      <verse number='1'><strongs number="2977">Josiah</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="8083">eight</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs><strongs number="1121">old</strongs>when he began to <strongs number="4427">reign</strongs>, and he <strongs number="4427">reigned</strongs><strongs number="7970">thirty</strongs>and <strongs number="259">one</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>in <strongs number="3389">Jerusalem</strongs>. And his <strongs number="517">mother</strongs>'s <strongs number="8034">name</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="3040">Jedidah</strongs>, the <strongs number="1323">daughter</strongs>of <strongs number="5718">Adaiah</strongs>of <strongs number="4480 1218">Boscath</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'>And he <strongs number="6213">did</strongs><em> that </em><em> which </em><em> was </em><strongs number="3477">right</strongs>in the <strongs number="5869">sight</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, and <strongs number="1980">walked</strongs>in <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>of <strongs number="1732">David</strongs>his <strongs number="1">father</strongs>, and turned not <strongs number="3808 5493">aside</strongs>to the right <strongs number="3225">hand</strongs>or to the <strongs number="8040">left</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='4'>Go <strongs number="5927">up</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs><strongs number="2518">Hilkiah</strongs>the <strongs number="1419">high</strongs><strongs number="3548">priest</strongs>, that he may <strongs number="8552">sum</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>which is <strongs number="935">brought</strongs>into the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs>the <strongs number="8104">keepers</strongs>of the <strongs number="5592">door</strongs>have <strongs number="622">gathered</strongs><strongs number="4480 854">of</strongs>the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='5'>And let them <strongs number="5414">deliver</strongs>it <strongs number="5921">into</strongs>the <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of the <strongs number="6213">doers</strongs>of the <strongs number="4399">work</strongs>, that have the <strongs number="6485">oversight</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>: and let them <strongs number="5414">give</strongs>it to the <strongs number="6213">doers</strongs>of the <strongs number="4399">work</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs><em> is </em>in the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, to <strongs number="2388">repair</strongs>the <strongs number="919">breaches</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='6'>Unto <strongs number="2796">carpenters</strongs>, and <strongs number="1129">builders</strongs>, and <strongs number="1443">masons</strongs>, and to <strongs number="7069">buy</strongs><strongs number="6086">timber</strongs>and <strongs number="4274">hewn</strongs><strongs number="68">stone</strongs>to <strongs number="2388">repair</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'><strongs number="389">Howbeit</strongs>there was <strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="2803">reckoning</strongs>made <strongs number="854">with</strongs>them of the <strongs number="3701">money</strongs>that was <strongs number="5414">delivered</strongs><strongs number="5921">into</strongs>their <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">because</strongs><strongs number="1992">they</strongs><strongs number="6213">dealt</strongs><strongs number="530">faithfully</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>And <strongs number="2518">Hilkiah</strongs>the <strongs number="1419">high</strongs><strongs number="3548">priest</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="5921">unto</strongs><strongs number="8227">Shaphan</strongs>the <strongs number="5608">scribe</strongs>, I have <strongs number="4672">found</strongs>the <strongs number="5612">book</strongs>of the <strongs number="8451">law</strongs>in the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. And <strongs number="2518">Hilkiah</strongs><strongs number="5414">gave</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="5612">book</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs><strongs number="8227">Shaphan</strongs>, and he <strongs number="7121">read</strongs>it. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>And <strongs number="8227">Shaphan</strongs>the <strongs number="5608">scribe</strongs><strongs number="935">came</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>, and brought the king word <strongs number="7725 *853 4428 1697">again</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, Thy <strongs number="5650">servants</strongs>have <strongs number="5413">gathered</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="3701">money</strongs>that was <strongs number="4672">found</strongs>in the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, and have <strongs number="5414">delivered</strongs>it <strongs number="5921">into</strongs>the <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>of them that <strongs number="6213">do</strongs>the <strongs number="4399">work</strongs>, that have the <strongs number="6485">oversight</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>And <strongs number="8227">Shaphan</strongs>the <strongs number="5608">scribe</strongs><strongs number="5046">showed</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, <strongs number="2518">Hilkiah</strongs>the <strongs number="3548">priest</strongs>hath <strongs number="5414">delivered</strongs>me a <strongs number="5612">book</strongs>. And <strongs number="8227">Shaphan</strongs><strongs number="7121">read</strongs>it <strongs number="6440">before</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>And it came to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>, when the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>had <strongs number="8085">heard</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1697">words</strongs>of the <strongs number="5612">book</strongs>of the <strongs number="8451">law</strongs>, that he <strongs number="7167">rent</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>his <strongs number="899">clothes</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>And the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs><strongs number="6680">commanded</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="2518">Hilkiah</strongs>the <strongs number="3548">priest</strongs>, and <strongs number="296">Ahikam</strongs>the <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="8227">Shaphan</strongs>, and <strongs number="5907">Achbor</strongs>the <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="4320">Michaiah</strongs>, and <strongs number="8227">Shaphan</strongs>the <strongs number="5608">scribe</strongs>, and <strongs number="6222">Asahiah</strongs>a <strongs number="5650">servant</strongs>of the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>'s, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, </verse>

      <verse number='14'>So <strongs number="2518">Hilkiah</strongs>the <strongs number="3548">priest</strongs>, and <strongs number="296">Ahikam</strongs>, and <strongs number="5907">Achbor</strongs>, and <strongs number="8227">Shaphan</strongs>, and <strongs number="6222">Asahiah</strongs>, <strongs number="1980">went</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="2468">Huldah</strongs>the <strongs number="5031">prophetess</strongs>, the <strongs number="802">wife</strongs>of <strongs number="7967">Shallum</strongs>the <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="8616">Tikvah</strongs>, the <strongs number="1121">son</strongs>of <strongs number="2745">Harhas</strongs>, <strongs number="8104">keeper</strongs>of the <strongs number="899">wardrobe</strongs>; (now <strongs number="1931">she</strongs><strongs number="3427">dwelt</strongs>in <strongs number="3389">Jerusalem</strongs>in the <strongs number="4932">college</strongs>;) and they <strongs number="1696">communed</strongs><strongs number="413">with</strongs>her. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>And she <strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>them, <strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="430">God</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, <strongs number="559">Tell</strongs>the <strongs number="376">man</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><strongs number="7971">sent</strongs>you <strongs number="413">to</strongs>me, </verse>
      <verse number='16'><strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <strongs number="2009">Behold</strongs>, I will <strongs number="935">bring</strongs><strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><strongs number="413">upon</strongs><strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="4725">place</strongs>, and <strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="3427">inhabitants</strongs>thereof, <em> even </em><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1697">words</strongs>of the <strongs number="5612">book</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>hath <strongs number="7121">read</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='17'><strongs number="8478 834">Because</strongs>they have <strongs number="5800">forsaken</strongs>me, and have burned <strongs number="6999">incense</strongs>unto <strongs number="312">other</strongs><strongs number="430">gods</strongs>, <strongs number="4616">that</strongs>they might provoke me to <strongs number="3707">anger</strongs>with <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="4639">works</strongs>of their <strongs number="3027">hands</strongs>; therefore my <strongs number="2534">wrath</strongs>shall be <strongs number="3341">kindled</strongs>against <strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="4725">place</strongs>, and shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>be <strongs number="3518">quenched</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'>But <strongs number="413">to</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>which <strongs number="7971">sent</strongs>you to <strongs number="1875">inquire</strongs>of <strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, <strongs number="3541">thus</strongs>shall ye <strongs number="559">say</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs>him, <strongs number="3541">Thus</strongs><strongs number="559">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="430">God</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, <em> As </em><em> touching </em>the <strongs number="1697">words</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs>thou hast <strongs number="8085">heard</strongs>; </verse>
