      <verse number='2'><em> That </em><em> these </em><strongs number="6213">made</strongs><strongs number="4421">war</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs><strongs number="1298">Bera</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs>, and <strongs number="854">with</strongs><strongs number="1306">Birsha</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="6017">Gomorrah</strongs>, <strongs number="8134">Shinab</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="126">Admah</strongs>, and <strongs number="8038">Shemeber</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="6636">Zeboiim</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="1106">Bela</strongs>, <strongs number="1931">which</strongs>is <strongs number="6820">Zoar</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="3605">All</strongs><strongs number="428">these</strongs>were joined <strongs number="2266">together</strongs><strongs number="413">in</strongs>the <strongs number="6010">vale</strongs>of <strongs number="7708">Siddim</strongs>, <strongs number="1931">which</strongs>is the <strongs number="4417">salt</strongs><strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="8147 6240">Twelve</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>they <strongs number="5647">served</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3540">Chedorlaomer</strongs>, and in the <strongs number="7969 6240">thirteenth</strongs><strongs number="8141">year</strongs>they <strongs number="4775">rebelled</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>And in the <strongs number="702 6240">fourteenth</strongs><strongs number="8141">year</strongs><strongs number="935">came</strongs><strongs number="3540">Chedorlaomer</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4428">kings</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> were </em><strongs number="854">with</strongs>him, and <strongs number="5221">smote</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="7497">Rephaims</strongs>in Ashteroth <strongs number="6255">Karnaim</strongs>, and the <strongs number="2104">Zuzims</strongs>in <strongs number="1990">Ham</strongs>, and the <strongs number="368">Emims</strongs>in Shaveh <strongs number="7741">Kiriathaim</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='6'>And the <strongs number="2752">Horites</strongs>in their <strongs number="2042">mount</strongs><strongs number="8165">Seir</strongs>, <strongs number="5704">unto</strongs><strongs number="364">El</strongs>-paran, <strongs number="834">which</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="5921">by</strongs>the <strongs number="4057">wilderness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>And they <strongs number="7725">returned</strongs>, and <strongs number="935">came</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs><strongs number="5880">En</strongs>-mishpat, <strongs number="1931">which</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="6946">Kadesh</strongs>, and <strongs number="5221">smote</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="7704">country</strongs>of the <strongs number="6003">Amalekites</strongs>, and <strongs number="1571">also</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="567">Amorites</strongs>, that <strongs number="3427">dwelt</strongs>in <strongs number="2688">Hazezon</strongs>-tamar. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>And there went <strongs number="3318">out</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="6017">Gomorrah</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="126">Admah</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="6636">Zeboiim</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="1106">Bela</strongs>(the <strongs number="1931">same</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="6820">Zoar</strongs>) and they <strongs number="6186">joined</strongs><strongs number="4421">battle</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>them in the <strongs number="6010">vale</strongs>of <strongs number="7708">Siddim</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='9'><strongs number="854">With</strongs><strongs number="3540">Chedorlaomer</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="5867">Elam</strongs>, and with <strongs number="8413">Tidal</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>, and <strongs number="569">Amraphel</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="8152">Shinar</strongs>, and <strongs number="746">Arioch</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="495">Ellasar</strongs>; <strongs number="702">four</strongs><strongs number="4428">kings</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs><strongs number="2568">five</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>And the <strongs number="6010">vale</strongs>of <strongs number="7708">Siddim</strongs><em> was </em><em> full </em><em> of </em>slime <strongs number="875 875 2564">pits</strongs>; and the <strongs number="4428">kings</strongs>of <strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs>and <strongs number="6017">Gomorrah</strongs><strongs number="5127">fled</strongs>, and <strongs number="5307">fell</strongs><strongs number="8033">there</strongs>; and they that <strongs number="7604">remained</strongs><strongs number="5127">fled</strongs>to the <strongs number="2022">mountain</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>And they <strongs number="3947">took</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="7399">goods</strongs>of <strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs>and <strongs number="6017">Gomorrah</strongs>, and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>their <strongs number="400">victuals</strongs>, and went their <strongs number="1980">way</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>And they <strongs number="3947">took</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3876">Lot</strongs>, <strongs number="87">Abram</strongs>'s <strongs number="251">brother</strongs>'s <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>, <strongs number="1931">who</strongs><strongs number="3427">dwelt</strongs>in <strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs>, and his <strongs number="7399">goods</strongs>, and <strongs number="1980">departed</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'>And there <strongs number="935">came</strongs>one that had <strongs number="6412">escaped</strongs>, and <strongs number="5046">told</strongs><strongs number="87">Abram</strongs>the <strongs number="5680">Hebrew</strongs>; for <strongs number="1931">he</strongs><strongs number="7931">dwelt</strongs>in the <strongs number="436">plain</strongs>of <strongs number="4471">Mamre</strongs>the <strongs number="567">Amorite</strongs>, <strongs number="251">brother</strongs>of <strongs number="812">Eshcol</strongs>, and <strongs number="251">brother</strongs>of <strongs number="6063">Aner</strongs>: and <strongs number="1992">these</strongs><em> were </em><strongs number="1167 1285">confederate</strongs>with <strongs number="87">Abram</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='18'>And <strongs number="4442">Melchizedek</strongs><strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="8004">Salem</strongs>brought <strongs number="3318">forth</strongs><strongs number="3899">bread</strongs>and <strongs number="3196">wine</strongs>: and <strongs number="1931">he</strongs><em> was </em>the <strongs number="3548">priest</strongs>of the most <strongs number="5945">high</strongs><strongs number="410">God</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>And he <strongs number="1288">blessed</strongs>him, and <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="1288">Blessed</strongs><em> be </em><strongs number="87">Abram</strongs>of the most <strongs number="5945">high</strongs><strongs number="410">God</strongs>, <strongs number="7069">possessor</strongs>of <strongs number="8064">heaven</strongs>and <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='20'>And <strongs number="1288">blessed</strongs>be the most <strongs number="5945">high</strongs><strongs number="410">God</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs>hath <strongs number="4042">delivered</strongs>thine <strongs number="6862">enemies</strongs>into thy <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>.       <verse number='21'>And the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="87">Abram</strongs>, <strongs number="5414">Give</strongs>me the <strongs number="5315">persons</strongs>, and <strongs number="3947">take</strongs>the <strongs number="7399">goods</strongs>to thyself. </verse>
      <verse number='22'>And <strongs number="87">Abram</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="5467">Sodom</strongs>, I have lifted <strongs number="7311">up</strongs>mine <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, the most <strongs number="5945">high</strongs><strongs number="410">God</strongs>, the <strongs number="7069">possessor</strongs>of <strongs number="8064">heaven</strongs>and <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='23'>That I will <strongs number="518">not</strongs><em> take </em>from a <strongs number="4480 2339">thread</strongs>even <strongs number="5704">to</strongs>to a <strongs number="8288 5275">shoelatchet</strongs>, and that I will <strongs number="518">not</strongs><strongs number="3947">take</strongs>any <strongs number="4480 3605">thing</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> is </em>thine, <strongs number="3808">lest</strongs>thou shouldest <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, <strongs number="589">I</strongs>have made Abram <strongs number="6238 *853 87">rich</strongs>: </verse>
