      <verse number='1'><strongs number="80">Brethren</strongs>, <strongs number="1699">my</strongs><strongs number="2588">heart</strongs>'s <strongs number="2107 *3303">desire</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="1162">prayer</strongs><strongs number="4314">to</strongs><strongs number="2316">God</strongs><strongs number="5228">for</strongs><strongs number="2474">Israel</strongs><strongs number="2076">is</strongs>, that they might be <strongs number="1519 4991">saved</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs>I bear them <strongs number="3140 846">record</strongs><strongs number="3754">that</strongs>they <strongs number="2192">have</strongs>a <strongs number="2205">zeal</strongs>of <strongs number="2316">God</strongs>, <strongs number="235">but</strongs><strongs number="3756">not</strongs><strongs number="2596">according</strongs>to <strongs number="1922">knowledge</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs>they being <strongs number="50">ignorant</strongs>of <strongs number="2316">God</strongs>'s <strongs number="1343">righteousness</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs>going <strongs number="2212">about</strongs>to <strongs number="2476">establish</strongs>their <strongs number="2398">own</strongs><strongs number="1343">righteousness</strongs>, have <strongs number="3756">not</strongs>submitted <strongs number="5293">themselves</strongs>unto <strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="1343">righteousness</strongs>of <strongs number="2316">God</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="5547">Christ</strongs><em> is </em>the <strongs number="5056">end</strongs>of the <strongs number="3551">law</strongs><strongs number="1519">for</strongs><strongs number="1343">righteousness</strongs>to every <strongs number="3956">one</strongs>that <strongs number="4100">believeth</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="3475">Moses</strongs><strongs number="1125">describeth</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="1343">righteousness</strongs><strongs number="3588">which</strongs>is <strongs number="1537">of</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="3551">law</strongs>, <strongs number="3754">That</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="444">man</strongs>which <strongs number="4160">doeth</strongs>those <strongs number="846">things</strongs>shall <strongs number="2198">live</strongs><strongs number="1722">by</strongs><strongs number="846">them</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='17'>So <strongs number="686">then</strongs><strongs number="4102">faith</strongs><em> cometh </em><strongs number="1537">by</strongs><strongs number="189">hearing</strongs>, <strongs number="1161">and</strongs><strongs number="189">hearing</strongs><strongs number="1223">by</strongs>the <strongs number="4487">word</strongs>of <strongs number="2316">God</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'><strongs number="235">But</strongs>I <strongs number="3004">say</strongs>, Have they <strongs number="3378">not</strongs><strongs number="191">heard</strongs>?       <verse number='19'><strongs number="235">But</strongs>I <strongs number="3004">say</strongs>, Did <strongs number="3378">not</strongs><strongs number="2474">Israel</strongs><strongs number="1097">know</strongs>? <strongs number="4413">First</strongs><strongs number="3475">Moses</strongs><strongs number="3004">saith</strongs>, <strongs number="1473">I</strongs>will provoke you to <strongs number="3863 5209">jealousy</strongs><strongs number="1909">by</strongs><em> them </em><em> that </em><em> are </em><strongs number="3756">no</strongs><strongs number="1484">people</strongs>, <em> and </em><strongs number="1909">by</strongs>a <strongs number="801">foolish</strongs><strongs number="1484">nation</strongs>I will <strongs number="3949">anger</strongs><strongs number="5209">you</strongs>. </verse>
