      <verse number='1'>Then <strongs number="8010">Solomon</strongs><strongs number="2490">began</strongs>to <strongs number="1129">build</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>at <strongs number="3389">Jerusalem</strongs>in <strongs number="2022">mount</strongs><strongs number="4179">Moriah</strongs>, <strongs number="834">where</strongs><em> the </em><em> LORD </em><strongs number="7200">appeared</strongs>unto <strongs number="1732">David</strongs>his <strongs number="1">father</strongs>, in the <strongs number="4725">place</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><strongs number="1732">David</strongs>had <strongs number="3559">prepared</strongs>in the <strongs number="1637">threshingfloor</strongs>of <strongs number="771">Ornan</strongs>the <strongs number="2983">Jebusite</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'>And he <strongs number="2490">began</strongs>to <strongs number="1129">build</strongs>in the <strongs number="8145">second</strongs><em> day </em>of the <strongs number="8145">second</strongs><strongs number="2320">month</strongs>, in the <strongs number="702">fourth</strongs><strongs number="8141">year</strongs>of his <strongs number="4438">reign</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Now <strongs number="428">these</strongs><em> are </em><em> the </em><em> things </em><em> wherein </em><strongs number="8010">Solomon</strongs>was <strongs number="3245">instructed</strongs>for the <strongs number="1129">building</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="430">God</strongs>. The <strongs number="753">length</strongs>by <strongs number="520">cubits</strongs>after the <strongs number="7223">first</strongs><strongs number="4060">measure</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="8346">threescore</strongs><strongs number="520">cubits</strongs>, and the <strongs number="7341">breadth</strongs><strongs number="6242">twenty</strongs><strongs number="520">cubits</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='4'>And the <strongs number="197">porch</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="5921">in</strongs>the <strongs number="6440">front</strongs><em> of </em><em> the </em><em> house </em>, the <strongs number="753">length</strongs><em> of </em><em> it </em><em> was </em>according <strongs number="5921 6440">to</strongs>the <strongs number="7341">breadth</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, <strongs number="6242">twenty</strongs><strongs number="520">cubits</strongs>, and the <strongs number="1363">height</strongs><em> was </em>a <strongs number="3967">hundred</strongs>and <strongs number="6242">twenty</strongs>: and he <strongs number="6823">overlaid</strongs>it <strongs number="4480 6441">within</strongs>with <strongs number="2889">pure</strongs><strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='5'>And the <strongs number="1419">greater</strongs><strongs number="1004">house</strongs>he <strongs number="2645">ceiled</strongs>with <strongs number="1265">fir</strongs><strongs number="6086">tree</strongs>, which he <strongs number="2645">overlaid</strongs>with <strongs number="2896">fine</strongs><strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>, and <strongs number="5927">set</strongs><strongs number="5921">thereon</strongs>palm <strongs number="8561">trees</strongs>and <strongs number="8333">chains</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='7'>He <strongs number="2645">overlaid</strongs>also <strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, the <strongs number="6982">beams</strongs>, the <strongs number="5592">posts</strongs>, and the <strongs number="7023">walls</strongs>thereof, and the <strongs number="1817">doors</strongs>thereof, with <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>; and <strongs number="6605">graved</strongs><strongs number="3742">cherubims</strongs><strongs number="5921">on</strongs>the <strongs number="7023">walls</strongs>. </verse>

And he <strongs number="2645">overlaid</strongs>the upper <strongs number="5944">chambers</strongs>with <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>And in the most <strongs number="6944 6944">holy</strongs><strongs number="1004">house</strongs>he <strongs number="6213">made</strongs><strongs number="8147">two</strongs><strongs number="3742">cherubims</strongs>of <strongs number="6816">image</strongs><strongs number="4639">work</strongs>, and <strongs number="6823">overlaid</strongs>them with <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='13'>The <strongs number="3671">wings</strongs>of <strongs number="428">these</strongs><strongs number="3742">cherubims</strongs>spread themselves <strongs number="6566">forth</strongs><strongs number="6242">twenty</strongs><strongs number="520">cubits</strongs>: and <strongs number="1992">they</strongs><strongs number="5975">stood</strongs><strongs number="5921">on</strongs>their <strongs number="7272">feet</strongs>, and their <strongs number="6440">faces</strongs><em> were </em><strongs number="1004">inward</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='15'>Also he <strongs number="6213">made</strongs><strongs number="6440">before</strongs>the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs><strongs number="8147">two</strongs><strongs number="5982">pillars</strongs>of <strongs number="7970">thirty</strongs>and <strongs number="2568">five</strongs><strongs number="520">cubits</strongs><strongs number="753">high</strongs>, and the <strongs number="6858">chapiter</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="5921">on</strongs>the <strongs number="7218">top</strongs>of each of them <em> was </em><strongs number="2568">five</strongs><strongs number="520">cubits</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='16'>And he <strongs number="6213">made</strongs><strongs number="8333">chains</strongs>, <em> as </em>in the <strongs number="1687">oracle</strongs>, and <strongs number="5414">put</strongs><em> them </em><strongs number="5921">on</strongs>the <strongs number="7218">heads</strongs>of the <strongs number="5982">pillars</strongs>; and <strongs number="6213">made</strongs>a <strongs number="3967">hundred</strongs><strongs number="7416">pomegranates</strongs>, and <strongs number="5414">put</strongs><em> them </em>on the <strongs number="8333">chains</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='17'>And he reared <strongs number="6965">up</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="5982">pillars</strongs><strongs number="5921 6440">before</strongs>the <strongs number="1964">temple</strongs>, <strongs number="259">one</strongs>on the right <strongs number="4480 3225">hand</strongs>, and the <strongs number="259">other</strongs>on the <strongs number="4480 8040">left</strongs>; and <strongs number="7121">called</strongs>the <strongs number="8034">name</strongs>of that on the right <strongs number="3227">hand</strongs><strongs number="3199">Jachin</strongs>, and the <strongs number="8034">name</strongs>of that on the <strongs number="8042">left</strongs><strongs number="1162">Boaz</strongs>. </verse>
