      <verse number='1'>There <strongs number="3426">is</strongs>an <strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>I have <strongs number="7200">seen</strongs><strongs number="8478">under</strongs>the <strongs number="8121">sun</strongs>, and <strongs number="1931">it</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="7227">common</strongs><strongs number="5921">among</strongs><strongs number="120">men</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='2'>A <strongs number="376">man</strongs>to <strongs number="834">whom</strongs><strongs number="430">God</strongs>hath <strongs number="5414">given</strongs><strongs number="6239">riches</strongs>, <strongs number="5233">wealth</strongs>, and <strongs number="3519">honor</strongs>, so that he <strongs number="2638">wanteth</strongs><strongs number="369">nothing</strongs>for his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs>of <strongs number="4480 3605">all</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>he <strongs number="183">desireth</strongs>, yet <strongs number="430">God</strongs>giveth him not <strongs number="7980 3808">power</strongs>to <strongs number="398">eat</strongs><strongs number="4480">thereof</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">but</strongs>a <strongs number="376 5237">stranger</strongs><strongs number="398">eateth</strongs>it: <strongs number="2088">this</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="1892">vanity</strongs>, and <strongs number="1931">it</strongs><em> is </em>an <strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><strongs number="2483">disease</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="518">If</strongs>a <strongs number="376">man</strongs><strongs number="3205">beget</strongs>a <strongs number="3967">hundred</strongs><em> children </em>, and <strongs number="2421">live</strongs><strongs number="7227">many</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>, so that the <strongs number="3117">days</strongs>of his <strongs number="8141">years</strongs><strongs number="7945 1961">be</strongs><strongs number="7227">many</strongs>, and his <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs>be <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="7646">filled</strongs><strongs number="4480">with</strongs><strongs number="2896">good</strongs>, and <strongs number="1571">also</strongs><em> that </em>he <strongs number="1961">have</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="6900">burial</strongs>; I <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, <em> that </em>an untimely <strongs number="5309">birth</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="2896">better</strongs><strongs number="4480">than</strongs>he. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>he <strongs number="935">cometh</strongs>in with <strongs number="1892">vanity</strongs>, and <strongs number="1980">departeth</strongs>in <strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs>, and his <strongs number="8034">name</strongs>shall be <strongs number="3680">covered</strongs>with <strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'><strongs number="1571">Moreover</strongs>he hath <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="7200">seen</strongs>the <strongs number="8121">sun</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">nor</strongs><strongs number="3045">known</strongs><em> any </em><em> thing </em>: <strongs number="2088">this</strongs>hath more <strongs number="5183">rest</strongs>than the <strongs number="4480 2088">other</strongs>. </verse>
