      <verse number='1'><strongs number="1899">Then</strongs><strongs number="1180">fourteen</strongs><strongs number="2094">years</strongs><strongs number="1223">after</strongs>I went <strongs number="305">up</strongs><strongs number="3825">again</strongs><strongs number="1519">to</strongs><strongs number="2414">Jerusalem</strongs><strongs number="3326">with</strongs><strongs number="921">Barnabas</strongs>, and took Titus <strongs number="4838 5103">with</strongs><em> me </em><strongs number="2532">also</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="1161">And</strongs>I went <strongs number="305">up</strongs><strongs number="2596">by</strongs><strongs number="602">revelation</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="394">communicated</strongs>unto <strongs number="846">them</strongs>that <strongs number="2098">gospel</strongs><strongs number="3739">which</strongs>I <strongs number="2784">preach</strongs><strongs number="1722">among</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="1484">Gentiles</strongs>, <strongs number="1161">but</strongs><strongs number="2596 2398">privately</strongs>to them which were of <strongs number="1380">reputation</strongs>, lest by any <strongs number="3381">means</strongs>I should <strongs number="5143">run</strongs>, <strongs number="2228">or</strongs>had <strongs number="5143">run</strongs>, <strongs number="1519">in</strongs><strongs number="2756">vain</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'><strongs number="235">But</strongs><strongs number="3761">neither</strongs><strongs number="5103">Titus</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">who</strongs>was <strongs number="4862">with</strongs><strongs number="1698">me</strongs>, <strongs number="5607">being</strongs>a <strongs number="1672">Greek</strongs>, was <strongs number="315">compelled</strongs>to be <strongs number="4059">circumcised</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='4'><strongs number="1161">And</strongs>that <strongs number="1223">because</strongs>of false <strongs number="5569">brethren</strongs>unawares brought <strongs number="3920">in</strongs>, <strongs number="3748">who</strongs>came in <strongs number="3922">privily</strongs>to spy <strongs number="2684">out</strongs><strongs number="2257">our</strongs><strongs number="1657">liberty</strongs><strongs number="3739">which</strongs>we <strongs number="2192">have</strongs><strongs number="1722">in</strongs><strongs number="5547">Christ</strongs><strongs number="2424">Jesus</strongs>, <strongs number="2443">that</strongs>they might bring us into <strongs number="2615 2248">bondage</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='5'>To <strongs number="3739">whom</strongs>we gave <strongs number="1502">place</strongs>by <strongs number="5292">subjection</strongs>, no, <strongs number="3761">not</strongs><strongs number="4314">for</strongs>an <strongs number="5610">hour</strongs>; <strongs number="2443">that</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="225">truth</strongs>of <strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="2098">gospel</strongs>might <strongs number="1265">continue</strongs><strongs number="4314">with</strongs><strongs number="5209">you</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='8'>( <strongs number="1063">For</strongs>he that wrought <strongs number="1754">effectually</strongs>in <strongs number="4074">Peter</strongs><strongs number="1519">to</strongs>the <strongs number="651">apostleship</strongs>of <strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="4061">circumcision</strongs>, the same was <strongs number="1754">mighty</strongs><strongs number="*2532">in</strongs><strongs number="1698">me</strongs><strongs number="1519">toward</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="1484">Gentiles</strongs>:) </verse>

      <verse number='10'><strongs number="3440">Only</strongs><em> they </em><em> would </em><strongs number="2443">that</strongs>we should <strongs number="3421">remember</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="4434">poor</strongs>; the <strongs number="846 5124">same</strongs><strongs number="3739">which</strongs>I <strongs number="2532">also</strongs>was <strongs number="4704">forward</strongs>to <strongs number="4160">do</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="1161">But</strongs><strongs number="3753">when</strongs><strongs number="4074">Peter</strongs>was <strongs number="2064">come</strongs><strongs number="1519">to</strongs><strongs number="490">Antioch</strongs>, I <strongs number="436">withstood</strongs><strongs number="846">him</strongs><strongs number="2596">to</strongs>the <strongs number="4383">face</strongs>, <strongs number="3754">because</strongs>he <strongs number="2258">was</strongs>to be <strongs number="2607">blamed</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='15'><strongs number="2249">We</strongs><em> who </em><em> are </em><strongs number="2453">Jews</strongs>by <strongs number="5449">nature</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="3756">not</strongs><strongs number="268">sinners</strongs><strongs number="1537">of</strongs>the <strongs number="1484">Gentiles</strongs>, </verse>
      <verse number='16'><strongs number="1492">Knowing</strongs><strongs number="3754">that</strongs>a <strongs number="444">man</strongs>is <strongs number="3756">not</strongs><strongs number="1344">justified</strongs><strongs number="1537">by</strongs>the <strongs number="2041">works</strongs>of the <strongs number="3551">law</strongs>, <strongs number="3362">but</strongs><strongs number="1223">by</strongs>the <strongs number="4102">faith</strongs>of <strongs number="2424">Jesus</strongs><strongs number="5547">Christ</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">even</strongs><strongs number="2249">we</strongs>have <strongs number="4100">believed</strongs><strongs number="1519">in</strongs><strongs number="2424">Jesus</strongs><strongs number="5547">Christ</strongs>, <strongs number="2443">that</strongs>we might be <strongs number="1344">justified</strongs><strongs number="1537">by</strongs>the <strongs number="4102">faith</strongs>of <strongs number="5547">Christ</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="3756">not</strongs><strongs number="1537">by</strongs>the <strongs number="2041">works</strongs>of the <strongs number="3551">law</strongs>: <strongs number="1360">for</strongs><strongs number="1537">by</strongs>the <strongs number="2041">works</strongs>of the <strongs number="3551">law</strongs>shall <strongs number="3756">no</strongs><strongs number="4561">flesh</strongs>be <strongs number="1344">justified</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'><strongs number="1161">But</strongs><strongs number="1487">if</strongs>, while we <strongs number="2212">seek</strongs>to be <strongs number="1344">justified</strongs><strongs number="1722">by</strongs><strongs number="5547">Christ</strongs>, <strongs number="846">we</strongs>ourselves <strongs number="2532">also</strongs>are <strongs number="2147">found</strongs><strongs number="268">sinners</strongs>, <em> is </em><strongs number="687">therefore</strongs><strongs number="5547">Christ</strongs>the <strongs number="1249">minister</strongs>of <strongs number="266">sin</strongs>? God <strongs number="1096 3361">forbid</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="1487">if</strongs>I <strongs number="3618">build</strongs><strongs number="3825">again</strongs>the <strongs number="5023">things</strongs><strongs number="3739">which</strongs>I <strongs number="2647">destroyed</strongs>, I <strongs number="4921">make</strongs><strongs number="1683">myself</strongs>a <strongs number="3848">transgressor</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'><strongs number="1063">For</strongs><strongs number="1473">I</strongs><strongs number="1223">through</strongs>the <strongs number="3551">law</strongs>am <strongs number="599">dead</strongs>to the <strongs number="3551">law</strongs>, <strongs number="2443">that</strongs>I might <strongs number="2198">live</strongs>unto <strongs number="2316">God</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='21'>I do <strongs number="3756">not</strongs><strongs number="114">frustrate</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="5485">grace</strongs>of <strongs number="2316">God</strongs>: <strongs number="1063">for</strongs><strongs number="1487">if</strongs><strongs number="1343">righteousness</strongs><em> come </em><strongs number="1223">by</strongs>the <strongs number="3551">law</strongs>, <strongs number="686">then</strongs><strongs number="5547">Christ</strongs>is <strongs number="599">dead</strongs>in <strongs number="1432">vain</strongs>. </verse>
