      <verse number='1'>Now the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>gathered <strongs number="6908">together</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs><strongs number="3605">all</strongs>their <strongs number="4264">armies</strongs>to <strongs number="663">Aphek</strongs>: and the <strongs number="3478">Israelites</strongs><strongs number="2583">pitched</strongs>by a <strongs number="5869">fountain</strongs><strongs number="834">which</strongs><em> is </em>in <strongs number="3157">Jezreel</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'>And the <strongs number="5633">lords</strongs>of the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>passed <strongs number="5674">on</strongs>by <strongs number="3967">hundreds</strongs>, and by <strongs number="505">thousands</strongs>: but <strongs number="1732">David</strongs>and his <strongs number="376">men</strongs>passed <strongs number="5674">on</strongs>in the <strongs number="314">rearward</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs><strongs number="397">Achish</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Then <strongs number="559">said</strongs>the <strongs number="8269">princes</strongs>of the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>, <strongs number="4100">What</strongs><em> do </em><strongs number="428">these</strongs><strongs number="5680">Hebrews</strongs><em> here </em>? And <strongs number="397">Achish</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="8269">princes</strongs>of the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>, <em> Is </em><strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="1732">David</strongs>, the <strongs number="5650">servant</strongs>of <strongs number="7586">Saul</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, <strongs number="834">which</strongs>hath <strongs number="1961">been</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>me <strongs number="2088">these</strongs><strongs number="3117">days</strongs>, <strongs number="176">or</strongs><strongs number="2088">these</strongs><strongs number="8141">years</strongs>, and I have <strongs number="4672">found</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="3972">fault</strongs>in him <strongs number="4480 3117">since</strongs>he <strongs number="5307">fell</strongs><em> unto </em><em> me </em><strongs number="5704">unto</strongs><strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>? </verse>

      <verse number='5'><em> Is </em><strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="1732">David</strongs>, of <strongs number="834">whom</strongs>they <strongs number="6030">sang</strongs>one to another in <strongs number="4246">dances</strongs>, <strongs number="559">saying</strongs>, <strongs number="7586">Saul</strongs><strongs number="5221">slew</strongs>his <strongs number="505">thousands</strongs>, and <strongs number="1732">David</strongs>his ten <strongs number="7233">thousands</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='6'>Then <strongs number="397">Achish</strongs><strongs number="7121 413">called</strongs><strongs number="1732">David</strongs>, and <strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>him, Surely, <em> as </em>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="2416">liveth</strongs>, <strongs number="859">thou</strongs>hast been <strongs number="3477">upright</strongs>, and thy going <strongs number="3318">out</strongs>and thy coming <strongs number="935">in</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>me in the <strongs number="4264">host</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="2896">good</strongs>in my <strongs number="5869">sight</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>I have <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="4672">found</strongs><strongs number="7451">evil</strongs>in thee since the <strongs number="4480 3117">day</strongs>of thy <strongs number="935">coming</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs>me <strongs number="5704">unto</strongs><strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>: nevertheless the <strongs number="5869 5633">lords</strongs><strongs number="2896">favor</strongs><strongs number="859">thee</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>Wherefore <strongs number="6258">now</strongs><strongs number="7725">return</strongs>, and <strongs number="1980">go</strongs>in <strongs number="7965">peace</strongs>, that thou <strongs number="6213 7451 5869">displease</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>the <strongs number="5633">lords</strongs>of the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>And <strongs number="1732">David</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">unto</strongs><strongs number="397">Achish</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">But</strongs><strongs number="4100">what</strongs>have I <strongs number="6213">done</strongs>? and <strongs number="4100">what</strongs>hast thou <strongs number="4672">found</strongs>in thy <strongs number="5650">servant</strongs>so <strongs number="4480 3117">long</strongs><strongs number="834">as</strongs>I have <strongs number="1961">been</strongs><strongs number="6440">with</strongs>thee <strongs number="5704">unto</strongs><strongs number="2088">this</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">that</strongs>I may <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="1980">go</strongs><strongs number="3898">fight</strongs>against the <strongs number="341">enemies</strongs>of my <strongs number="113">lord</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='9'>And <strongs number="397">Achish</strongs><strongs number="6030">answered</strongs>and <strongs number="559">said</strongs><strongs number="413">to</strongs><strongs number="1732">David</strongs>, I <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="859">thou</strongs><em> art </em><strongs number="2896">good</strongs>in my <strongs number="5869">sight</strongs>, as an <strongs number="4397">angel</strongs>of <strongs number="430">God</strongs>: <strongs number="389">notwithstanding</strongs>the <strongs number="8269">princes</strongs>of the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>have <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, He shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>go <strongs number="5927">up</strongs><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>us to the <strongs number="4421">battle</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>Wherefore <strongs number="6258">now</strongs>rise up <strongs number="7925">early</strongs>in the <strongs number="1242">morning</strongs>with thy <strongs number="113">master</strongs>'s <strongs number="5650">servants</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>are <strongs number="935">come</strongs><strongs number="854">with</strongs>thee: and as soon as ye be up <strongs number="7925">early</strongs>in the <strongs number="1242">morning</strongs>, and have <strongs number="216">light</strongs>, <strongs number="1980">depart</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>So <strongs number="1732">David</strongs>and his <strongs number="376">men</strongs>rose up <strongs number="7925">early</strongs>to <strongs number="1980">depart</strongs>in the <strongs number="1242">morning</strongs>, to <strongs number="7725">return</strongs><strongs number="413">into</strongs>the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>. And the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>went <strongs number="5927">up</strongs>to <strongs number="3157">Jezreel</strongs>. </verse>
