      <verse number='1'><strongs number="4194">Dead</strongs><strongs number="2070">flies</strongs>cause the <strongs number="8081">ointment</strongs>of the <strongs number="7543">apothecary</strongs>to send <strongs number="5042">forth</strongs>a stinking <strongs number="887">savor</strongs>: <em> so </em><em> doth </em>a <strongs number="4592">little</strongs><strongs number="5531">folly</strongs>him that is in <strongs number="3368">reputation</strongs>for <strongs number="4480 2451">wisdom</strongs><em> and </em><strongs number="4480 3519">honor</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='2'>A wise <strongs number="2450">man</strongs>'s <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs><em> is </em>at his right <strongs number="3225">hand</strongs>; but a <strongs number="3684">fool</strongs>'s <strongs number="3820">heart</strongs>at his <strongs number="8040">left</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='3'>Yea <strongs number="1571">also</strongs>, when he that is a <strongs number="7945 5530">fool</strongs><strongs number="1980">walketh</strongs>by the <strongs number="1870">way</strongs>, his <strongs number="3820">wisdom</strongs><strongs number="2638">faileth</strongs><em> him </em>, and he <strongs number="559">saith</strongs>to every <strongs number="3605">one</strongs><em> that </em><strongs number="1931">he</strongs><em> is </em>a <strongs number="5530">fool</strongs>. </verse>

      <verse number='6'><strongs number="5529">Folly</strongs>is <strongs number="5414">set</strongs>in <strongs number="7227">great</strongs><strongs number="4791">dignity</strongs>, and the <strongs number="6223">rich</strongs><strongs number="3427">sit</strongs>in low <strongs number="8216">place</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='7'>I have <strongs number="7200">seen</strongs><strongs number="5650">servants</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs><strongs number="5483">horses</strongs>, and <strongs number="8269">princes</strongs><strongs number="1980">walking</strongs>as <strongs number="5650">servants</strongs><strongs number="5921">upon</strongs>the <strongs number="776">earth</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='8'>He that <strongs number="2658">diggeth</strongs>a <strongs number="1475">pit</strongs>shall <strongs number="5307">fall</strongs>into it; and whoso <strongs number="6555">breaketh</strongs>a <strongs number="1447">hedge</strongs>, a <strongs number="5175">serpent</strongs>shall <strongs number="5391">bite</strongs>him. </verse>
      <verse number='9'>Whoso <strongs number="5265">removeth</strongs><strongs number="68">stones</strongs>shall be <strongs number="6087">hurt</strongs>therewith; <em> and </em>he that <strongs number="1234">cleaveth</strongs><strongs number="6086">wood</strongs>shall be <strongs number="5533">endangered</strongs>thereby. </verse>
      <verse number='10'><strongs number="518">If</strongs>the <strongs number="1270">iron</strongs>be <strongs number="6949">blunt</strongs>, and <strongs number="1931">he</strongs>do <strongs number="3808">not</strongs><strongs number="7043">whet</strongs>the <strongs number="6440">edge</strongs>, then must he put <strongs number="1396">to</strongs>more <strongs number="2428">strength</strongs>: but <strongs number="2451">wisdom</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="3504">profitable</strongs>to <strongs number="3787">direct</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='11'><strongs number="518">Surely</strongs>the <strongs number="5175">serpent</strongs>will <strongs number="5391">bite</strongs><strongs number="3808">without</strongs><strongs number="3908">enchantment</strongs>; and a <strongs number="1167 3956">babbler</strongs>is <strongs number="369">no</strongs><strongs number="3504">better</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='12'>The <strongs number="1697">words</strongs>of a wise <strongs number="2450">man</strongs>'s <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs><em> are </em><strongs number="2580">gracious</strongs>; but the <strongs number="8193">lips</strongs>of a <strongs number="3684">fool</strongs>will swallow <strongs number="1104">up</strongs>himself. </verse>
      <verse number='13'>The <strongs number="8462">beginning</strongs>of the <strongs number="1697">words</strongs>of his <strongs number="6310">mouth</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="5531">foolishness</strongs>: and the <strongs number="319">end</strongs>of his <strongs number="6310">talk</strongs><em> is </em><strongs number="7451">mischievous</strongs><strongs number="1948">madness</strongs>. </verse>
      <verse number='14'>A <strongs number="5530">fool</strongs>also is <strongs number="7235">full</strongs>of <strongs number="1697">words</strongs>: a <strongs number="120">man</strongs><strongs number="3808">cannot</strongs><strongs number="3045">tell</strongs>what shall <strongs number="4100 7945 1961">be</strongs>; and <strongs number="834">what</strongs>shall <strongs number="1961">be</strongs><strongs number="4480 310">after</strongs>him, <strongs number="4310">who</strongs>can <strongs number="5046">tell</strongs>him? </verse>
