> is </em>more <strongs number="977">acceptable</strongs>to the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>than <strongs number="4480 2077">sacrifice</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>A <strongs number="7312">high</strongs><strongs number="5869">look</strongs>, and a <strongs number="7342">proud</strongs><strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>, <em> and </em>the <strongs number="5215">plowing</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>, <em> is </em><strongs number="2403">sin</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>The <strongs number="4284">thoughts</strongs>of the <strongs number="2742">diligent</strongs><em> tend </em><strongs number="389">only</strongs>to <strongs number="4195">plenteousness</strongs>; but of every <strongs number="3605">one</strongs><em> that </em><em> is </em><strongs number="213">hasty</strongs><strongs number="389">only</strongs>to <strongs number="4270">want</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'>The <strongs number="6467">getting</strongs>of <strongs number="214">treasures</strongs>by a <strongs number="8267">lying</strongs><strongs number="3956">tongue</strongs><em> is </em>a <strongs number="1892">vanity</strongs>tossed to and <strongs number="5086">fro</strongs>of them that <strongs number="1245">seek</strongs><strongs number="4194">death</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>The <strongs number="7701">robbery</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>shall <strongs number="1641">destroy</strongs>them; <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>they <strongs number="3985">refuse</strongs>to <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>The <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>of <strongs number="376">man</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="2019">froward</strongs>and <strongs number="2054">strange</strongs>: but <em> as </em><em> for </em>the <strongs number="2134">pure</strongs>, his <strongs number="6467">work</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="3477">right</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='11'>When the <strongs number="3887">scorner</strongs>is <strongs number="6064">punished</strongs>, the <strongs number="6612">simple</strongs>is made <strongs number="2449">wise</strongs>: and when the <strongs number="2450">wise</strongs>is <strongs number="7919">instructed</strongs>, he <strongs number="3947">receiveth</strongs><strongs number="1847">knowledge</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>The <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><em> man </em>wisely <strongs number="7919">considereth</strongs>the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>: <em> but </em><em> God </em><strongs number="5557">overthroweth</strongs>the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>for <em> their </em><strongs number="7451">wickedness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'>Whoso <strongs number="331">stoppeth</strongs>his <strongs number="241">ears</strongs>at the <strongs number="4480 2201">cry</strongs>of the <strongs number="1800">poor</strongs>, he <strongs number="1571">also</strongs>shall <strongs number="7121">cry</strongs><strongs number="1931">himself</strongs>, but shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be <strongs number="6030">heard</strongs>. </verse>
