      <verse number='1'>But <strongs number="6258">now</strongs><em> they </em><em> that </em><em> are </em><strongs number="6810 3117">younger</strongs><strongs number="4480">than</strongs>I have me in <strongs number="7832 5921">derision</strongs>, <strongs number="834">whose</strongs><strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>I would have <strongs number="3988">disdained</strongs>to have <strongs number="7896">set</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>the <strongs number="3611">dogs</strongs>of my <strongs number="6629">flock</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="1571">Yea</strongs>, <strongs number="4100">whereto</strongs><em> might </em>the <strongs number="3581">strength</strongs>of their <strongs number="3027">hands</strongs><em> profit </em>me, in <strongs number="5921">whom</strongs>old <strongs number="3624">age</strongs>was <strongs number="6">perished</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='3'>For <strongs number="2639">want</strongs>and <strongs number="3720">famine</strongs><em> they </em><em> were </em><strongs number="1565">solitary</strongs>; <strongs number="6207">fleeing</strongs>into the <strongs number="6723">wilderness</strongs>in former <strongs number="570">time</strongs><strongs number="7722">desolate</strongs>and <strongs number="4875">waste</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='6'>To <strongs number="7931">dwell</strongs>in the <strongs number="6178">clefts</strongs>of the <strongs number="5158">valleys</strongs>, <em> in </em><strongs number="2356">caves</strongs>of the <strongs number="6083">earth</strongs>, and <em> in </em>the <strongs number="3710">rocks</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'><strongs number="996">Among</strongs>the <strongs number="7880">bushes</strongs>they <strongs number="5101">brayed</strongs>; <strongs number="8478">under</strongs>the <strongs number="2738">nettles</strongs>they were gathered <strongs number="5596">together</strongs>. </verse>
