      <verse number='1'><strongs number="376">He</strongs>, that being often <strongs number="8433">reproved</strongs><strongs number="7185">hardeneth</strongs><em> his </em><strongs number="6203">neck</strongs>, shall <strongs number="6621">suddenly</strongs>be <strongs number="7665">destroyed</strongs>, and that <strongs number="369">without</strongs><strongs number="4832">remedy</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'>When the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs>are in <strongs number="7235">authority</strongs>, the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="8055">rejoice</strongs>: but when the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>beareth <strongs number="4910">rule</strongs>, the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="584">mourn</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="376">Whoso</strongs><strongs number="157">loveth</strongs><strongs number="2451">wisdom</strongs><strongs number="8055">rejoiceth</strongs>his <strongs number="1">father</strongs>: but he that keepeth <strongs number="7462">company</strongs>with <strongs number="2181">harlots</strongs><strongs number="6">spendeth</strongs><em> his </em><strongs number="1952">substance</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>The <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>by <strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs><strongs number="5975">establisheth</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>: but <strongs number="376">he</strongs>that receiveth <strongs number="8641">gifts</strongs><strongs number="2040">overthroweth</strongs>it. </verse>

      <verse number='13'>The <strongs number="7326">poor</strongs>and the <strongs number="8501">deceitful</strongs><strongs number="376">man</strongs>meet <strongs number="6298">together</strongs>: the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="215">lighteneth</strongs><strongs number="8147">both</strongs>their <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='14'>The <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>that <strongs number="571">faithfully</strongs><strongs number="8199">judgeth</strongs>the <strongs number="1800">poor</strongs>, his <strongs number="3678">throne</strongs>shall be <strongs number="3559">established</strongs><strongs number="5703">forever</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>The <strongs number="7626">rod</strongs>and <strongs number="8433">reproof</strongs><strongs number="5414">give</strongs><strongs number="2451">wisdom</strongs>: but a <strongs number="5288">child</strongs><strongs number="7971">left</strongs><em> to </em><em> himself </em>bringeth his <strongs number="517">mother</strongs>to <strongs number="954">shame</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>When the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>are <strongs number="7235">multiplied</strongs>, <strongs number="6588">transgression</strongs><strongs number="7235">increaseth</strongs>: but the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs>shall <strongs number="7200">see</strongs>their <strongs number="4658">fall</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'><strongs number="3256">Correct</strongs>thy <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>, and he shall give thee <strongs number="5117">rest</strongs>; yea, he shall <strongs number="5414">give</strongs><strongs number="4574">delight</strongs>unto thy <strongs number="5315">soul</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'>Where <em> there </em><em> is </em><strongs number="369">no</strongs><strongs number="2377">vision</strongs>, the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="6544">perish</strongs>: but he that <strongs number="8104">keepeth</strongs>the <strongs number="8451">law</strongs>, <strongs number="835">happy</strongs><em> is </em>he. </verse>

      <verse number='21'>He that delicately bringeth <strongs number="6445">up</strongs>his <strongs number="5650">servant</strongs>from a <strongs number="4480 5290">child</strongs>shall have him <strongs number="1961">become</strongs><em> his </em><strongs number="4497">son</strongs>at the <strongs number="319">length</strongs>. </verse>
