      <verse number='1'>In <strongs number="1931">that</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>shall <strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="7892">song</strongs>be <strongs number="7891">sung</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>; We have a <strongs number="5797">strong</strongs><strongs number="5892">city</strongs>; <strongs number="3444">salvation</strongs>will <em> God </em><strongs number="7896">appoint</strongs><em> for </em><strongs number="2346">walls</strongs>and <strongs number="2426">bulwarks</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="6605">Open</strongs>ye the <strongs number="8179">gates</strongs>, that the <strongs number="6662">righteous</strongs><strongs number="1471">nation</strongs>which <strongs number="8104">keepeth</strongs>the <strongs number="529">truth</strongs>may enter <strongs number="935">in</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Thou wilt <strongs number="5341">keep</strongs><em> him </em>in perfect <strongs number="7965 7965">peace</strongs>, <em> whose </em><strongs number="3336">mind</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="5564">stayed</strongs><em> on </em><em> thee </em>: <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>he <strongs number="982">trusteth</strongs>in thee. </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="982">Trust</strongs>ye in the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="5704 5703">forever</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>in the <strongs number="3050">LORD</strongs><strongs number="3068">JEHOVAH</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="5769">everlasting</strongs><strongs number="6697">strength</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='5'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>he bringeth <strongs number="7817">down</strongs>them that <strongs number="3427">dwell</strongs>on <strongs number="4791">high</strongs>; the <strongs number="7682">lofty</strongs><strongs number="7151">city</strongs>, he layeth it <strongs number="8213">low</strongs>; he layeth it <strongs number="8213">low</strongs>, <em> even </em><strongs number="5704">to</strongs>the <strongs number="776">ground</strongs>; he <strongs number="5060">bringeth</strongs>it <em> even </em><strongs number="5704">to</strongs>the <strongs number="6083">dust</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='6'>The <strongs number="7272">foot</strongs>shall tread it <strongs number="7429">down</strongs>, <em> even </em>the <strongs number="7272">feet</strongs>of the <strongs number="6041">poor</strongs>, <em> and </em>the <strongs number="6471">steps</strongs>of the <strongs number="1800">needy</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>The <strongs number="734">way</strongs>of the <strongs number="6662">just</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="4339">uprightness</strongs>: thou, most <strongs number="3477">upright</strongs>, dost <strongs number="6424">weigh</strongs>the <strongs number="4570">path</strongs>of the <strongs number="6662">just</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'><strongs number="637">Yea</strongs>, in the <strongs number="734">way</strongs>of thy <strongs number="4941">judgments</strongs>, O <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, have we <strongs number="6960">waited</strongs>for thee; the <strongs number="8378">desire</strongs>of <em> our </em><strongs number="5315">soul</strongs><em> is </em>to thy <strongs number="8034">name</strongs>, and to the <strongs number="2143">remembrance</strongs>of thee. </verse>

      <verse number='10'>Let favor be <strongs number="2603">showed</strongs>to the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>, <em> yet </em>will he <strongs number="1077">not</strongs><strongs number="3925">learn</strongs><strongs number="6664">righteousness</strongs>: in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="5229">uprightness</strongs>will he deal <strongs number="5765">unjustly</strongs>, and will <strongs number="1077">not</strongs><strongs number="7200">behold</strongs>the <strongs number="1348">majesty</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <em> when </em>thy <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>is lifted <strongs number="5375">up</strongs>, they will <strongs number="1077">not</strongs><strongs number="2372">see</strongs>: <em> but </em>they shall <strongs number="2372">see</strongs>, and be <strongs number="954">ashamed</strongs>for <em> their </em><strongs number="7068">envy</strongs>at the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>; <strongs number="637">yea</strongs>, the <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>of thine <strongs number="6862">enemies</strongs>shall <strongs number="398">devour</strongs>them. </verse>
      <verse number='12'><strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, thou wilt <strongs number="8239">ordain</strongs><strongs number="7965">peace</strongs>for us: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>thou <strongs number="1571">also</strongs>hast <strongs number="6466">wrought</strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>our <strongs number="4639">works</strongs>in us. </verse>
      <verse number='13'>O <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>our <strongs number="430">God</strongs>, <em> other </em><strongs number="113">lords</strongs><strongs number="2108">beside</strongs>thee have had <strongs number="1166">dominion</strongs>over us: <em> but </em>by thee <strongs number="905">only</strongs>will we make <strongs number="2142">mention</strongs>of thy <strongs number="8034">name</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='14'><em> They </em><em> are </em><strongs number="4191">dead</strongs>, they shall <strongs number="1077">not</strongs><strongs number="2421">live</strongs>; <em> they </em><em> are </em><strongs number="7496">deceased</strongs>, they shall <strongs number="1077">not</strongs><strongs number="6965">rise</strongs>: <strongs number="3651">therefore</strongs>hast thou <strongs number="6485">visited</strongs>and <strongs number="8045">destroyed</strongs>them, and made <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>their <strongs number="2143">memory</strongs>to <strongs number="6">perish</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>Thou hast <strongs number="3254">increased</strongs>the <strongs number="1471">nation</strongs>, O <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, thou hast <strongs number="3254">increased</strongs>the <strongs number="1471">nation</strongs>: thou art <strongs number="3513">glorified</strongs>: thou hadst removed <em> it </em><strongs number="7368">far</strongs><em> unto </em><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="7099">ends</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'><strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, in <strongs number="6862">trouble</strongs>have they <strongs number="6485">visited</strongs>thee, they poured <strongs number="6694">out</strongs>a <strongs number="3908">prayer</strongs><em> when </em>thy <strongs number="4148">chastening</strongs><em> was </em>upon them. </verse>

      <verse number='18'>We have been with <strongs number="2029">child</strongs>, we have been in <strongs number="2342">pain</strongs>, we have as it <strongs number="3644">were</strongs>brought <strongs number="3205">forth</strongs><strongs number="7307">wind</strongs>; we have <strongs number="1077">not</strongs><strongs number="6213">wrought</strongs>any <strongs number="3444">deliverance</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>; <strongs number="1077">neither</strongs>have the <strongs number="3427">inhabitants</strongs>of the <strongs number="8398">world</strongs><strongs number="5307">fallen</strongs>. </verse>
