      <verse number='2'>Should a <strongs number="2450">wise</strongs>man <strongs number="6030">utter</strongs><strongs number="7307">vain</strongs><strongs number="1847">knowledge</strongs>, and <strongs number="4390">fill</strongs>his <strongs number="990">belly</strongs>with the east <strongs number="6921">wind</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Should he <strongs number="3198">reason</strongs>with <strongs number="3808 5532">unprofitable</strongs><strongs number="1697">talk</strongs>? or with <strongs number="4405">speeches</strongs>wherewith he can do <strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="3276">good</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="637">Yea</strongs>, <strongs number="859">thou</strongs>castest <strongs number="6565">off</strongs><strongs number="3374">fear</strongs>, and <strongs number="1639">restrainest</strongs><strongs number="7881">prayer</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs><strongs number="410">God</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>thy <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs><strongs number="502">uttereth</strongs>thine <strongs number="5771">iniquity</strongs>, and thou <strongs number="977">choosest</strongs>the <strongs number="3956">tongue</strongs>of the <strongs number="6175">crafty</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='15'><strongs number="2005">Behold</strongs>, he putteth no <strongs number="539 3808">trust</strongs>in his <strongs number="6918">saints</strongs>; yea, the <strongs number="8064">heavens</strongs>are <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="2141">clean</strongs>in his <strongs number="5869">sight</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='17'>I will <strongs number="2331">show</strongs>thee, <strongs number="8085">hear</strongs>me; and <strongs number="2088">that</strongs><em> which </em>I have <strongs number="2372">seen</strongs>I will <strongs number="5608">declare</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='18'><strongs number="834">Which</strongs><strongs number="2450">wise</strongs>men have <strongs number="5046">told</strongs>from their <strongs number="4480 1">fathers</strongs>, and have <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3582">hid</strongs><em> it </em>: </verse>
      <verse number='19'>Unto whom <strongs number="905">alone</strongs>the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>was <strongs number="5414">given</strongs>, and <strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="2114">stranger</strongs><strongs number="5674">passed</strongs><strongs number="8432">among</strongs>them. </verse>
      <verse number='20'>The wicked <strongs number="7563">man</strongs>travaileth with <strongs number="2342">pain</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs><em> his </em><strongs number="3117">days</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4557">number</strongs>of <strongs number="8141">years</strongs>is <strongs number="6845">hidden</strongs>to the <strongs number="6184">oppressor</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='21'>A <strongs number="6343">dreadful</strongs><strongs number="6963">sound</strongs><em> is </em>in his <strongs number="241">ears</strongs>: in <strongs number="7965">prosperity</strongs>the <strongs number="7703">destroyer</strongs>shall come <strongs number="935">upon</strongs>him. </verse>
      <verse number='22'>He <strongs number="539">believeth</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>that he shall <strongs number="7725">return</strongs>out <strongs number="4480">of</strongs><strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs>, and <strongs number="1931">he</strongs>is waited <strongs number="6822">for</strongs><strongs number="413">of</strongs>the <strongs number="2719">sword</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='23'><strongs number="1931">He</strongs>wandereth <strongs number="5074">abroad</strongs>for <strongs number="3899">bread</strongs>, <em> saying </em>, <strongs number="346">Where</strongs><em> is </em><em> it </em>? he <strongs number="3045">knoweth</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs>the <strongs number="3117">day</strongs>of <strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs>is <strongs number="3559">ready</strongs>at his <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='24'><strongs number="6862">Trouble</strongs>and <strongs number="4691">anguish</strongs>shall make him <strongs number="1204">afraid</strongs>; they shall prevail <strongs number="8630">against</strongs>him, as a <strongs number="4428">king</strongs><strongs number="6264">ready</strongs>to the <strongs number="3593">battle</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='25'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>he stretcheth <strongs number="5186">out</strongs>his <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs><strongs number="413">against</strongs><strongs number="410">God</strongs>, and strengtheneth <strongs number="1396">himself</strongs><strongs number="413">against</strongs>the <strongs number="7706">Almighty</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='26'>He <strongs number="7323">runneth</strongs><strongs number="413">upon</strongs>him, <em> even </em>on <em> his </em><strongs number="6677">neck</strongs>, upon the <strongs number="5672">thick</strongs><strongs number="1354">bosses</strongs>of his <strongs number="4043">bucklers</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='27'><strongs number="3588">Because</strongs>he <strongs number="3680">covereth</strongs>his <strongs number="6440">face</strongs>with his <strongs number="2459">fatness</strongs>, and <strongs number="6213">maketh</strongs>collops of <strongs number="6371">fat</strongs><strongs number="5921">on</strongs><em> his </em><strongs number="3689">flanks</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='28'>And he dwelleth <strongs number="7931">in</strongs><strongs number="3582">desolate</strongs><strongs number="5892">cities</strongs>, <em> and </em>in houses <strongs number="1004">which</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs>man <strongs number="3427">inhabiteth</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs>are <strongs number="6257">ready</strongs>to become <strongs number="1530">heaps</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='29'>He shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be <strongs number="6238">rich</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>shall his <strongs number="2428">substance</strongs><strongs number="6965">continue</strongs>, <strongs number="3808">neither</strongs>shall he <strongs number="5186">prolong</strongs>the <strongs number="4512">perfection</strongs>thereof upon the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='30'>He shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="5493">depart</strongs>out <strongs number="4480">of</strongs><strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs>; the <strongs number="7957">flame</strongs>shall dry <strongs number="3001">up</strongs>his <strongs number="3127">branches</strongs>, and by the <strongs number="7307">breath</strongs>of his <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>shall he go <strongs number="5493">away</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='31'>Let <strongs number="408">not</strongs>him that is <strongs number="8582">deceived</strongs><strongs number="539">trust</strongs>in <strongs number="7723">vanity</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs><strongs number="7723">vanity</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>his <strongs number="8545">recompense</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='32'>It shall be <strongs number="4390">accomplished</strongs><strongs number="3808">before</strongs>his <strongs number="3117">time</strongs>, and his <strongs number="3712">branch</strongs>shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be <strongs number="7488">green</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='33'>He shall shake <strongs number="2554">off</strongs>his unripe <strongs number="1154">grape</strongs>as the <strongs number="1612">vine</strongs>, and shall cast <strongs number="7993">off</strongs>his <strongs number="5328">flower</strongs>as the <strongs number="2132">olive</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='34'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>the <strongs number="5712">congregation</strongs>of <strongs number="2611">hypocrites</strongs><em> shall </em><em> be </em><strongs number="1565">desolate</strongs>, and <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>shall <strongs number="398">consume</strongs>the <strongs number="168">tabernacles</strongs>of <strongs number="7810">bribery</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='35'>They <strongs number="2029">conceive</strongs><strongs number="5999">mischief</strongs>, and bring <strongs number="3205">forth</strongs><strongs number="205">vanity</strongs>, and their <strongs number="990">belly</strongs><strongs number="3559">prepareth</strongs><strongs number="4820">deceit</strongs>. </verse>
