      <verse number='2'>And the <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>was <strongs number="935 4692">besieged</strongs><strongs number="5704">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="6249 6240">eleventh</strongs><strongs number="8141">year</strongs>of <strongs number="4428">king</strongs><strongs number="6667">Zedekiah</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>And on the <strongs number="8672">ninth</strongs><em> day </em>of the <em> fourth </em><strongs number="2320">month</strongs>the <strongs number="7458">famine</strongs><strongs number="2388">prevailed</strongs>in the <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>, and there <strongs number="1961">was</strongs><strongs number="3808">no</strongs><strongs number="3899">bread</strongs>for the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='5'>And the <strongs number="2428">army</strongs>of the <strongs number="3778">Chaldees</strongs><strongs number="7291">pursued</strongs><strongs number="310">after</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>, and <strongs number="5381">overtook</strongs>him in the <strongs number="6160">plains</strongs>of <strongs number="3405">Jericho</strongs>: and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>his <strongs number="2428">army</strongs>were <strongs number="6327">scattered</strongs><strongs number="4480 5921">from</strongs>him. </verse>

      <verse number='9'>And he <strongs number="8313">burnt</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>'s <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="1004">houses</strongs>of <strongs number="3389">Jerusalem</strongs>, and <strongs number="3605">every</strongs><strongs number="1419">great</strongs><em> man's </em><strongs number="1004">house</strongs><strongs number="8313">burnt</strongs>he with <strongs number="784">fire</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>And <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="2428">army</strongs>of the <strongs number="3778">Chaldees</strongs>, <strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> were </em><em> with </em>the <strongs number="7227">captain</strongs>of the <strongs number="2876">guard</strongs>, broke <strongs number="5422">down</strongs>the <strongs number="2346">walls</strongs>of <strongs number="3389">Jerusalem</strongs>round <strongs number="5439">about</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'>Now the <strongs number="3499">rest</strongs>of the <strongs number="5971">people</strongs><em> that </em><em> were </em><strongs number="7604">left</strongs>in the <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>, and the <strongs number="5307">fugitives</strongs><strongs number="834">that</strongs>fell <strongs number="5307">away</strongs><strongs number="5921">to</strongs>the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="894">Babylon</strongs>, with the <strongs number="3499">remnant</strongs>of the <strongs number="1995">multitude</strongs>, did <strongs number="5018">Nebuzaradan</strongs>the <strongs number="7227">captain</strongs>of the <strongs number="2876">guard</strongs>carry <strongs number="1540">away</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>But the <strongs number="7227">captain</strongs>of the <strongs number="2876">guard</strongs><strongs number="7604">left</strongs>of the <strongs number="4480 1803">poor</strongs>of the <strongs number="776">land</strongs><em> to </em><em> be </em><strongs number="3755">vinedressers</strongs>and <strongs number="3009">husbandmen</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='14'>And the <strongs number="5518">pots</strongs>, and the <strongs number="3257">shovels</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4212">snuffers</strongs>, and the <strongs number="3709">spoons</strongs>, and <strongs number="3605">all</strongs>the <strongs number="3627">vessels</strongs>of <strongs number="5178">brass</strongs><strongs number="834">wherewith</strongs>they <strongs number="8334">ministered</strongs>, took they <strongs number="3947">away</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='15'>And the <strongs number="4289">firepans</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4219">bowls</strongs>, <em> and </em>such things <strongs number="834">as</strongs><em> were </em>of <strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>, <em> in </em><strongs number="2091">gold</strongs>, and of <strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>, <em> in </em><strongs number="3701">silver</strongs>, the <strongs number="7227">captain</strongs>of the <strongs number="2876">guard</strongs>took <strongs number="3947">away</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='21'>And the <strongs number="4428">king</strongs>of <strongs number="894">Babylon</strongs><strongs number="5221">smote</strongs>them, and <strongs number="4191">slew</strongs>them at <strongs number="7247">Riblah</strongs>in the <strongs number="776">land</strongs>of <strongs number="2574">Hamath</strongs>. So <strongs number="3063">Judah</strongs>was carried <strongs number="1540">away</strongs>out <strongs number="4480 5921">of</strongs>their <strongs number="127">land</strongs>. </verse>
