      <verse number='1'><strongs number="1945">Woe</strongs>to them <em> that are </em>at <strongs number="7600">ease</strongs>in <strongs number="6726">Zion</strongs>, and <strongs number="982">trust</strongs>in the <strongs number="2022">mountain</strongs>of <strongs number="8111">Samaria</strongs>, <em> which </em><em> are </em><strongs number="5344">named</strongs><strongs number="7225">chief</strongs>of the <strongs number="1471">nations</strongs>, to whom the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs><strongs number="935">came</strongs>! </verse>
      <verse number='2'><strongs number="5674">Pass</strongs>ye unto <strongs number="3641">Calneh</strongs>, and <strongs number="7200">see</strongs>; and from <strongs number="4480 8033">thence</strongs><strongs number="1980">go</strongs>ye to <strongs number="2574">Hamath</strongs>the <strongs number="7227">great</strongs>: then go <strongs number="3381">down</strongs>to <strongs number="1661">Gath</strongs>of the <strongs number="6430">Philistines</strongs>: <em> be </em><em> they </em><strongs number="2896">better</strongs><strongs number="4480">than</strongs><strongs number="428">these</strongs><strongs number="4467">kingdoms</strongs>? <strongs number="518">or</strongs>their <strongs number="1366">border</strongs><strongs number="7227">greater</strongs>than your <strongs number="4480 1366">border</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Ye that put far <strongs number="5077">away</strongs>the <strongs number="7451">evil</strongs><strongs number="3117">day</strongs>, and cause the <strongs number="7675">seat</strongs>of <strongs number="2555">violence</strongs>to come <strongs number="5066">near</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='4'>That <strongs number="7901">lie</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs><strongs number="4296">beds</strongs>of <strongs number="8127">ivory</strongs>, and <strongs number="5628">stretch</strongs>themselves <strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>their <strongs number="6210">couches</strongs>, and <strongs number="398">eat</strongs>the <strongs number="3733">lambs</strongs>out of the <strongs number="4480 6629">flock</strongs>, and the <strongs number="5695">calves</strongs>out of the <strongs number="4480 8432">midst</strongs>of the <strongs number="4770">stall</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='5'>That <strongs number="6527">chant</strongs><strongs number="5921">to</strongs>the <strongs number="6310">sound</strongs>of the <strongs number="5035">viol</strongs>, <em> and </em><strongs number="2803">invent</strongs>to themselves <strongs number="3627">instruments</strongs>of <strongs number="7892">music</strongs>, like <strongs number="1732">David</strongs>; </verse>
      <verse number='6'>That <strongs number="8354">drink</strongs><strongs number="3196">wine</strongs>in <strongs number="4219">bowls</strongs>, and <strongs number="4886">anoint</strongs>themselves with the <strongs number="7225">chief</strongs><strongs number="8081">ointments</strongs>: but they are <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="2470">grieved</strongs><strongs number="5921">for</strongs>the <strongs number="7667">affliction</strongs>of <strongs number="3130">Joseph</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'><strongs number="3651">Therefore</strongs><strongs number="6258">now</strongs>shall they go <strongs number="1540">captive</strongs>with the <strongs number="7218">first</strongs>that go <strongs number="1540">captive</strongs>, and the <strongs number="4797">banquet</strongs>of them that <strongs number="5628">stretched</strongs>themselves shall be <strongs number="5493">removed</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>The <strongs number="136">Lord</strongs><strongs number="3069">GOD</strongs>hath <strongs number="7650">sworn</strongs>by <strongs number="5315">himself</strongs>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>the <strongs number="430">God</strongs>of <strongs number="6635">hosts</strongs>, <strongs number="595">I</strongs><strongs number="8374">abhor</strongs><strongs number="*853"></strongs>the <strongs number="1347">excellency</strongs>of <strongs number="3290">Jacob</strongs>, and <strongs number="8130">hate</strongs>his <strongs number="759">palaces</strongs>: therefore will I deliver <strongs number="5462">up</strongs>the <strongs number="5892">city</strongs>with all that is <strongs number="4393">therein</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>And it shall come to <strongs number="1961">pass</strongs>, <strongs number="518">if</strongs>there <strongs number="3498">remain</strongs><strongs number="6235">ten</strongs><strongs number="376">men</strongs>in <strongs number="259">one</strongs><strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, that they shall <strongs number="4191">die</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='10'>And a man's <strongs number="1730">uncle</strongs>shall take him <strongs number="5375">up</strongs>, and he that <strongs number="5635">burneth</strongs>him, to bring <strongs number="3318">out</strongs>the <strongs number="6106">bones</strongs>out <strongs number="4480">of</strongs>the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, and shall <strongs number="559">say</strongs>unto him <strongs number="834">that</strongs><em> is </em>by the <strongs number="3411">sides</strongs>of the <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>, <em> Is </em><em> there </em><strongs number="5750">yet</strongs><em> any </em><strongs number="5973">with</strongs>thee? and he shall <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, <strongs number="657">No</strongs>. Then shall he <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, Hold thy <strongs number="2013">tongue</strongs>: <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>we may <strongs number="3808">not</strongs>make <strongs number="2142">mention</strongs>of the <strongs number="8034">name</strongs>of the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="3588">For</strongs>, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs><strongs number="6680">commandeth</strongs>, and he will <strongs number="5221">smite</strongs>the <strongs number="1419">great</strongs><strongs number="1004">house</strongs>with <strongs number="7447">breaches</strongs>, and the <strongs number="6996">little</strongs><strongs number="1004">house</strongs>with <strongs number="1233">clefts</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>Shall <strongs number="5483">horses</strongs><strongs number="7323">run</strongs>upon the <strongs number="5553">rock</strongs>? will <em> one </em><strongs number="2790">plow</strongs><em> there </em>with <strongs number="1241">oxen</strongs>? <strongs number="3588">for</strongs>ye have <strongs number="2015">turned</strongs><strongs number="4941">judgment</strongs>into <strongs number="7219">gall</strongs>, and the <strongs number="6529">fruit</strongs>of <strongs number="6666">righteousness</strongs>into <strongs number="3939">hemlock</strongs>: </verse>
      <verse number='13'>Ye which <strongs number="8055">rejoice</strongs>in a thing of <strongs number="1697 3808">naught</strongs>, which <strongs number="559">say</strongs>, Have we <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="3947">taken</strongs>to us <strongs number="7161">horns</strongs>by our own <strongs number="2392">strength</strongs>? </verse>
      <verse number='14'><strongs number="3588">But</strongs>, <strongs number="2009">behold</strongs>, I will raise <strongs number="6965">up</strongs><strongs number="5921">against</strongs>you a <strongs number="1471">nation</strongs>, O <strongs number="1004">house</strongs>of <strongs number="3478">Israel</strongs>, <strongs number="5002">saith</strongs>the <strongs number="3068">LORD</strongs>the <strongs number="430">God</strongs>of <strongs number="6635">hosts</strongs>; and they shall <strongs number="3905">afflict</strongs>you from the entering <strongs number="4480 935">in</strongs>of <strongs number="2574">Hemath</strongs><strongs number="5704">unto</strongs>the <strongs number="5158">river</strongs>of the <strongs number="6160">wilderness</strongs>. </verse>
