      <verse number='2'>That <strongs number="5209">ye</strongs>be <strongs number="3361">not</strongs><strongs number="5030">soon</strongs><strongs number="4531">shaken</strongs><strongs number="575">in</strongs><strongs number="3563">mind</strongs>, <strongs number="3383">or</strongs>be <strongs number="2360">troubled</strongs>, <strongs number="3383">neither</strongs><strongs number="1223">by</strongs><strongs number="4151">spirit</strongs>, <strongs number="3383">nor</strongs><strongs number="1223">by</strongs><strongs number="3056">word</strongs>, <strongs number="3383">nor</strongs><strongs number="1223">by</strongs><strongs number="1992">letter</strongs><strongs number="5613">as</strongs><strongs number="1223">from</strongs><strongs number="2257">us</strongs>, as <strongs number="3754">that</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="2250">day</strongs>of <strongs number="5547">Christ</strongs>is at <strongs number="1764">hand</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Let <strongs number="3361">no</strongs><strongs number="5100">man</strongs><strongs number="1818">deceive</strongs><strongs number="5209">you</strongs><strongs number="2596">by</strongs><strongs number="3367">any</strongs><strongs number="5158">means</strongs>: <strongs number="3754">for</strongs><em> that </em><em> day </em><em> shall </em><em> not </em><em> come, </em><strongs number="3362">except</strongs>there <strongs number="2064">come</strongs>a falling <strongs number="646">away</strongs><strongs number="4412">first</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs>that <strongs number="444">man</strongs>of <strongs number="266">sin</strongs>be <strongs number="601">revealed</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="5207">son</strongs>of <strongs number="684">perdition</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='4'>Who <strongs number="480">opposeth</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs>exalteth <strongs number="5229">himself</strongs><strongs number="1909">above</strongs><strongs number="3956">all</strongs>that is <strongs number="3004">called</strongs><strongs number="2316">God</strongs>, <strongs number="2228">or</strongs>that is <strongs number="4574">worshiped</strongs>; so <strongs number="5620">that</strongs><strongs number="846">he</strongs><strongs number="5613">as</strongs><strongs number="2316">God</strongs><strongs number="2523">sitteth</strongs><strongs number="1519">in</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="3485">temple</strongs>of <strongs number="2316">God</strongs>, <strongs number="584">showing</strongs><strongs number="1438">himself</strongs><strongs number="3754">that</strongs>he <strongs number="2076">is</strongs><strongs number="2316">God</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'><strongs number="3421">Remember</strongs>ye <strongs number="3756">not</strongs>, <strongs number="3754">that</strongs>, when I <strongs number="5607">was</strongs><strongs number="2089">yet</strongs><strongs number="4314">with</strongs><strongs number="5209">you</strongs>, I <strongs number="3004">told</strongs><strongs number="5213">you</strongs>these <strongs number="5023">things</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='6'><strongs number="2532">And</strongs><strongs number="3568">now</strongs>ye <strongs number="1492">know</strongs>what <strongs number="2722">withholdeth</strongs>that <strongs number="846">he</strongs>might be <strongs number="601">revealed</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs><strongs number="1438">his</strongs><strongs number="2540">time</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="3466">mystery</strongs>of <strongs number="458">iniquity</strongs>doth <strongs number="2235">already</strongs><strongs number="1754">work</strongs>: <strongs number="3440">only</strongs>he who now <strongs number="2722 737">letteth</strongs><em> will </em><em> let, </em><strongs number="2193">until</strongs>he be <strongs number="1096">taken</strongs>out <strongs number="1537">of</strongs>the <strongs number="3319">way</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='9'><em> Even him, </em><strongs number="3739">whose</strongs><strongs number="3952">coming</strongs><strongs number="2076">is</strongs><strongs number="2596">after</strongs>the <strongs number="1753">working</strongs>of <strongs number="4567">Satan</strongs><strongs number="1722">with</strongs><strongs number="3956">all</strongs><strongs number="1411">power</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="4592">signs</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="5579">lying</strongs><strongs number="5059">wonders</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='10'><strongs number="2532">And</strongs><strongs number="1722">with</strongs><strongs number="3956">all</strongs><strongs number="539">deceivableness</strongs>of <strongs number="93">unrighteousness</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs>them that <strongs number="622">perish</strongs>; <strongs number="473 3739">because</strongs>they <strongs number="1209">received</strongs><strongs number="3756">not</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="26">love</strongs>of <strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="225">truth</strongs>, that <strongs number="846">they</strongs>might be <strongs number="4982">saved</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="2532">And</strongs>for this <strongs number="1223 5124">cause</strongs><strongs number="2316">God</strongs>shall <strongs number="3992">send</strongs><strongs number="846">them</strongs>strong <strongs number="1753 4106">delusion</strongs>, that <strongs number="846">they</strongs>should <strongs number="4100">believe</strongs>a <strongs number="5579">lie</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='12'><strongs number="2443">That</strongs>they <strongs number="3956">all</strongs>might be <strongs number="2919">damned</strongs>who <strongs number="4100">believed</strongs><strongs number="3361">not</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="225">truth</strongs>, <strongs number="235">but</strongs>had <strongs number="2106">pleasure</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs><strongs number="93">unrighteousness</strongs>. </verse>
