      <verse number='2'>And <strongs number="413">to</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">kings</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> were </em>on the <strongs number="4480 6828">north</strongs>of the <strongs number="2022">mountains</strongs>, and of the <strongs number="6160">plains</strongs><strongs number="5045">south</strongs>of <strongs number="3672">Chinneroth</strongs>, and in the <strongs number="8219">valley</strongs>, and in the <strongs number="5299">borders</strongs>of <strongs number="1756">Dor</strongs>on the <strongs number="4480 3220">west</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='3'><em> And </em><em> to </em>the <strongs number="3669">Canaanite</strongs>on the <strongs number="4480 4217">east</strongs>and on the <strongs number="4480 3220">west</strongs>, and <em> to </em>the <strongs number="567">Amorite</strongs>, and the <strongs number="2850">Hittite</strongs>, and the <strongs number="6522">Perizzite</strongs>, and the <strongs number="2983">Jebusite</strongs>in the <strongs number="2022">mountains</strongs>, and <em> to </em>the <strongs number="2340">Hivite</strongs><strongs number="8478">under</strongs><strongs number="2768">Hermon</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4709">Mizpeh</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>And they went <strongs number="3318">out</strongs>, <strongs number="1992">they</strongs>and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>their <strongs number="4264">hosts</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>them, <strongs number="7227">much</strongs><strongs number="5971">people</strongs>, even as the <strongs number="2344">sand</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs><strongs number="8193">shore</strongs>in <strongs number="7230">multitude</strongs>, with <strongs number="5483">horses</strongs>and <strongs number="7393">chariots</strongs><strongs number="3966">very</strongs><strongs number="7227">many</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='17'><em> Even </em><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>the <strongs number="2022">mount</strongs><strongs number="2510">Halak</strongs>, that goeth <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>to <strongs number="8165">Seir</strongs>, even <strongs number="5704">unto</strongs><strongs number="1171">Baal</strongs>-gad in the <strongs number="1237">valley</strongs>of <strongs number="3844">Lebanon</strongs><strongs number="8478">under</strongs><strongs number="2022">mount</strongs><strongs number="2768">Hermon</strongs>: and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>their <strongs number="4428">kings</strongs>he <strongs number="3920">took</strongs>, and <strongs number="5221">smote</strongs>them, and <strongs number="4191">slew</strongs>them. </verse>

      <verse number='23'>So <strongs number="3091">Joshua</strongs><strongs number="3947">took</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="3605">whole</strongs><strongs number="776">land</strongs>, according to <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1696">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs>; and <strongs number="3091">Joshua</strongs><strongs number="5414">gave</strongs>it for an <strongs number="5159">inheritance</strongs>unto <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>according to their <strongs number="4256">divisions</strongs>by their <strongs number="7626">tribes</strongs>. And the <strongs number="776">land</strongs><strongs number="8252">rested</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 4421">war</strongs>. </verse>
