      <verse number='1'>Whoso <strongs number="157">loveth</strongs><strongs number="4148">instruction</strongs><strongs number="157">loveth</strongs><strongs number="1847">knowledge</strongs>: but he that <strongs number="8130">hateth</strongs><strongs number="8433">reproof</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="1198">brutish</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'>A <strongs number="2896">good</strongs><em> man </em><strongs number="6329">obtaineth</strongs><strongs number="7522">favor</strongs>of the <strongs number="4480 3068">LORD</strongs>: but a <strongs number="376">man</strongs>of wicked <strongs number="4209">devices</strongs>will he <strongs number="7561">condemn</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>A <strongs number="120">man</strongs>shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be <strongs number="3559">established</strongs>by <strongs number="7562">wickedness</strongs>: but the <strongs number="8328">root</strongs>of the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs>shall <strongs number="1077">not</strongs>be <strongs number="4131">moved</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>A <strongs number="2428">virtuous</strongs><strongs number="802">woman</strongs><em> is </em>a <strongs number="5850">crown</strongs>to her <strongs number="1167">husband</strongs>: but she that maketh <strongs number="954">ashamed</strongs><em> is </em>as <strongs number="7538">rottenness</strongs>in his <strongs number="6106">bones</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>The <strongs number="4284">thoughts</strongs>of the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><em> are </em><strongs number="4941">right</strongs>: <em> but </em>the <strongs number="8458">counsels</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs><em> are </em><strongs number="4820">deceit</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'>The <strongs number="1697">words</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs><em> are </em>to lie in <strongs number="693">wait</strongs>for <strongs number="1818">blood</strongs>: but the <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>of the <strongs number="3477">upright</strongs>shall <strongs number="5337">deliver</strongs>them. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>The <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>are <strongs number="2015">overthrown</strongs>, and <em> are </em><strongs number="369">not</strongs>: but the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs>shall <strongs number="5975">stand</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>A <strongs number="376">man</strongs>shall be <strongs number="1984">commended</strongs><strongs number="6310">according</strongs>to his <strongs number="7922">wisdom</strongs>: but he that is of a <strongs number="5753">perverse</strongs><strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="937">despised</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'><em> He </em><em> that </em><em> is </em><strongs number="7034">despised</strongs>, and hath a <strongs number="5650">servant</strongs>, <em> is </em><strongs number="2896">better</strongs>than he that honoreth <strongs number="4480 3513">himself</strongs>, and <strongs number="2638">lacketh</strongs><strongs number="3899">bread</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>A <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><em> man </em><strongs number="3045">regardeth</strongs>the <strongs number="5315">life</strongs>of his <strongs number="929">beast</strongs>: but the tender <strongs number="7356">mercies</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs><em> are </em><strongs number="394">cruel</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>He that <strongs number="5647">tilleth</strongs>his <strongs number="127">land</strongs>shall be <strongs number="7646">satisfied</strongs>with <strongs number="3899">bread</strongs>: but he that <strongs number="7291">followeth</strongs><strongs number="7386">vain</strongs><em> persons </em><em> is </em><strongs number="2638">void</strongs>of <strongs number="3820">understanding</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>The <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs><strongs number="2530">desireth</strongs>the <strongs number="4685">net</strongs>of <strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><em> men </em>: but the <strongs number="8328">root</strongs>of the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><strongs number="5414">yieldeth</strongs><em> fruit </em>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'>The <strongs number="7451">wicked</strongs>is <strongs number="4170">snared</strongs>by the <strongs number="6588">transgression</strongs>of <em> his </em><strongs number="8193">lips</strongs>: but the <strongs number="6662">just</strongs>shall come <strongs number="3318">out</strongs>of <strongs number="4480 6869">trouble</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='18'>There <strongs number="3426">is</strongs>that <strongs number="981">speaketh</strongs>like the <strongs number="4094">piercings</strongs>of a <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>: but the <strongs number="3956">tongue</strongs>of the <strongs number="2450">wise</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="4832">health</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>The <strongs number="8193">lip</strongs>of <strongs number="571">truth</strongs>shall be <strongs number="3559">established</strongs><strongs number="5703">forever</strongs>: <strongs number="5704">but</strongs>a <strongs number="8267">lying</strongs><strongs number="3956">tongue</strongs><em> is </em>but for a <strongs number="7280">moment</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='20'><strongs number="4820">Deceit</strongs><em> is </em>in the <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>of them that <strongs number="2790">imagine</strongs><strongs number="7451">evil</strongs>: but to the <strongs number="3289">counselors</strongs>of <strongs number="7965">peace</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="8057">joy</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='21'>There shall <strongs number="3808 3605">no</strongs><strongs number="205">evil</strongs><strongs number="579">happen</strongs>to the <strongs number="6662">just</strongs>: but the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>shall be <strongs number="4390">filled</strongs>with <strongs number="7451">mischief</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='22'><strongs number="8267">Lying</strongs><strongs number="8193">lips</strongs><em> are </em><strongs number="8441">abomination</strongs>to the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>: but they that <strongs number="6213">deal</strongs><strongs number="530">truly</strongs><em> are </em>his <strongs number="7522">delight</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='23'>A <strongs number="6175">prudent</strongs><strongs number="120">man</strongs><strongs number="3680">concealeth</strongs><strongs number="1847">knowledge</strongs>: but the <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>of <strongs number="3684">fools</strongs><strongs number="7121">proclaimeth</strongs><strongs number="200">foolishness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='24'>The <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of the <strongs number="2742">diligent</strongs>shall bear <strongs number="4910">rule</strongs>: but the <strongs number="7423">slothful</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>under <strongs number="4522">tribute</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='25'><strongs number="1674">Heaviness</strongs>in the <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>of <strongs number="376">man</strongs>maketh it <strongs number="7812">stoop</strongs>: but a <strongs number="2896">good</strongs><strongs number="1697">word</strongs>maketh it <strongs number="8055">glad</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='26'>The <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><em> is </em>more <strongs number="8446">excellent</strongs>than his <strongs number="4480 7453">neighbor</strongs>: but the <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs><strongs number="8582">seduceth</strongs>them. </verse>
      <verse number='27'>The <strongs number="7423">slothful</strongs><em> man </em><strongs number="2760">roasteth</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>that which he took in <strongs number="6718">hunting</strongs>: but the <strongs number="1952">substance</strongs>of a <strongs number="2742">diligent</strongs><strongs number="120">man</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="3368">precious</strongs>. </verse>
