      <verse number='1'>I will <strongs number="5975">stand</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>my <strongs number="4931">watch</strongs>, and <strongs number="3320">set</strongs>me <strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="4692">tower</strongs>, and will <strongs number="6822">watch</strongs>to <strongs number="7200">see</strongs><strongs number="4100">what</strongs>he will <strongs number="1696">say</strongs>unto me, and <strongs number="4100">what</strongs>I shall <strongs number="7725">answer</strongs><strongs number="5921">when</strongs>I am <strongs number="8433">reproved</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="6030">answered</strongs>me, and <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="3789">Write</strongs>the <strongs number="2377">vision</strongs>, and make <em> it </em><strongs number="874">plain</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs><strongs number="3871">tables</strongs>, <strongs number="4616">that</strongs>he may <strongs number="7323">run</strongs>that <strongs number="7121">readeth</strongs>it. </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>the <strongs number="2377">vision</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="5750">yet</strongs>for an appointed <strongs number="4150">time</strongs>, but at the <strongs number="7093">end</strongs>it shall <strongs number="6315">speak</strongs>, and <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3576">lie</strongs>: <strongs number="518">though</strongs>it <strongs number="4102">tarry</strongs>, <strongs number="2442">wait</strongs>for it; <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>it will surely <strongs number="935 935">come</strongs>, it will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="309">tarry</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs><em> which </em>is lifted <strongs number="6075">up</strongs>is not <strongs number="3474 3808">upright</strongs>in him: but the <strongs number="6662">just</strongs>shall <strongs number="2421">live</strongs>by his <strongs number="530">faith</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'><strongs number="637">Yea</strongs>also, <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>he <strongs number="898">transgresseth</strongs>by <strongs number="3196">wine</strongs>, <em> he </em><em> is </em>a <strongs number="3093">proud</strongs><strongs number="1397">man</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>keepeth at <strongs number="5115">home</strongs>, <strongs number="834">who</strongs><strongs number="7337">enlargeth</strongs>his <strongs number="5315">desire</strongs>as <strongs number="7585">hell</strongs>, and <em> is </em>as <strongs number="4194">death</strongs>, and <strongs number="3808">cannot</strongs>be <strongs number="7646">satisfied</strongs>, but <strongs number="622">gathereth</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>him <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>, and <strongs number="6908">heapeth</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>him <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="5971">people</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='6'>Shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="428">these</strongs>take <strongs number="5375">up</strongs>a <strongs number="4912">parable</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>him, and a <strongs number="4426">taunting</strongs><strongs number="2420">proverb</strongs>against him, and <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, <strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>to him that <strongs number="7235">increaseth</strongs><em> that </em><em> which </em><em> is </em><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>his! how <strongs number="5704 4970">long</strongs>? and to him that <strongs number="3513 5921">ladeth</strongs>himself with thick <strongs number="5671">clay</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='7'>Shall they <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>rise <strongs number="6965">up</strongs><strongs number="6621">suddenly</strongs>that shall <strongs number="5391">bite</strongs>thee, and <strongs number="3364">awake</strongs>that shall <strongs number="2111">vex</strongs>thee, and thou shalt <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>for <strongs number="4933">booties</strongs>unto them? </verse>
      <verse number='8'><strongs number="3588">Because</strongs><strongs number="859">thou</strongs>hast <strongs number="7997">spoiled</strongs><strongs number="7227">many</strongs><strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>, <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="3499">remnant</strongs>of the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>shall <strongs number="7997">spoil</strongs>thee; because of <strongs number="120">men</strongs>'s <strongs number="4480 1818">blood</strongs>, and <em> for </em>the <strongs number="2555">violence</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>, of the <strongs number="7151">city</strongs>, and of <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>that <strongs number="3427">dwell</strongs>therein. </verse>
      <verse number='9'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>to him that <strongs number="1214">coveteth</strongs>an <strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><strongs number="1215">covetousness</strongs>to his <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, that he may <strongs number="7760">set</strongs>his <strongs number="7064">nest</strongs>on <strongs number="4791">high</strongs>, that he may be <strongs number="5337">delivered</strongs>from the <strongs number="4480 3709">power</strongs>of <strongs number="7451">evil</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='10'>Thou hast <strongs number="3289">consulted</strongs><strongs number="1322">shame</strongs>to thy <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>by cutting <strongs number="7096">off</strongs><strongs number="7227">many</strongs><strongs number="5971">people</strongs>, and hast <strongs number="2398">sinned</strongs><em> against </em>thy <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>the <strongs number="68">stone</strongs>shall cry <strongs number="2199">out</strongs>of the <strongs number="4480 7023">wall</strongs>, and the <strongs number="3714">beam</strongs>out of the <strongs number="4480 6086">timber</strongs>shall <strongs number="6030">answer</strongs>it. </verse>
      <verse number='12'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>to him that <strongs number="1129">buildeth</strongs>a <strongs number="5892">town</strongs>with <strongs number="1818">blood</strongs>, and <strongs number="3559">establisheth</strongs>a <strongs number="7151">city</strongs>by <strongs number="5766">iniquity</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='13'><strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, <em> is </em><em> it </em><strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="4480 854">of</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>of <strongs number="6635">hosts</strongs>that the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>shall <strongs number="3021">labor</strongs>in the <strongs number="1767">very</strongs><strongs number="784">fire</strongs>, and the <strongs number="3816">people</strongs>shall <strongs number="3286">weary</strongs>themselves for <strongs number="1767">very</strongs><strongs number="7385">vanity</strongs>? </verse>

      <verse number='15'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>unto him that giveth his neighbor <strongs number="8248 7453">drink</strongs>, that <strongs number="5596">puttest</strongs>thy <strongs number="2573">bottle</strongs>to <em> him </em>, and makest <em> him </em><strongs number="7937">drunken</strongs><strongs number="637">also</strongs>, <strongs number="4616">that</strongs>thou mayest <strongs number="5027">look</strongs><strongs number="5921">on</strongs>their <strongs number="4589">nakedness</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='16'>Thou art <strongs number="7646">filled</strongs>with <strongs number="7036">shame</strongs>for <strongs number="4480 3519">glory</strongs>: <strongs number="8354">drink</strongs><strongs number="859">thou</strongs><strongs number="1571">also</strongs>, and let thy foreskin be <strongs number="6188">uncovered</strongs>: the <strongs number="3563">cup</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>'s right <strongs number="3225">hand</strongs>shall be <strongs number="5437">turned</strongs><strongs number="5921">unto</strongs>thee, and shameful <strongs number="7022">spewing</strongs><em> shall </em><em> be </em><strongs number="5921">on</strongs>thy <strongs number="3519">glory</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>the <strongs number="2555">violence</strongs>of <strongs number="3844">Lebanon</strongs>shall <strongs number="3680">cover</strongs>thee, and the <strongs number="7701">spoil</strongs>of <strongs number="929">beasts</strongs>, <em> which </em>made them <strongs number="2865">afraid</strongs>, because of <strongs number="120">men</strongs>'s <strongs number="4480 1818">blood</strongs>, and for the <strongs number="2555">violence</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>, of the <strongs number="7151">city</strongs>, and of <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>that <strongs number="3427">dwell</strongs>therein. </verse>
      <verse number='18'><strongs number="4100">What</strongs><strongs number="3276">profiteth</strongs>the graven <strongs number="6459">image</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs>the <strongs number="3335">maker</strongs>thereof hath <strongs number="6458">graven</strongs>it; the molten <strongs number="4541">image</strongs>, and a <strongs number="3384">teacher</strongs>of <strongs number="8267">lies</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">that</strongs>the <strongs number="3335">maker</strongs>of his <strongs number="3336">work</strongs><strongs number="982">trusteth</strongs><strongs number="5921">therein</strongs>, to <strongs number="6213">make</strongs><strongs number="483">dumb</strongs><strongs number="457">idols</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='19'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>unto him that <strongs number="559">saith</strongs>to the <strongs number="6086">wood</strongs>, <strongs number="6974">Awake</strongs>; to the <strongs number="1748">dumb</strongs><strongs number="68">stone</strongs>, <strongs number="5782">Arise</strongs>, <strongs number="1931">it</strongs>shall <strongs number="3384">teach</strongs>! <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, <strongs number="1931">it</strongs><em> is </em>laid <strongs number="8610">over</strongs>with <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>and <strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>, and <em> there </em><em> is </em><strongs number="369">no</strongs><strongs number="7307">breath</strongs>at <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>in the <strongs number="7130">midst</strongs>of it. </verse>
