      <verse number='2'><strongs number="1161">And</strongs>he <strongs number="337">killed</strongs><strongs number="2385">James</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="80">brother</strongs>of <strongs number="2491">John</strongs>with the <strongs number="3162">sword</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='22'><strongs number="1161">And</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="1218">people</strongs>gave a <strongs number="2019">shout</strongs>, <em> saying, </em><em> It </em><em> is </em>the <strongs number="5456">voice</strongs>of a <strongs number="2316">god</strongs>, <strongs number="2532">and</strongs><strongs number="3756">not</strongs>of a <strongs number="444">man</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='23'><strongs number="1161">And</strongs><strongs number="3916">immediately</strongs>the <strongs number="32">angel</strongs>of the <strongs number="2962">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3960">smote</strongs><strongs number="846">him</strongs>, <strongs number="473 3739">because</strongs>he <strongs number="1325">gave</strongs><strongs number="3756">not</strongs><strongs number="2316">God</strongs><strongs number="3588">the</strongs><strongs number="1391">glory</strongs>: <strongs number="2532">and</strongs>he <strongs number="1096">was</strongs>eaten of <strongs number="4662">worms</strongs>, and gave up the <strongs number="1634">ghost</strongs>. </verse>
