<verse number='2'>How <strongs number="5704 575">long</strongs>wilt thou <strongs number="4448">speak</strongs><strongs number="428">these</strongs><em> things </em>? and <em> how </em><em> long </em><em> shall </em>the <strongs number="561">words</strongs>of thy <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs><em> be </em><em> like </em>a <strongs number="3524">strong</strongs><strongs number="7307">wind</strongs>? </verse>

<verse number='3'>Doth <strongs number="410">God</strongs><strongs number="5791">pervert</strongs><strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs>? <strongs number="518">or</strongs>doth the <strongs number="7706">Almighty</strongs><strongs number="5791">pervert</strongs><strongs number="6664">justice</strongs>? </verse>

<verse number='4'><strongs number="518">If</strongs>thy <strongs number="1121">children</strongs>have <strongs number="2398">sinned</strongs>against him, and he have cast them <strongs number="7971">away</strongs><strongs number="3027">for</strongs>their <strongs number="6588">transgression</strongs>; </verse>

<verse number='6'><strongs number="518">If</strongs><strongs number="859">thou</strongs><em> wast </em><strongs number="2134">pure</strongs>and <strongs number="3477">upright</strongs>; <strongs number="3588">surely</strongs><strongs number="6258">now</strongs>he would <strongs number="5782">awake</strongs><strongs number="5921">for</strongs>thee, and make the <strongs number="5116">habitation</strongs>of thy <strongs number="6664">righteousness</strongs><strongs number="7999">prosperous</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='7'>Though thy <strongs number="7225">beginning</strongs><strongs number="1961">was</strongs><strongs number="4705">small</strongs>, yet thy latter <strongs number="319">end</strongs>should <strongs number="3966">greatly</strongs><strongs number="7685">increase</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='8'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="7592">inquire</strongs>, I pray <strongs number="4994">thee</strongs>, of the <strongs number="7223">former</strongs><strongs number="1755">age</strongs>, and <strongs number="3559">prepare</strongs>thyself to the <strongs number="2714">search</strongs>of their <strongs number="1">fathers</strongs>: </verse>

<verse number='9'>( <strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="587">we</strongs><em> are </em><em> but </em><em> of </em><strongs number="8543">yesterday</strongs>, and <strongs number="3045">know</strongs><strongs number="3808">nothing</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">because</strongs>our <strongs number="3117">days</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs><strongs number="776">earth</strongs><em> are </em>a <strongs number="6738">shadow</strongs>:) </verse>

<verse number='10'>Shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="1992">they</strongs><strongs number="3384">teach</strongs>thee, <em> and </em><strongs number="559">tell</strongs>thee, and <strongs number="3318">utter</strongs><strongs number="4405">words</strongs>out of their <strongs number="4480 3820">heart</strongs>? </verse>

<verse number='11'>Can the <strongs number="1573">rush</strongs>grow <strongs number="1342">up</strongs><strongs number="3808">without</strongs><strongs number="1207">mire</strongs>? can the <strongs number="260">flag</strongs><strongs number="7685">grow</strongs><strongs number="1097">without</strongs><strongs number="4325">water</strongs>? </verse>

<verse number='12'>Whilst it <em> is </em><strongs number="5750">yet</strongs>in his <strongs number="3">greenness</strongs>, <em> and </em><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>cut <strongs number="6998">down</strongs>, it <strongs number="3001">withereth</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs><strongs number="3605">any</strongs><em> other </em><strongs number="2682">herb</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='13'><strongs number="3651">So</strongs><em> are </em>the <strongs number="734">paths</strongs>of <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>that <strongs number="7911">forget</strongs><strongs number="410">God</strongs>; and the <strongs number="2611">hypocrite</strongs>'s <strongs number="8615">hope</strongs>shall <strongs number="6">perish</strongs>: </verse>

<verse number='14'><strongs number="834">Whose</strongs><strongs number="3689">hope</strongs>shall be cut <strongs number="6990">off</strongs>, and whose <strongs number="4009">trust</strongs><em> shall </em><em> be </em>a <strongs number="5908">spider</strongs>'s <strongs number="1004">web</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='15'>He shall <strongs number="8172">lean</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>his <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, but it shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="5975">stand</strongs>: he shall hold it <strongs number="2388">fast</strongs>, but it shall <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="6965">endure</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='16'><strongs number="1931">He</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="7373">green</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>the <strongs number="8121">sun</strongs>, and his <strongs number="3127">branch</strongs>shooteth <strongs number="3318">forth</strongs><strongs number="5921">in</strongs>his <strongs number="1593">garden</strongs>. </verse>

<verse number='17'>His <strongs number="8328">roots</strongs>are <strongs number="5440">wrapped</strongs><strongs number="5921">about</strongs>the <strongs number="1530">heap</strongs>, <em> and </em><strongs number="2372">seeth</strongs>the <strongs number="1004">place</strongs>of <strongs number="68">stones</strongs>. </verse>
