      <verse number='1'>And the <strongs number="727">ark</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1961">was</strongs>in the <strongs number="7704">country</strongs>of the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs><strongs number="7651">seven</strongs><strongs number="2320">months</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'>And the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs><strongs number="7121">called</strongs>for the <strongs number="3548">priests</strongs>and the <strongs number="7080">diviners</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, <strongs number="4100">What</strongs>shall we <strongs number="6213">do</strongs>to the <strongs number="727">ark</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>? <strongs number="3045">tell</strongs>us <strongs number="4100">wherewith</strongs>we shall <strongs number="7971">send</strongs>it to his <strongs number="4725">place</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>And they <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, <strongs number="518">If</strongs>ye send <strongs number="7971">away</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="727">ark</strongs>of the <strongs number="430">God</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, <strongs number="7971">send</strongs>it <strongs number="408">not</strongs><strongs number="7387">empty</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">but</strongs>in any wise <strongs number="7725 7725">return</strongs>him a trespass <strongs number="817">offering</strongs>: <strongs number="227">then</strongs>ye shall be <strongs number="7495">healed</strongs>, and it shall be <strongs number="3045">known</strongs>to you <strongs number="4100">why</strongs>his <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>is <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="5493">removed</strongs><strongs number="4480">from</strongs>you. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>Then <strongs number="559">said</strongs>they, <strongs number="4100">What</strongs><em> shall </em><em> be </em>the trespass <strongs number="817">offering</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>we shall <strongs number="7725">return</strongs>to him?       <verse number='6'><strongs number="4100">Wherefore</strongs>then do ye <strongs number="3513">harden</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>your <strongs number="3824">hearts</strongs>, <strongs number="834">as</strongs>the <strongs number="4714">Egyptians</strongs>and <strongs number="6547">Pharaoh</strongs><strongs number="3513">hardened</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>their <strongs number="3820">hearts</strongs>? <strongs number="834">when</strongs>he had wrought <strongs number="5953">wonderfully</strongs>among them, did they <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>let the people <strongs number="7971">go</strongs>, and they <strongs number="1980">departed</strongs>? </verse>

      <verse number='10'>And the <strongs number="376">men</strongs><strongs number="6213">did</strongs><strongs number="3651">so</strongs>; and <strongs number="3947">took</strongs><strongs number="8147">two</strongs><strongs number="5763">milch</strongs><strongs number="6510">kine</strongs>, and <strongs number="631">tied</strongs>them to the <strongs number="5699">cart</strongs>, and shut <strongs number="3607">up</strongs>their <strongs number="1121">calves</strongs>at <strongs number="1004">home</strongs>: </verse>

      <verse number='13'>And <em> they </em><em> of </em><strongs number="1053">Beth</strongs>-shemesh <em> were </em><strongs number="7114">reaping</strongs>their <strongs number="2406">wheat</strongs><strongs number="7105">harvest</strongs>in the <strongs number="6010">valley</strongs>: and they lifted <strongs number="5375">up</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>their <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>, and <strongs number="7200">saw</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="727">ark</strongs>, and <strongs number="8055">rejoiced</strongs>to <strongs number="7200">see</strongs><em> it </em>. </verse>

      <verse number='21'>And they <strongs number="7971">sent</strongs><strongs number="4397">messengers</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs>the <strongs number="3427">inhabitants</strongs>of <strongs number="7157">Kirjath</strongs>-jearim, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, The <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>have brought <strongs number="7725">again</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="727">ark</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>; come ye <strongs number="3381">down</strongs>, <em> and </em>fetch it <strongs number="5927 *853">up</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs>you. </verse>
