      <verse number='2'>Oh <strongs number="4310">that</strongs>I <strongs number="5414">were</strongs>as <em> in </em><strongs number="3391">months</strongs><strongs number="6924">past</strongs>, as <em> in </em>the <strongs number="3117">days</strongs><em> when </em><strongs number="433">God</strongs><strongs number="8104">preserved</strongs>me; </verse>
      <verse number='3'>When his <strongs number="5216">candle</strongs><strongs number="1984">shined</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>my <strongs number="7218">head</strongs>, <em> and </em><em> when </em>by his <strongs number="216">light</strongs>I <strongs number="1980">walked</strongs><em> through </em><strongs number="2822">darkness</strongs>; </verse>

      <verse number='7'>When I went <strongs number="3318">out</strongs>to the <strongs number="8179">gate</strongs><strongs number="5921">through</strongs>the <strongs number="7176">city</strongs>, <em> when </em>I <strongs number="3559">prepared</strongs>my <strongs number="4186">seat</strongs>in the <strongs number="7339">street</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='8'>The young <strongs number="5288">men</strongs><strongs number="7200">saw</strongs>me, and hid <strongs number="2244">themselves</strongs>: and the <strongs number="3453">aged</strongs><strongs number="6965">arose</strongs>, <em> and </em>stood <strongs number="5975">up</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>The <strongs number="8269">princes</strongs><strongs number="6113">refrained</strongs><strongs number="4405">talking</strongs>, and <strongs number="7760">laid</strongs><em> their </em><strongs number="3709">hand</strongs>on their <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='13'>The <strongs number="1293">blessing</strongs>of him that was ready to <strongs number="6">perish</strongs><strongs number="935">came</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>me: and I caused the <strongs number="490">widow</strongs>'s <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>to sing for <strongs number="7442">joy</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='14'>I put <strongs number="3847">on</strongs><strongs number="6664">righteousness</strongs>, and it <strongs number="3847">clothed</strongs>me: my <strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs><em> was </em>as a <strongs number="4598">robe</strongs>and a <strongs number="6797">diadem</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>I <strongs number="1961">was</strongs><strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>to the <strongs number="5787">blind</strongs>, and <strongs number="7272">feet</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="589">I</strongs>to the <strongs number="6455">lame</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'><strongs number="595">I</strongs><em> was </em>a <strongs number="1">father</strongs>to the <strongs number="34">poor</strongs>: and the <strongs number="7379">cause</strongs><em> which </em>I <strongs number="3045">knew</strongs><strongs number="3808">not</strongs>I searched <strongs number="2713">out</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>And I <strongs number="7665">broke</strongs>the <strongs number="4973">jaws</strongs>of the <strongs number="5767">wicked</strongs>, and <strongs number="7993">plucked</strongs>the <strongs number="2964">spoil</strongs>out of his <strongs number="4480 8127">teeth</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'>Then I <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, I shall <strongs number="1478">die</strongs><strongs number="5973">in</strongs>my <strongs number="7064">nest</strongs>, and I shall <strongs number="7235">multiply</strongs><em> my </em><strongs number="3117">days</strongs>as the <strongs number="2344">sand</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>My <strongs number="8328">root</strongs><em> was </em>spread <strongs number="6605">out</strongs><strongs number="413">by</strongs>the <strongs number="4325">waters</strongs>, and the <strongs number="2919">dew</strongs>lay all <strongs number="3885">night</strongs>upon my <strongs number="7105">branch</strongs>. </verse>
