      <verse number='2'>Now, <strongs number="859">thou</strongs><strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>, wilt thou <strongs number="8199">judge</strongs>, wilt thou <strongs number="8199">judge</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1818">bloody</strongs><strongs number="5892">city</strongs>? yea, thou shalt <strongs number="3045">show</strongs>her <strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>her <strongs number="8441">abominations</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Then <strongs number="559">say</strongs>thou, <strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>, The <strongs number="5892">city</strongs><strongs number="8210">sheddeth</strongs><strongs number="1818">blood</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of it, that her <strongs number="6256">time</strongs>may <strongs number="935">come</strongs>, and <strongs number="6213">maketh</strongs><strongs number="1544">idols</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>herself to <strongs number="2930">defile</strongs>herself. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>Thou art become <strongs number="816">guilty</strongs>in thy <strongs number="1818">blood</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>thou hast <strongs number="8210">shed</strongs>; and hast <strongs number="2930">defiled</strongs>thyself in thine <strongs number="1544">idols</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>thou hast <strongs number="6213">made</strongs>; and thou hast caused thy <strongs number="3117">days</strongs>to draw <strongs number="7126">near</strongs>, and art <strongs number="935">come</strongs><em> even </em><strongs number="5704">unto</strongs>thy <strongs number="8141">years</strongs>: <strongs number="5921 3651">therefore</strongs>have I <strongs number="5414">made</strongs>thee a <strongs number="2781">reproach</strongs>unto the <strongs number="1471">heathen</strongs>, and a <strongs number="7048">mocking</strongs>to <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="776">countries</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'><em> Those </em><em> that </em><em> be </em><strongs number="7138">near</strongs>, and <em> those </em><em> that </em><em> be </em><strongs number="7350">far</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>thee, shall <strongs number="7046">mock</strongs>thee, <em> which </em><em> art </em><strongs number="2931 8034">infamous</strongs><em> and </em><strongs number="7227">much</strongs><strongs number="4103">vexed</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'><strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, the <strongs number="5387">princes</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, every <strongs number="376">one</strongs><strongs number="1961">were</strongs>in thee to their <strongs number="2220">power</strongs><strongs number="4616">to</strongs><strongs number="8210">shed</strongs><strongs number="1818">blood</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>In thee have they set <strongs number="7043">light</strongs>by <strongs number="1">father</strongs>and <strongs number="517">mother</strongs>: in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of thee have they <strongs number="6213">dealt</strongs>by <strongs number="6233">oppression</strongs>with the <strongs number="1616">stranger</strongs>: in thee have they <strongs number="3238">vexed</strongs>the <strongs number="3490">fatherless</strongs>and the <strongs number="490">widow</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>Thou hast <strongs number="959">despised</strongs>mine holy <strongs number="6944">things</strongs>, and hast <strongs number="2490">profaned</strongs>my <strongs number="7676">sabbaths</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>In thee <strongs number="1961">are</strongs><strongs number="376">men</strongs>that carry <strongs number="7400">tales</strongs><strongs number="4616">to</strongs><strongs number="8210">shed</strongs><strongs number="1818">blood</strongs>: and in thee they <strongs number="398">eat</strongs><strongs number="413">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="2022">mountains</strongs>: in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of thee they <strongs number="6213">commit</strongs><strongs number="2154">lewdness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>In thee have they <strongs number="1540">discovered</strongs>their <strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>' <strongs number="6172">nakedness</strongs>: in thee have they <strongs number="6031">humbled</strongs>her that was set <strongs number="5079">apart</strongs>for <strongs number="2931">pollution</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>And <strongs number="376">one</strongs>hath <strongs number="6213">committed</strongs><strongs number="8441">abomination</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>his <strongs number="7453">neighbor</strongs>'s <strongs number="802">wife</strongs>; and <strongs number="376">another</strongs>hath <strongs number="2154">lewdly</strongs><strongs number="2930">defiled</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>his <strongs number="3618">daughter</strongs>-in-law; and <strongs number="376">another</strongs>in thee hath <strongs number="6031">humbled</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>his <strongs number="269">sister</strongs>, his <strongs number="1">father</strongs>'s <strongs number="1323">daughter</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>In thee have they <strongs number="3947">taken</strongs><strongs number="7810">gifts</strongs><strongs number="4616">to</strongs><strongs number="8210">shed</strongs><strongs number="1818">blood</strongs>; thou hast <strongs number="3947">taken</strongs><strongs number="5392">usury</strongs>and <strongs number="8636">increase</strongs>, and thou hast greedily <strongs number="1214">gained</strongs>of thy <strongs number="7453">neighbors</strongs>by <strongs number="6233">extortion</strongs>, and hast <strongs number="7911">forgotten</strongs>me, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'><strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, therefore I have <strongs number="5221">smitten</strongs>mine <strongs number="3709">hand</strongs><strongs number="413">at</strongs>thy dishonest <strongs number="1215">gain</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>thou hast <strongs number="6213">made</strongs>, and <strongs number="5921">at</strongs>thy <strongs number="1818">blood</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>hath <strongs number="1961">been</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of thee. </verse>
      <verse number='14'>Can thine <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs><strongs number="5975">endure</strongs>, <strongs number="518">or</strongs>can thine <strongs number="3027">hands</strongs>be <strongs number="2388">strong</strongs>, in the <strongs number="3117">days</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs>shall <strongs number="6213">deal</strongs>with thee? <strongs number="589">I</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>have <strongs number="1696">spoken</strongs><em> it </em>, and will <strongs number="6213">do</strongs><em> it </em>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>And I will <strongs number="6327">scatter</strongs>thee among the <strongs number="1471">heathen</strongs>, and <strongs number="2219">disperse</strongs>thee in the <strongs number="776">countries</strongs>, and will <strongs number="8552">consume</strongs>thy <strongs number="2932">filthiness</strongs>out <strongs number="4480">of</strongs>thee. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>And thou shalt take thine <strongs number="2490">inheritance</strongs>in thyself in the <strongs number="5869">sight</strongs>of the <strongs number="1471">heathen</strongs>, and thou shalt <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs><em> am </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>And the <strongs number="1697">word</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1961">came</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>me, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='18'><strongs number="1121">Son</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>, the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>is to me <strongs number="1961">become</strongs><strongs number="5509">dross</strongs>: <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>they <em> are </em><strongs number="5178">brass</strongs>, and <strongs number="913">tin</strongs>, and <strongs number="1270">iron</strongs>, and <strongs number="5777">lead</strongs>, in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of the <strongs number="3564">furnace</strongs>; they <strongs number="1961">are</strongs><em> even </em>the <strongs number="5509">dross</strongs>of <strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs><strongs number="3541">thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>; <strongs number="3282">Because</strongs>ye are <strongs number="3605">all</strongs><strongs number="1961">become</strongs><strongs number="5509">dross</strongs>, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, <strongs number="3651">therefore</strongs>I will <strongs number="6908">gather</strongs>you <strongs number="413">into</strongs>the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of <strongs number="3389">Jerusalem</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='20'><em> As </em>they <strongs number="6910">gather</strongs><strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>, and <strongs number="5178">brass</strongs>, and <strongs number="1270">iron</strongs>, and <strongs number="5777">lead</strongs>, and <strongs number="913">tin</strongs>, <strongs number="413">into</strongs>the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of the <strongs number="3564">furnace</strongs>, to <strongs number="5301">blow</strongs>the <strongs number="784">fire</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>it, to <strongs number="5413">melt</strongs><em> it </em>; <strongs number="3651">so</strongs>will I <strongs number="6908">gather</strongs><em> you </em>in mine <strongs number="639">anger</strongs>and in my <strongs number="2534">fury</strongs>, and I will <strongs number="5117">leave</strongs><em> you </em><em> there </em>, and <strongs number="5413">melt</strongs>you. </verse>
      <verse number='21'>Yea, I will <strongs number="3664">gather</strongs>you, and <strongs number="5301">blow</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>you in the <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>of my <strongs number="5678">wrath</strongs>, and ye shall be <strongs number="5413">melted</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>thereof. </verse>
      <verse number='22'>As <strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>is <strongs number="2046">melted</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>of the <strongs number="3564">furnace</strongs>, <strongs number="3651">so</strongs>shall ye be <strongs number="5413">melted</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>thereof; and ye shall <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>have poured <strongs number="8210">out</strongs>my <strongs number="2534">fury</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>you. </verse>
      <verse number='23'>And the <strongs number="1697">word</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1961">came</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>me, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='24'><strongs number="1121">Son</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>, <strongs number="559">say</strongs>unto her, <strongs number="859">Thou</strongs><em> art </em>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs><strongs number="1931">that</strongs>is <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="2891">cleansed</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">nor</strongs>rained <strongs number="1656">upon</strongs>in the <strongs number="3117">day</strongs>of <strongs number="2195">indignation</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='25'><em> There </em><em> is </em>a <strongs number="7195">conspiracy</strongs>of her <strongs number="5030">prophets</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>thereof, like a <strongs number="7580">roaring</strongs><strongs number="738">lion</strongs><strongs number="2963">ravening</strongs>the <strongs number="2964">prey</strongs>; they have <strongs number="398">devoured</strongs><strongs number="5315">souls</strongs>; they have <strongs number="3947">taken</strongs>the <strongs number="2633">treasure</strongs>and precious <strongs number="3366">things</strongs>; they have made her <strongs number="7235">many</strongs><strongs number="490">widows</strongs>in the <strongs number="8432">midst</strongs>thereof. </verse>
      <verse number='26'>Her <strongs number="3548">priests</strongs>have <strongs number="2554">violated</strongs>my <strongs number="8451">law</strongs>, and have <strongs number="2490">profaned</strongs>mine holy <strongs number="6944">things</strongs>: they have put no <strongs number="914 3808">difference</strongs><strongs number="996">between</strongs>the <strongs number="6944">holy</strongs>and <strongs number="2455">profane</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>have they <strongs number="3045">showed</strongs><em> difference </em><strongs number="996">between</strongs>the <strongs number="2931">unclean</strongs>and the <strongs number="2889">clean</strongs>, and have <strongs number="5956">hid</strongs>their <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>from my <strongs number="4480 7676">sabbaths</strongs>, and I am <strongs number="2490">profaned</strongs><strongs number="8432">among</strongs>them. </verse>
      <verse number='27'>Her <strongs number="8269">princes</strongs>in the <strongs number="7130">midst</strongs>thereof <em> are </em>like <strongs number="2061">wolves</strongs><strongs number="2963">ravening</strongs>the <strongs number="2964">prey</strongs>, to <strongs number="8210">shed</strongs><strongs number="1818">blood</strongs>, <em> and </em>to <strongs number="6">destroy</strongs><strongs number="5315">souls</strongs>, <strongs number="4616">to</strongs><strongs number="1214">get</strongs>dishonest <strongs number="1215">gain</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='28'>And her <strongs number="5030">prophets</strongs>have <strongs number="2902">daubed</strongs>them with <strongs number="8602">untempered</strongs><em> mortar </em>, <strongs number="2374">seeing</strongs><strongs number="7723">vanity</strongs>, and <strongs number="7080">divining</strongs><strongs number="3577">lies</strongs>unto them, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, <strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>, when the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>hath <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="1696">spoken</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='29'>The <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>have <strongs number="6231">used</strongs><strongs number="6233">oppression</strongs>, and <strongs number="1497">exercised</strongs><strongs number="1498">robbery</strongs>, and have <strongs number="3238">vexed</strongs>the <strongs number="6041">poor</strongs>and <strongs number="34">needy</strongs>: yea, they have <strongs number="6231">oppressed</strongs>the <strongs number="1616">stranger</strongs><strongs number="3808 4941">wrongfully</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='30'>And I <strongs number="1245">sought</strongs>for a <strongs number="376">man</strongs><strongs number="4480">among</strongs>them, that should make <strongs number="1443">up</strongs>the <strongs number="1447">hedge</strongs>, and <strongs number="5975">stand</strongs>in the <strongs number="6556">gap</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>me <strongs number="1157">for</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>, that I should <strongs number="1115">not</strongs><strongs number="7843">destroy</strongs>it: but I <strongs number="4672">found</strongs><strongs number="3808">none</strongs>. </verse>
