      <verse number='2'>And, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, there came <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>out <strongs number="4480">of</strongs>the <strongs number="2975">river</strongs><strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="3303">well</strongs><strongs number="4758">favored</strongs><strongs number="6510">kine</strongs>and <strongs number="1277 1320">fatfleshed</strongs>; and they <strongs number="7462">fed</strongs>in a <strongs number="260">meadow</strongs>. </verse>

So <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="3364">awoke</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>And he <strongs number="3462">slept</strongs>and <strongs number="2492">dreamed</strongs>the second <strongs number="8145">time</strongs>: and, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, <strongs number="7651">seven</strongs>ears of <strongs number="7641">corn</strongs>came <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>upon <strongs number="259">one</strongs><strongs number="7070">stalk</strongs>, <strongs number="1277">rank</strongs>and <strongs number="2896">good</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'>And, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, <strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="1851">thin</strongs><strongs number="7641">ears</strongs>and <strongs number="7710">blasted</strongs>with the east <strongs number="6921">wind</strongs>sprung <strongs number="6779">up</strongs><strongs number="310">after</strongs>them. </verse>

      <verse number='10'><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>was <strongs number="7107">wroth</strongs><strongs number="5921">with</strongs>his <strongs number="5650">servants</strongs>, and <strongs number="5414">put</strongs>me in <strongs number="4929">ward</strongs>in the <strongs number="8269">captain</strongs>of the <strongs number="2876">guard</strongs>'s <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, <em> both </em>me and the <strongs number="8269">chief</strongs><strongs number="644">baker</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='11'>And we <strongs number="2492">dreamed</strongs>a <strongs number="2472">dream</strongs>in <strongs number="259">one</strongs><strongs number="3915">night</strongs>, <strongs number="589">I</strongs>and <strongs number="1931">he</strongs>; we <strongs number="2492">dreamed</strongs>each <strongs number="376">man</strongs>according to the <strongs number="6623">interpretation</strongs>of his <strongs number="2472">dream</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>And <em> there </em><em> was </em><strongs number="8033">there</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>us a young <strongs number="5288">man</strongs>, a <strongs number="5680">Hebrew</strongs>, <strongs number="5650">servant</strongs>to the <strongs number="8269">captain</strongs>of the <strongs number="2876">guard</strongs>; and we <strongs number="5608">told</strongs>him, and he <strongs number="6622">interpreted</strongs>to us <strongs number="*853"></strongs>our <strongs number="2472">dreams</strongs>; to each <strongs number="376">man</strongs>according to his <strongs number="2472">dream</strongs>he did <strongs number="6622">interpret</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='14'>Then <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="7971">sent</strongs>and <strongs number="7121">called</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>, and they brought him <strongs number="7323">hastily</strongs>out <strongs number="4480">of</strongs>the <strongs number="953">dungeon</strongs>: and he <strongs number="1548">shaved</strongs><em> himself </em>, and <strongs number="2498">changed</strongs>his <strongs number="8071">raiment</strongs>, and came <strongs number="935">in</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>And <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>, I have <strongs number="2492">dreamed</strongs>a <strongs number="2472">dream</strongs>, and <em> there </em><em> is </em><strongs number="369">none</strongs>that can <strongs number="6622">interpret</strongs>it: and <strongs number="589">I</strongs>have <strongs number="8085">heard</strongs><strongs number="559">say</strongs><strongs number="5921">of</strongs>thee, <em> that </em>thou canst <strongs number="8085">understand</strongs>a <strongs number="2472">dream</strongs>to <strongs number="6622">interpret</strongs>it. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>And <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs><strongs number="6030">answered</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, <em> It </em><em> is </em>not <strongs number="1107">in</strongs>me: <strongs number="430">God</strongs>shall give Pharaoh an <strongs number="6030 6547">answer</strongs>of <strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="7965">peace</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>And <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="1696">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>, In my <strongs number="2472">dream</strongs>, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, I <strongs number="5975">stood</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="8193">bank</strongs>of the <strongs number="2975">river</strongs>: </verse>

      <verse number='21'>And when they had eaten them <strongs number="935 413 7130">up</strongs>, it could <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be <strongs number="3045">known</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs>they had <strongs number="935 413 7130">eaten</strongs>them; but they <em> were </em>still ill <strongs number="4758 7451">favored</strongs>, <strongs number="834">as</strongs>at the <strongs number="8462">beginning</strongs>.       <verse number='22'>And I <strongs number="7200">saw</strongs>in my <strongs number="2472">dream</strongs>, and, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, <strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="7641">ears</strongs>came <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>in <strongs number="259">one</strongs><strongs number="7070">stalk</strongs>, <strongs number="4392">full</strongs>and <strongs number="2896">good</strongs>: </verse>

      <verse number='29'><strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, there <strongs number="935">come</strongs><strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>of <strongs number="1419">great</strongs><strongs number="7647">plenty</strongs>throughout <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='30'>And there shall <strongs number="6965">arise</strongs><strongs number="310">after</strongs>them <strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>of <strongs number="7458">famine</strongs>; and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="7647">plenty</strongs>shall be <strongs number="7911">forgotten</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>; and the <strongs number="7458">famine</strongs>shall <strongs number="3615">consume</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='31'>And the <strongs number="7647">plenty</strongs>shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be <strongs number="3045">known</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>by reason <strongs number="4480 6440">of</strongs><strongs number="1931">that</strongs><strongs number="7458">famine</strongs><strongs number="310 3651">following</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="1931">it</strongs><em> shall </em><em> be </em><strongs number="3966">very</strongs><strongs number="3515">grievous</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='32'>And <strongs number="5921">for</strongs>that the <strongs number="2472">dream</strongs>was <strongs number="8138">doubled</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="6471">twice</strongs>; <em> it </em><em> is </em><strongs number="3588">because</strongs>the <strongs number="1697">thing</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="3559">established</strongs><strongs number="4480 5973">by</strongs><strongs number="430">God</strongs>, and <strongs number="430">God</strongs>will <strongs number="4116">shortly</strongs>bring it to <strongs number="6213">pass</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='33'><strongs number="6258">Now</strongs>therefore let <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>look <strongs number="7200">out</strongs>a <strongs number="376">man</strongs><strongs number="995">discreet</strongs>and <strongs number="2450">wise</strongs>, and <strongs number="7896">set</strongs>him <strongs number="5921">over</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='34'>Let <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="6213">do</strongs><em> this </em>, and let him <strongs number="6485">appoint</strongs><strongs number="6496">officers</strongs><strongs number="5921">over</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>, and take up the fifth <strongs number="2567">part</strongs>of <strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>in the <strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="7647">plenteous</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='35'>And let them <strongs number="6908">gather</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="400">food</strongs>of <strongs number="428">those</strongs><strongs number="2896">good</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>that <strongs number="935">come</strongs>, and lay <strongs number="6651">up</strongs><strongs number="1250">corn</strongs><strongs number="8478">under</strongs>the <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>, and let them <strongs number="8104">keep</strongs><strongs number="400">food</strongs>in the <strongs number="5892">cities</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='36'>And that <strongs number="400">food</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>for <strongs number="6487">store</strongs>to the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>against the <strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>of <strongs number="7458">famine</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>; that the <strongs number="776">land</strongs><strongs number="3772">perish</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>through the <strongs number="7458">famine</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='37'>And the <strongs number="1697">thing</strongs>was <strongs number="3190">good</strongs>in the <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>of <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>, and in the <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>of <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>his <strongs number="5650">servants</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='38'>And <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>his <strongs number="5650">servants</strongs>, Can we <strongs number="4672">find</strongs><em> such </em><em> a </em><em> one </em>as <strongs number="2088">this</strongs><em> is </em>, a <strongs number="376">man</strongs>in <strongs number="834">whom</strongs>the <strongs number="7307">Spirit</strongs>of <strongs number="430">God</strongs><em> is </em>? </verse>

      <verse number='42'>And <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>took <strongs number="5493">off</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>his <strongs number="2885">ring</strongs><strongs number="4480 5921">from</strongs>his <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>, and <strongs number="5414">put</strongs>it <strongs number="5921">upon</strongs><strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>'s <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>, and <strongs number="3847">arrayed</strongs>him in <strongs number="899">vestures</strongs>of fine <strongs number="8336">linen</strongs>, and <strongs number="7760">put</strongs>a <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs><strongs number="7242">chain</strongs><strongs number="5921">about</strongs>his <strongs number="6677">neck</strongs>; </verse>

      <verse number='45'>And <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="7121">called</strongs><strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>'s <strongs number="8034">name</strongs><strongs number="6847">Zaphnath</strongs>-paaneah; and he <strongs number="5414">gave</strongs>him to <strongs number="802">wife</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="621">Asenath</strongs>the <strongs number="1323">daughter</strongs>of <strongs number="6319">Poti</strongs>-pherah <strongs number="3548">priest</strongs>of <strongs number="204">On</strongs>. And <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>went <strongs number="3318">out</strongs><strongs number="5921">over</strongs><em> all </em>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='46'>And <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="7970">thirty</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs><strongs number="1121">old</strongs>when he <strongs number="5975">stood</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>. And <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>went <strongs number="3318">out</strongs>from the <strongs number="4480 6440">presence</strongs>of <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>, and <strongs number="5674">went</strongs>throughout <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='47'>And in the <strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="7647">plenteous</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>brought <strongs number="6213">forth</strongs>by <strongs number="7062">handfuls</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='48'>And he gathered <strongs number="6908">up</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="400">food</strongs>of the <strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs><strongs number="1961">were</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, and laid <strongs number="5414">up</strongs>the <strongs number="400">food</strongs>in the <strongs number="5892">cities</strongs>: the <strongs number="400">food</strongs>of the <strongs number="7704">field</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs><em> was </em>round <strongs number="5439">about</strongs>every <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>, laid he <strongs number="5414">up</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">same</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='49'>And <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs><strongs number="6651">gathered</strongs><strongs number="1250">corn</strongs>as the <strongs number="2344">sand</strongs>of the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>, <strongs number="3966">very</strongs><strongs number="7235">much</strongs>, <strongs number="5704">until</strongs>he <strongs number="2308">left</strongs><strongs number="5608">numbering</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><em> it </em><em> was </em><strongs number="369">without</strongs><strongs number="4557">number</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='50'>And unto <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>were <strongs number="3205">born</strongs><strongs number="8147">two</strongs><strongs number="1121">sons</strongs><strongs number="2962">before</strongs>the <strongs number="8141">years</strongs>of <strongs number="7458">famine</strongs><strongs number="935">came</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs><strongs number="621">Asenath</strongs>the <strongs number="1323">daughter</strongs>of <strongs number="6319">Poti</strongs>-pherah <strongs number="3548">priest</strongs>of <strongs number="204">On</strongs><strongs number="3205">bore</strongs>unto him. </verse>
      <verse number='51'>And <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs><strongs number="7121">called</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="8034">name</strongs>of the <strongs number="1060">firstborn</strongs><strongs number="4519">Manasseh</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="430">God</strongs>, <em> said </em><em> he </em>, hath made me <strongs number="5382">forget</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>my <strongs number="5999">toil</strongs>, and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>my <strongs number="1">father</strongs>'s <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='52'>And the <strongs number="8034">name</strongs>of the <strongs number="8145">second</strongs><strongs number="7121">called</strongs>he <strongs number="669">Ephraim</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="430">God</strongs>hath caused me to be <strongs number="6509">fruitful</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of my <strongs number="6040">affliction</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='53'>And the <strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>of <strongs number="7647">plenteousness</strongs>, <strongs number="834">that</strongs><strongs number="1961">was</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, were <strongs number="3615">ended</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='54'>And the <strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>of <strongs number="7458">dearth</strongs><strongs number="2490">began</strongs>to <strongs number="935">come</strongs>, according <strongs number="834">as</strongs><strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>had <strongs number="559">said</strongs>: and the <strongs number="7458">dearth</strongs><strongs number="1961">was</strongs>in <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="776">lands</strongs>; but in <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>there <strongs number="1961">was</strongs><strongs number="3899">bread</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='55'>And when <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>was <strongs number="7456">famished</strongs>, the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="6817">cried</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>for <strongs number="3899">bread</strongs>: and <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>unto <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="4714">Egyptians</strongs>, <strongs number="1980">Go</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>; <strongs number="834">what</strongs>he <strongs number="559">saith</strongs>to you, <strongs number="6213">do</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='56'>And the <strongs number="7458">famine</strongs><strongs number="1961">was</strongs><strongs number="5921">over</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="6440">face</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>: And <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs><strongs number="6605">opened</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="834">storehouses</strongs>, and <strongs number="7666">sold</strongs>unto the <strongs number="4714">Egyptians</strongs>; and the <strongs number="7458">famine</strongs>waxed <strongs number="2388">sore</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='57'>And <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="776">countries</strongs><strongs number="935">came</strongs>into <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs><strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>for to <strongs number="7666">buy</strongs><em> corn </em>; <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>that the <strongs number="7458">famine</strongs>was <em> so </em><strongs number="2388">sore</strongs>in <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="776">lands</strongs>. </verse>
