      <verse number='2'>The <strongs number="7307">Spirit</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="1696">spoke</strongs>by me, and his <strongs number="4405">word</strongs><em> was </em><strongs number="5921">in</strongs>my <strongs number="3956">tongue</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>The <strongs number="430">God</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs><strongs number="559">said</strongs>, the <strongs number="6697">Rock</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs><strongs number="1696">spoke</strongs>to me, He that ruleth <strongs number="4910">over</strongs><strongs number="120">men</strongs><em> must </em><em> be </em><strongs number="6662">just</strongs>, <strongs number="4910">ruling</strongs>in the <strongs number="3374">fear</strongs>of <strongs number="430">God</strongs>. </verse>
