      <verse number='1'><strongs number="5119">Then</strongs>was <strongs number="2424">Jesus</strongs>led <strongs number="321">up</strongs><strongs number="5259">of</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="4151">spirit</strongs><strongs number="1519">into</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="2048">wilderness</strongs>to be <strongs number="3985">tempted</strongs><strongs number="5259">of</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="1228">devil</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="2532">And</strongs>when he had <strongs number="3522">fasted</strongs><strongs number="5062">forty</strongs><strongs number="2250">days</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="5062">forty</strongs><strongs number="3571">nights</strongs>, he was afterward <strongs number="3983 5305">hungry</strongs>. </verse>
