      <verse number='2'><strongs number="6942">Sanctify</strongs>unto me <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1060">firstborn</strongs>, <strongs number="3605">whatsoever</strongs><strongs number="6363">openeth</strongs>the <strongs number="7358">womb</strongs>among the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, <em> both </em>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>and of <strongs number="929">beast</strongs>: <strongs number="1931">it</strongs><em> is </em>mine. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>And <strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>, <strongs number="2142">Remember</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>, in <strongs number="834">which</strongs>ye came <strongs number="3318">out</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 4714">Egypt</strongs>, out of the <strongs number="4480 1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="5650">bondage</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>by <strongs number="2392">strength</strongs>of <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>brought you <strongs number="3318 *853">out</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 2088">this</strongs><em> place </em>: there shall <strongs number="3808">no</strongs>leavened <strongs number="2557">bread</strongs>be <strongs number="398">eaten</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>This <strongs number="3117">day</strongs>came ye <strongs number="3318 859">out</strongs>in the <strongs number="2320">month</strongs><strongs number="24">Abib</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>And it shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="3588">when</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>shall <strongs number="935">bring</strongs>thee <strongs number="413">into</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of the <strongs number="3669">Canaanites</strongs>, and the <strongs number="2850">Hittites</strongs>, and the <strongs number="567">Amorites</strongs>, and the <strongs number="2340">Hivites</strongs>, and the <strongs number="2983">Jebusites</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs>he <strongs number="7650">swore</strongs>unto thy <strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>to <strongs number="5414">give</strongs>thee, a <strongs number="776">land</strongs><strongs number="2100">flowing</strongs>with <strongs number="2461">milk</strongs>and <strongs number="1706">honey</strongs>, that thou shalt <strongs number="5647">keep</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="2063">this</strongs><strongs number="5656">service</strongs>in <strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="2320">month</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'><strongs number="7651">Seven</strongs><strongs number="3117">days</strongs>thou shalt <strongs number="398">eat</strongs>unleavened <strongs number="4682">bread</strongs>, and in the <strongs number="7637">seventh</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs><em> shall </em><em> be </em>a <strongs number="2282">feast</strongs>to the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>Unleavened <strongs number="4682">bread</strongs>shall be <strongs number="398">eaten</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="3117">days</strongs>; and there shall <strongs number="3808">no</strongs>leavened <strongs number="2557">bread</strongs>be <strongs number="7200">seen</strongs>with thee, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>shall there be <strongs number="7603">leaven</strongs><strongs number="7200">seen</strongs>with thee in <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>thy <strongs number="1366">quarters</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>And thou shalt <strongs number="5046">show</strongs>thy <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>in <strongs number="1931">that</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, <em> This </em><em> is </em><em> done </em><strongs number="5668">because</strongs>of <strongs number="2088">that</strongs><em> which </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="6213">did</strongs>unto me when I came <strongs number="3318">forth</strongs>out of <strongs number="4480 4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>And it shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>for a <strongs number="226">sign</strongs>unto thee <strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>thine <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>, and for a <strongs number="2146">memorial</strongs><strongs number="996">between</strongs>thine <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>, <strongs number="4616">that</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>'s <strongs number="8451">law</strongs>may <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>in thy <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>with a <strongs number="2389">strong</strongs><strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>hath the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>brought thee <strongs number="3318">out</strongs>of <strongs number="4480 4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>Thou shalt therefore <strongs number="8104">keep</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="2063">this</strongs><strongs number="2708">ordinance</strongs>in his <strongs number="4150">season</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 3117">year</strongs>to <strongs number="3117">year</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>And it shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="3588">when</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>shall <strongs number="935">bring</strongs>thee <strongs number="413">into</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of the <strongs number="3669">Canaanites</strongs>, <strongs number="834">as</strongs>he <strongs number="7650">swore</strongs>unto thee and to thy <strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>, and shall <strongs number="5414">give</strongs>it thee, </verse>
      <verse number='12'>That thou shalt set <strongs number="5674">apart</strongs>unto the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>that <strongs number="6363">openeth</strongs>the <strongs number="7358">matrix</strongs>, and <strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="6363">firstling</strongs>that <strongs number="7698">cometh</strongs>of a <strongs number="929">beast</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>thou <strongs number="1961">hast</strongs>; the <strongs number="2145">males</strongs><em> shall </em><em> be </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>'s. </verse>
      <verse number='13'>And <strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="6363">firstling</strongs>of an <strongs number="2543">ass</strongs>thou shalt <strongs number="6299">redeem</strongs>with a <strongs number="7716">lamb</strongs>; and <strongs number="518">if</strongs>thou wilt <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="6299">redeem</strongs>it, then thou shalt break his <strongs number="6202">neck</strongs>: and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1060">firstborn</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>among thy <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>shalt thou <strongs number="6299">redeem</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='15'>And it came to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">when</strongs><strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>would <strongs number="7185">hardly</strongs>let us <strongs number="7971">go</strongs>, that the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="2026">slew</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1060">firstborn</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>, both the <strongs number="4480 1060">firstborn</strongs>of <strongs number="120">man</strongs>, and the <strongs number="1060">firstborn</strongs>of <strongs number="929">beast</strongs>: <strongs number="5921 3651">therefore</strongs><strongs number="589">I</strongs><strongs number="2076">sacrifice</strongs>to the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>that <strongs number="6363">openeth</strongs>the <strongs number="7358">matrix</strongs>, being <strongs number="2145">males</strongs>; but <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1060">firstborn</strongs>of my <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>I <strongs number="6299">redeem</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>And it shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>for a <strongs number="226">token</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>thine <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>, and for <strongs number="2903">frontlets</strongs><strongs number="996">between</strongs>thine <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>by <strongs number="2392">strength</strongs>of <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>brought us <strongs number="3318">forth</strongs>out of <strongs number="4480 4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>And it came to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>, when <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs>had let <strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="7971">go</strongs>, that <strongs number="430">God</strongs><strongs number="5148">led</strongs>them <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><em> through </em>the <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">although</strongs><strongs number="1931">that</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="7138">near</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="430">God</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>, Lest <strongs number="6435">peradventure</strongs>the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><strongs number="5162">repent</strongs>when they <strongs number="7200">see</strongs><strongs number="4421">war</strongs>, and they <strongs number="7725">return</strongs>to <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='18'>But <strongs number="430">God</strongs>led the people <strongs number="5437 *853 5971">about</strongs>, <em> through </em>the <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>of the <strongs number="4057">wilderness</strongs>of the <strongs number="5488">Red</strongs><strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>: and the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>went <strongs number="5927">up</strongs><strongs number="2571">harnessed</strongs>out of the <strongs number="4480 776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="4714">Egypt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>And <strongs number="4872">Moses</strongs><strongs number="3947">took</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="6106">bones</strongs>of <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>him: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>he had straitly <strongs number="7650 7650">sworn</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, <strongs number="430">God</strongs>will surely <strongs number="6485 6485">visit</strongs>you; and ye shall carry up my bones <strongs number="5927 *853 6106">away</strongs><strongs number="4480 2088">hence</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>you. </verse>
      <verse number='20'>And they took their <strongs number="5265">journey</strongs>from <strongs number="4480 5523">Succoth</strongs>, and <strongs number="2583">encamped</strongs>in <strongs number="864">Etham</strongs>, in the <strongs number="7097">edge</strongs>of the <strongs number="4057">wilderness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='21'>And the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1980">went</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>them by <strongs number="3119">day</strongs>in a <strongs number="5982">pillar</strongs>of a <strongs number="6051">cloud</strongs>, to <strongs number="5148">lead</strongs>them the <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>; and by <strongs number="3915">night</strongs>in a <strongs number="5982">pillar</strongs>of <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>, to give them <strongs number="215">light</strongs>; to <strongs number="1980">go</strongs>by <strongs number="3119">day</strongs>and <strongs number="3915">night</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='22'>He took not <strongs number="4185 3808">away</strongs>the <strongs number="5982">pillar</strongs>of the <strongs number="6051">cloud</strongs>by <strongs number="3119">day</strongs>, nor the <strongs number="5982">pillar</strongs>of <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>by <strongs number="3915">night</strongs>, <em> from </em><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>. </verse>
