      <verse number='1'><strongs number="1161">But</strongs><strongs number="4012">of</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="5550">times</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="2540">seasons</strongs>, <strongs number="80">brethren</strongs>, ye <strongs number="2192">have</strongs><strongs number="3756">no</strongs><strongs number="5532">need</strongs>that I <strongs number="1125">write</strongs>unto <strongs number="5213">you</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="846">yourselves</strongs><strongs number="1492">know</strongs><strongs number="199">perfectly</strongs><strongs number="3754">that</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="2250">day</strongs>of the <strongs number="2962">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3779">so</strongs><strongs number="2064">cometh</strongs><strongs number="5613">as</strongs>a <strongs number="2812">thief</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs>the <strongs number="3571">night</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="3752">when</strongs>they shall <strongs number="3004">say</strongs>, <strongs number="1515">Peace</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="803">safety</strongs>; <strongs number="5119">then</strongs><strongs number="160">sudden</strongs><strongs number="3639">destruction</strongs>cometh <strongs number="2186">upon</strongs><strongs number="846">them</strongs>, <strongs number="5618">as</strongs><strongs number="5604">travail</strongs>upon a woman with <strongs number="2192 1722 1064">child</strongs>; <strongs number="2532">and</strongs>they shall <strongs number="3364">not</strongs><strongs number="1628">escape</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="1161">But</strongs><strongs number="5210">ye</strongs>, <strongs number="80">brethren</strongs>, <strongs number="2075">are</strongs><strongs number="3756">not</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs><strongs number="4655">darkness</strongs>, <strongs number="2443">that</strongs>that <strongs number="2250">day</strongs>should <strongs number="2638">overtake</strongs><strongs number="5209">you</strongs><strongs number="5613">as</strongs>a <strongs number="2812">thief</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='7'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs>they that <strongs number="2518">sleep</strongs><strongs number="2518">sleep</strongs>in the <strongs number="3571">night</strongs>; <strongs number="2532">and</strongs>they that be <strongs number="3182">drunken</strongs>are <strongs number="3184">drunken</strongs>in the <strongs number="3571">night</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'><strongs number="1161">But</strongs>let <strongs number="2249">us</strongs>, who <strongs number="5607">are</strongs>of the <strongs number="2250">day</strongs>, be <strongs number="3525">sober</strongs>, putting <strongs number="1746">on</strongs>the <strongs number="2382">breastplate</strongs>of <strongs number="4102">faith</strongs><strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="26">love</strongs>; <strongs number="2532">and</strongs>for a <strongs number="4030">helmet</strongs>, the <strongs number="1680">hope</strongs>of <strongs number="4991">salvation</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='11'><strongs number="1352">Wherefore</strongs><strongs number="3870">comfort</strongs>yourselves <strongs number="240">together</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="3618">edify</strongs>one <strongs number="1520 1520">another</strongs>, even <strongs number="2531">as</strongs><strongs number="2532">also</strongs>ye <strongs number="4160">do</strongs>. </verse>
