      <verse number='2'>Should <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>the <strongs number="7230">multitude</strongs>of <strongs number="1697">words</strongs>be <strongs number="6030">answered</strongs>? and <strongs number="518">should</strongs>a <strongs number="376">man</strongs>full of <strongs number="8193">talk</strongs>be <strongs number="6663">justified</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Should thy <strongs number="907">lies</strongs>make <strongs number="4962">men</strongs>hold their <strongs number="2790">peace</strongs>? and when thou <strongs number="3932">mockest</strongs>, shall <strongs number="369">no</strongs>man make thee <strongs number="3637">ashamed</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='4'>For thou hast <strongs number="559">said</strongs>, My <strongs number="3948">doctrine</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="2134">pure</strongs>, and I <strongs number="1961">am</strongs><strongs number="1249">clean</strongs>in thine <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'><strongs number="199">But</strongs>oh <strongs number="4310">that</strongs><strongs number="433">God</strongs><strongs number="5414">would</strongs><strongs number="1696">speak</strongs>, and <strongs number="6605">open</strongs>his <strongs number="8193">lips</strongs><strongs number="5973">against</strongs>thee; </verse>
      <verse number='6'>And that he would <strongs number="5046">show</strongs>thee the <strongs number="8587">secrets</strongs>of <strongs number="2451">wisdom</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">that</strongs><em> they </em><em> are </em><strongs number="3718">double</strongs>to that which <strongs number="8454">is</strongs>! <strongs number="3045">Know</strongs>therefore <strongs number="3588">that</strongs><strongs number="433">God</strongs><strongs number="5382">exacteth</strongs>of thee <em> less </em>than thine <strongs number="4480 5771">iniquity</strongs><em> deserveth </em>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>Canst thou by <strongs number="2714">searching</strongs>find <strongs number="4672">out</strongs><strongs number="433">God</strongs>? canst thou find <strongs number="4672">out</strongs>the <strongs number="7706">Almighty</strongs><strongs number="5704">unto</strongs><strongs number="8503">perfection</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='8'><em> It </em><em> is </em>as <strongs number="1363">high</strongs>as <strongs number="8064">heaven</strongs>; <strongs number="4100">what</strongs>canst thou <strongs number="6466">do</strongs>? <strongs number="6013">deeper</strongs>than <strongs number="4480 7585">hell</strongs>; <strongs number="4100">what</strongs>canst thou <strongs number="3045">know</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='9'>The <strongs number="4055">measure</strongs>thereof <em> is </em><strongs number="752">longer</strongs>than the <strongs number="4480 776">earth</strongs>, and <strongs number="7342">broader</strongs><strongs number="4480">than</strongs>the <strongs number="3220">sea</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'><strongs number="518">If</strongs>he cut <strongs number="2498">off</strongs>, and shut <strongs number="5462">up</strongs>, or gather <strongs number="6950">together</strongs>, then <strongs number="4310">who</strongs>can <strongs number="7725">hinder</strongs>him? </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="1931">he</strongs><strongs number="3045">knoweth</strongs><strongs number="7723">vain</strongs><strongs number="4962">men</strongs>: he <strongs number="7200">seeth</strongs><strongs number="205">wickedness</strongs>also; will he <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>then <strongs number="995">consider</strongs><em> it </em>? </verse>
      <verse number='12'>For <strongs number="5014">vain</strongs><strongs number="376">man</strongs>would be <strongs number="3823">wise</strongs>, though <strongs number="120">man</strongs>be <strongs number="3205">born</strongs><em> like </em>a wild <strongs number="6501">ass</strongs>'s <strongs number="5895">colt</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='13'><strongs number="518">If</strongs><strongs number="859">thou</strongs><strongs number="3559">prepare</strongs>thine <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>, and stretch <strongs number="6566">out</strongs>thine <strongs number="3709">hands</strongs><strongs number="413">toward</strongs>him; </verse>
      <verse number='14'><strongs number="518">If</strongs><strongs number="205">iniquity</strongs><em> be </em>in thine <strongs number="3027">hand</strongs>, put it far <strongs number="7368">away</strongs>, and let <strongs number="408">not</strongs><strongs number="5766">wickedness</strongs><strongs number="7931">dwell</strongs>in thy <strongs number="168">tabernacles</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs><strongs number="227">then</strongs>shalt thou lift <strongs number="5375">up</strongs>thy <strongs number="6440">face</strongs>without <strongs number="4480 3971">spot</strongs>; yea, thou shalt <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="3332">steadfast</strongs>, and shalt <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3372">fear</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='16'><strongs number="3588">Because</strongs><strongs number="859">thou</strongs>shalt <strongs number="7911">forget</strongs><em> thy </em><strongs number="5999">misery</strongs>, <em> and </em><strongs number="2142">remember</strongs><em> it </em>as <strongs number="4325">waters</strongs><em> that </em>pass <strongs number="5674">away</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='17'>And <em> thine </em><strongs number="2465">age</strongs>shall be <strongs number="6965">clearer</strongs>than the <strongs number="4480 6672">noonday</strongs>; thou shalt shine <strongs number="5774">forth</strongs>, thou shalt <strongs number="1961">be</strongs>as the <strongs number="1242">morning</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='18'>And thou shalt be <strongs number="982">secure</strongs>, <strongs number="3588">because</strongs><strongs number="3426">there</strongs>is <strongs number="8615">hope</strongs>; yea, thou shalt <strongs number="2658">dig</strongs><em> about </em><em> thee, </em><em> and </em>thou shalt take thy <strongs number="7901">rest</strongs>in <strongs number="983">safety</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='19'>Also thou shalt lie <strongs number="7257">down</strongs>, and <strongs number="369">none</strongs>shall make <em> thee </em><strongs number="2729">afraid</strongs>; yea, <strongs number="7227">many</strongs>shall make <strongs number="2470">suit</strongs><strongs number="6440">unto</strongs>thee. </verse>
      <verse number='20'>But the <strongs number="5869">eyes</strongs>of the <strongs number="7563">wicked</strongs>shall <strongs number="3615">fail</strongs>, and they shall not <strongs number="4498 6 4480">escape</strongs>, and their <strongs number="8615">hope</strongs><em> shall </em><em> be </em><em> as </em>the giving <strongs number="4646">up</strongs>of the <strongs number="5315">ghost</strongs>. </verse>
