      <verse number='1'><strongs number="8085">Hear</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="1697">word</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>hath <strongs number="1696">spoken</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>you, O <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, <strongs number="5921">against</strongs>the <strongs number="3605">whole</strongs><strongs number="4940">family</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>I brought <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>from the <strongs number="4480 776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='2'>You <strongs number="7535">only</strongs>have I <strongs number="3045">known</strongs>of <strongs number="4480 3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="4940">families</strongs>of the <strongs number="127">earth</strongs>: <strongs number="5921 3651">therefore</strongs>I will <strongs number="6485 5921">punish</strongs>you <strongs number="*853"></strongs>for <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>your <strongs number="5771">iniquities</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Can <strongs number="8147">two</strongs><strongs number="1980">walk</strongs><strongs number="3162">together</strongs>, <strongs number="1115 518">except</strongs>they be <strongs number="3259">agreed</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='4'>Will a <strongs number="738">lion</strongs><strongs number="7580">roar</strongs>in the <strongs number="3293">forest</strongs>, when he hath <strongs number="369">no</strongs><strongs number="2964">prey</strongs>? will a young <strongs number="3715">lion</strongs><strongs number="5414 6963">cry</strongs>out of his <strongs number="4480 4585">den</strongs>, <strongs number="518">if</strongs>he have <strongs number="3920">taken</strongs><strongs number="1115">nothing</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='5'>Can a <strongs number="6833">bird</strongs><strongs number="5307">fall</strongs><strongs number="5921">in</strongs>a <strongs number="6341">snare</strongs>upon the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>, where <strongs number="369">no</strongs><strongs number="4170">gin</strongs><em> is </em>for him? shall <em> one </em>take <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>a <strongs number="6341">snare</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>the <strongs number="127">earth</strongs>, and have taken nothing at <strongs number="3920 3808 3920">all</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='6'>Shall a <strongs number="7782">trumpet</strongs>be <strongs number="8628">blown</strongs>in the <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>, and the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be <strongs number="2729">afraid</strongs>? shall there <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="7451">evil</strongs>in a <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>, and the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>hath <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="6213">done</strongs><em> it </em>? </verse>
      <verse number='7'><strongs number="3588">Surely</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>will <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><strongs number="3808 1697">nothing</strongs>, <strongs number="3588 518">but</strongs>he <strongs number="1540">revealeth</strongs>his <strongs number="5475">secret</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>his <strongs number="5650">servants</strongs>the <strongs number="5030">prophets</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>The <strongs number="738">lion</strongs>hath <strongs number="7580">roared</strongs>, <strongs number="4310">who</strongs>will <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3372">fear</strongs>? the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>hath <strongs number="1696">spoken</strongs>, <strongs number="4310">who</strongs>can <strongs number="3808">but</strongs><strongs number="5012">prophesy</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='9'><strongs number="8085">Publish</strongs><strongs number="5921">in</strongs>the <strongs number="759">palaces</strongs>at <strongs number="795">Ashdod</strongs>, and <strongs number="5921">in</strongs>the <strongs number="759">palaces</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, Assemble <strongs number="622">yourselves</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="2022">mountains</strongs>of <strongs number="8111">Samaria</strongs>, and <strongs number="7200">behold</strongs>the <strongs number="7227">great</strongs><strongs number="4103">tumults</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>thereof, and the <strongs number="6217">oppressed</strongs>in the <strongs number="7130">midst</strongs>thereof. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>For they <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>to <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><strongs number="5229">right</strongs>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, who store <strongs number="686">up</strongs><strongs number="2555">violence</strongs>and <strongs number="7701">robbery</strongs>in their <strongs number="759">palaces</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>; An <strongs number="6862">adversary</strongs><em> there </em><em> shall </em><em> be </em>even round <strongs number="5439">about</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>; and he shall bring <strongs number="3381">down</strongs>thy <strongs number="5797">strength</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>thee, and thy <strongs number="759">palaces</strongs>shall be <strongs number="962">spoiled</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'><strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>; <strongs number="834">As</strongs>the <strongs number="7462">shepherd</strongs><strongs number="5337">taketh</strongs>out of the <strongs number="4480 6310">mouth</strongs>of the <strongs number="738">lion</strongs><strongs number="8147">two</strongs><strongs number="3767">legs</strongs>, <strongs number="176">or</strongs>a <strongs number="915">piece</strongs>of an <strongs number="241">ear</strongs>; <strongs number="3651">so</strongs>shall the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>be taken <strongs number="5337">out</strongs>that <strongs number="3427">dwell</strongs>in <strongs number="8111">Samaria</strongs>in the <strongs number="6285">corner</strongs>of a <strongs number="4296">bed</strongs>, and in <strongs number="1833">Damascus</strongs><em> in </em>a <strongs number="6210">couch</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'><strongs number="8085">Hear</strongs>ye, and <strongs number="5749">testify</strongs>in the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3290">Jacob</strongs>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>, the <strongs number="430">God</strongs>of <strongs number="6635">hosts</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='14'><strongs number="3588">That</strongs>in the <strongs number="3117">day</strongs>that I shall <strongs number="6485">visit</strongs>the <strongs number="6588">transgressions</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>him I will also <strongs number="6485 5921">visit</strongs>the <strongs number="4196">altars</strongs>of <strongs number="1008">Bethel</strongs>: and the <strongs number="7161">horns</strongs>of the <strongs number="4196">altar</strongs>shall be cut <strongs number="1438">off</strongs>, and <strongs number="5307">fall</strongs>to the <strongs number="776">ground</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>And I will <strongs number="5221">smite</strongs>the <strongs number="2779">winter</strongs><strongs number="1004">house</strongs><strongs number="5921">with</strongs>the <strongs number="7019">summer</strongs><strongs number="1004">house</strongs>; and the <strongs number="1004">houses</strongs>of <strongs number="8127">ivory</strongs>shall <strongs number="6">perish</strongs>, and the <strongs number="7227">great</strongs><strongs number="1004">houses</strongs>shall have an <strongs number="5486">end</strongs>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
