      <verse number='2'>And <strongs number="4616">that</strongs>thou mayest <strongs number="5608">tell</strongs>in the <strongs number="241">ears</strongs>of thy <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>, and of thy <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>'s <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>, <strongs number="*853"></strongs>what <strongs number="834">things</strongs>I have <strongs number="5953">wrought</strongs>in <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, and my <strongs number="226">signs</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>I have <strongs number="7760">done</strongs>among them; that ye may <strongs number="3045">know</strongs>how <strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs><em> am </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>And <strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs>and <strongs number="175">Aaron</strongs>came <strongs number="935">in</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>him, <strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="430">God</strongs>of the <strongs number="5680">Hebrews</strongs>, How <strongs number="5704 4970">long</strongs>wilt thou <strongs number="3985">refuse</strongs>to humble <strongs number="6031">thyself</strongs><strongs number="4480 6440">before</strongs>me? let my <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="7971">go</strongs>, that they may <strongs number="5647">serve</strongs>me. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="3588">Else</strongs>, <strongs number="518">if</strongs><strongs number="859">thou</strongs><strongs number="3986">refuse</strongs>to let <strongs number="*853"></strongs>my <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="7971">go</strongs>, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, <strongs number="4279">tomorrow</strongs>will I <strongs number="935">bring</strongs>the <strongs number="697">locusts</strongs>into thy <strongs number="1366">coast</strongs>: </verse>

      <verse number='9'>And <strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>, We will <strongs number="1980">go</strongs>with our <strongs number="5288">young</strongs>and with our <strongs number="2205">old</strongs>, with our <strongs number="1121">sons</strongs>and with our <strongs number="1323">daughters</strongs>, with our <strongs number="6629">flocks</strongs>and with our <strongs number="1241">herds</strongs>will we <strongs number="1980">go</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>we <em> must </em><em> hold </em>a <strongs number="2282">feast</strongs>unto the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>And he <strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>them, Let the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="3651">so</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>you, <strongs number="834">as</strongs>I will let you <strongs number="7971">go</strongs>, and your little <strongs number="2945">ones</strongs>: <strongs number="7200">look</strongs><em> to </em><em> it </em>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="5048 6440">before</strongs>you. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="3808">Not</strongs><strongs number="3651">so</strongs>: <strongs number="1980">go</strongs><strongs number="4994">now</strongs>ye <em> that </em><em> are </em><strongs number="1397">men</strongs>, and <strongs number="5647">serve</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>that <strongs number="859">ye</strongs>did <strongs number="1245">desire</strongs>.       <verse number='12'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs>, Stretch <strongs number="5186">out</strongs>thine <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs><strongs number="5921">over</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>for the <strongs number="697">locusts</strongs>, that they may come <strongs number="5927">up</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, and <strongs number="398">eat</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="6212">herb</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>, <em> even </em><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>the <strongs number="1259">hail</strongs>hath <strongs number="7604">left</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='14'>And the <strongs number="697">locusts</strongs>went <strongs number="5927">up</strongs><strongs number="5921">over</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, and <strongs number="5117">rested</strongs>in <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1366">coasts</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>: <strongs number="3966">very</strongs><strongs number="3515">grievous</strongs><em> were </em><em> they </em>; <strongs number="6440">before</strongs>them there <strongs number="1961">were</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="3651">such</strongs><strongs number="697">locusts</strongs>as they, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs><strongs number="310">after</strongs>them shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="3651">such</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>For they <strongs number="3680">covered</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="5869">face</strongs>of the <strongs number="3605">whole</strongs><strongs number="776">earth</strongs>, so that the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>was <strongs number="2821">darkened</strongs>; and they did <strongs number="398">eat</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="6212">herb</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>, and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="6529">fruit</strongs>of the <strongs number="6086">trees</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>the <strongs number="1259">hail</strongs>had <strongs number="3498">left</strongs>: and there <strongs number="3498">remained</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3605">any</strongs>green <strongs number="3418">thing</strongs>in the <strongs number="6086">trees</strongs>, or in the <strongs number="6212">herbs</strongs>of the <strongs number="7704">field</strongs>, through <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>Then <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="7121">called</strongs>for <strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs>and <strongs number="175">Aaron</strongs>in <strongs number="4116">haste</strongs>; and he <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, I have <strongs number="2398">sinned</strongs>against the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>your <strongs number="430">God</strongs>, and against you. </verse>
      <verse number='17'><strongs number="6258">Now</strongs>therefore <strongs number="5375">forgive</strongs>, I pray <strongs number="4994">thee</strongs>, my <strongs number="2403">sin</strongs><strongs number="389">only</strongs>this <strongs number="6471">once</strongs>, and <strongs number="6279">entreat</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>your <strongs number="430">God</strongs>, that he may take <strongs number="5493">away</strongs><strongs number="4480 5921">from</strongs>me <strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="4194">death</strongs><strongs number="7535">only</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'>And he went <strongs number="3318">out</strongs><strongs number="4480 5973">from</strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>, and <strongs number="6279 413">entreated</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="2015">turned</strongs>a <strongs number="3966">mighty</strongs><strongs number="2389">strong</strongs><strongs number="3220">west</strongs><strongs number="7307">wind</strongs>, which took <strongs number="5375">away</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="697">locusts</strongs>, and <strongs number="8628">cast</strongs>them into the <strongs number="5488">Red</strongs><strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>; there <strongs number="7604">remained</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="259">one</strongs><strongs number="697">locust</strongs>in <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1366">coasts</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='20'>But the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="2388">hardened</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>'s <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>, so that he would <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>let <strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs><strongs number="7971">go</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='21'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs>, Stretch <strongs number="5186">out</strongs>thine <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs><strongs number="5921">toward</strongs><strongs number="8064">heaven</strongs>, that there may <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs><strongs number="5921">over</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, even <strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs><em> which </em>may be <strongs number="4959">felt</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='25'>And <strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="859">Thou</strongs>must <strongs number="5414">give</strongs><strongs number="3027">us</strongs><strongs number="1571">also</strongs><strongs number="2077">sacrifices</strongs>and burnt <strongs number="5930">offerings</strongs>, that we may <strongs number="6213">sacrifice</strongs>unto the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>our <strongs number="430">God</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='26'>Our <strongs number="4735">cattle</strongs><strongs number="1571">also</strongs>shall <strongs number="1980">go</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>us; there shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>a <strongs number="6541">hoof</strongs>be left <strongs number="7604">behind</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="4480">thereof</strongs>must we <strongs number="3947">take</strongs>to <strongs number="5647">serve</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>our <strongs number="430">God</strongs>; and <strongs number="587">we</strongs><strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>with <strongs number="4100">what</strongs>we must <strongs number="5647">serve</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <strongs number="5704">until</strongs>we <strongs number="935">come</strongs><strongs number="8033">thither</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='27'>But the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="2388">hardened</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>'s <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>, and he <strongs number="14">would</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>let them <strongs number="7971">go</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='28'>And <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>unto him, <strongs number="1980">Get</strongs>thee <strongs number="4480 5921">from</strongs>me, take <strongs number="8104">heed</strongs>to thyself, <strongs number="7200">see</strongs>my <strongs number="6440">face</strongs><strongs number="408">no</strongs><strongs number="3254">more</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>in <em> that </em><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>thou <strongs number="7200">seest</strongs>my <strongs number="6440">face</strongs>thou shalt <strongs number="4191">die</strongs>. </verse>
